I came here a couple months ago after getting a recommendation from the owner of a thrift store on Main. I met the owner, Donna, and she was the sweetest! As an avid beachcomber, I was thrilled to hear that she accepted sea glass as currency in her shop. My girls and I came in this past weekend for matching jewelry (it was their birthdays!). We fell in love with the Leyla ring. I can't stop looking at the iridescent abalone shell on mine! We also got adorable swell rings to stack on top and they match PERFECTLY! My best friend got a gorgeous blue two tone sea glass pendant necklace. For jewelry handmade in Bali with genuine hand-picked seaglass and quality metals, the prices were actually very reasonable! Our Sterling Silver Leylas were $24 each. The Swells were $19 each. The gold vermeil sea glass necklace was $62 for the pendant and $20 for the chain. We will definitely be back for more beach treasures!

However today, my mom and I went and were helped by the most lovely employee named Ava! She recommended new rings that would pair good with my old ones (trying not to repeat) and said a thinner band would look good with my larger sized ones. I was in and out within 5 min of that room, meanwhile it typically takes 20-30 min. She was so sweet and talkative to me, I genuinely felt like I had a connection with her! I LOVE BETTY BELTS!!

I've been in here a few times and it's a super cool store. They have charms and chains beyond anything you could ever imagine! On the weekend this spot gets busy and it's a lot of fun watching people pick out custom charms to make their own jewelry. On the weekdays it's a little less busy so I found it to be the perfect opportunity to come in to find a chain for one of my pendants. Shoutout to Mackenzie for providing A+ service and support. Interacting with her was lovely from start to finish. She was super knowledgeable about the selection they have and was eager to help as I had a lot of questions. She took time to explain the difference in pricing between their costume jewelry chains and higher quality chains. Given that my pendant was very pricey to begin with it made sense to splurge for the $60+ dollar chain. It's nice though they have varieties for every type of person and they had chains as cheap as $10 so very reasonable depending what you need. Mackenzie walked me through the different silver chain options to find what would be the best fit for the pendant I brought in. I was super appreciative that she was hands-on and showed me different options so that I could pick out what looked perfect with my peace. She verified my chain length and gave more suggestions and then was able to put it all together, and it looked fabulous! It's always extra special when you have staff who are passionate about the work they do and are very helpful to their customers. This is definitely a shop I would come back to again for my jewelry needs, and I plan to bring some friends who I know have been wanting to make their own custom charm necklaces. Definitely a great local spot in downtown Ventura.

The team makes the experience. Mackenzie and Karissa are warm, knowledgeable, and make the process feel easy from start to finish. One of the biggest perks is the convenience paired with that impressive charm selection. You can easily spend hours here. You choose your charms, hand them over, and they assemble everything for you on the spot. If you have ever tried attaching jump rings at home, you know how tricky and frustrating that can be. Some mention pricing compared to ordering online, but what you are really paying for is ease, quality, and expertise. Bonus points for shopping small and local. If we want to keep special spots like this around, support matters.
