They have poor customer service. We have used them twice for ring re-sizing and both times the sister of the owner is very rude. I went to get my wedding soldered to my engagement ring. The sister came back and said "my brother said this is moissanite?....". What if I didn't know my husband couldn't afford a diamond and bought a moissanite? That's what I can appreciate because sometimes you're out on a whim and your watch battery is dead and you can't tell time, then you call around only to be told to make an appointment or drop your watch off and come back in 5 days to pick it up. Not here! I called first and they said we'll get it done while you wait. Got there within 3 minutes time. Turned my watch in to the nice lady, and got it back 5 minutes later (maybe less) at $10! Started yesterday afternoon at a jewelry store I had shopped at before, with the goal of getting my peas in a pod either cleaned or replacing the pearls for my wedding day. The first shop wouldn't guarantee that they could be replaced before the big day, and after simply trying to clean it - I left their store with a pea pod with zero peas. Then I arrived at Lance Cavalieri Jewelers, where I was welcomed by a lovely woman, Athena. She took my necklace into the back to be examined. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes before Lance himself came out holding my necklace. When he held it up, it was perfection. It looked more beautiful than the day I received it 10 years ago from my Mom. He told me to leave it out overnight & it would be ready to wear by the morning. When I asked him what "the damage was", he smiled genuinely and said, "No charge, we want you to have a wonderful wedding day and a happy life with your new family."
