    Vegetable crudite
    Hussain L.

Bougie upscale Mediterranean restaurant at the Forth Hotel with delicious food! Try the mezze platter for a variety sampler of dips with pita and get the vegetable crudite to make it worth your while. Outdoor seating is special with chill pool vibes especially when weather is mild. Service was excellent and professional. Prices are high so be prepared to spend. The honey chicken is very good platter and there are many lamb dishes. The saffron rice was okay.

My friends and I enjoyed dinner at Elektra on Friday night after work. It's easy to secure a table on the patio facing the pool on Resy. Our server was wonderful. He was attentive and made great suggestions. We each enjoyed our food and are making plans to return again for dinner.

Firstly, a number of hotel employees don't know where this restaurant is located and we were misdirected. Entering the lobby, make a left and look for the elevator bank down the dark hallway on the right. Take the elevator to the 4th floor and make a left into the hallway and you'll see the entrance. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating and the restaurant, like the hotel, is very nicely decorated. The brunch/breakfast menu is small, but definitely adequate for us and we split the Breakfast Hummus and Olive Oil Pancakes (with a side of extra poached eggs). Both plates were solid and I thought the pancakes and flavored syrup were delicious. The four star review comes down to their absolutely abysmal coffee. They've got drip coffee and espresso, but aren't making lattes, cappuccinos, etc. The coffees we got were godawful - burnt tasting and unappealing. I had them make an espresso and it wasn't any better. For a nice restaurant in a boutique hotel that serves weekend brunch to have such poor coffee (both in varieties/options available and in taste) is a HUGE managerial error in my opinion.

We visited Elektra as part of our Valentine's Day outing. The restaurant is kind of tucked off but the ambiance is nice. To me it seemed like I was on the Grecian coast or something-greens and neutrals are part of the decor. Our service was fairly quick which was a plus since we were running over from our prior stop and needed to go to our next stop. We tried quite a few things-Mussels, Octopus (which is the best I have had-I was so surprised at how good it tasted), Harissa fries, hot honey harissa chicken, and lamb kofta. All delicious. I will be happy to return and try either their lunch or brunch.

ATTENTION ATLIENS: Best kept secret in Atlanta. Elektra is on the 4th floor of Forth (hotel in Old Fourth Ward). There are MANY reasons it's the best kept secret and should be #1 on your go-to discovery restaurants in Atlanta. 1- it's right off of the chaos of the Beltline, but offers a comfortable, quiet, intimate oasis from the fray. I don't think the majority of Atlantans have discovered it yet, so it remains quiet and private (for now) 2- the food and service were Great!!! Shoutout: Ayesha (sp?) our fantastic and enthusiastic server. 3- the patio, pool area outside of the restaurant, including the inside ambiance is immaculate. I could go on, but I don't need to because you're going to RUN not walk, to make a reservation here! PRO TIP: Don't get me started on the top floor roof of the building: Moonlight Lounge... that review is to come next...) one word: ELITE. Book yourself a res there for after dinner.

Elektra is located inside of the Forth Hotel right off of the Beltline. It's super cute with a patio that overlooks the hotel's pool. It's Mediterranean dishes so think Delbar or Yalda. I had the mussels that came with fries surprisingly which I was happy about. Our server was very prompt and honest about what to order and what not to. Always appreciated!

This place has been recommended to me for so long and I finally got to try it. I'm happy to report it lived up to the hype. The food was amazing. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The decor was beautiful. The view didn't feel like you were in Atlanta. The staff was super sweet and everything came out quick. It's easily one of my new favorites in Atlanta.

Exploring the new Forth Hotel, the architecture, the park and the restaurants of this area is truly a pleasure. It's one of the best transformations of a dump into beauty right in the city center. A decade ago, nobody could picture sitting in this spot of dirt and homelessness to enjoy a cocktail, yet this is now a new world. The patio at Elektra is one of the best in Atlanta, poolside with views of gorgeous contemporary architecture of the new high rises. There are some beautiful rooftop tree plantings that add shade, greenery and beauty. It's a truly beautiful place. The Mediterranean food is spectacular. The salmon with squash is one of the best in the city (probably only second to Rumi's in Midtown location). The kofta kebob is amazing, lamb mixed with brisket makes for a juicy and tasty meal. Maybe the highlight of it all is the waitress we had a chance to interact with: Lauren. One of the kindest and most attentive people out there in the industry. All around, Elektra hits the spot from its beauty to the people who work here to the amazing food. It's simply great.

This newly opened restaurant has become my Midterranean fav around dt/midtown due to its delicious food, great service, and stunning view around. For food, this restaurant impresses me with a wide range of creative dishes; try for example the Tunisian salad. The grilled chicken sounds traditional, but their honey harissa sauce adds some sweetness and smokiness to the juicy chicken. Also each table gets some free torshi -- pickled cabbage, radish, cauliflower, bell peppers and even raisins! Besides the amazing food, service there was also superb. The servers were quite friendly and attentive. For example, they would review the booking info and remember my food allergies so that I did not need mention it again. Many of them also enjoyed chatting with diners. And importantly, food came out in reasonable time. Another thing I really like is the view. The restaurant sits on the 4th floor of the beautifully designed Forth Hotel. The inside of the restaurant had stylish, formal vibe. In contrast, the patio near a pool is more casual, "energetic", and it's just fantastic to see the sunset while enjoying the food. I do need to note that dishes in Elektra is in general smaller than most popular Middle Eastern/Mediterranean restaurants nearby (e.g., Delbar). However, it is definitely enough for one. To me, the food there simply has a different focus compared to those ones, such as its creativeness and different use of ingredients.

Need a tucked away spot that will give the feeling that you've temporarily left some of the hustle of ATL for a slice of the Mediterranean? Definitely check out Elektra on the 4th floor of the Forth Hotel. My experience this visit was limited to cocktails and their mezze platter, but those two items alone, along with the stellar bar service from Darren, will have me returning soon. On the cocktail front, Darren and the bar staff were very knowledgeable and mixed some great drinks whether you selected something from their menu, picked a classic, or went off-script (I started with the Elektra martini, and followed up with a barrel-rested, gin old fashioned that Darren recommended, which was great for the last gasps of summer). For the food, even the often humble mezze platter came out looking beautiful and tasted easily as good as it looked. The use of seasonal ingredients such as peaches was a fun change of pace, the baba ghanoush may be the best I've ever had, and the labneh was a lovely compliment to the other offerings on the tray. Elektra's culinary team took an array of dips and small bites and turned it into a great meal that was perfect for sharing with someone while taking in good conversation and their beautiful space. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with my visit and I look forward to going back to try their other offerings.

Enjoyed a dinner on the patio of Elektra. Reservations are a must. Located on the 4th floor of the Forth hotel, Elektra serves Mediterranean fare. We started with the cauliflower and harissa fries, both were delicious. We also enjoyed the harissa chicken, salmon, and pilaf. Finished with a dessert, only complaint is it was cold. The hotel has limited parking out front, a few lots around the building. Service was good.

This is a new spot in the forth hotel. It's an indoor outdoor restaurant overlooking the hotel pool. We went for cocktails and most drinks were average. The ambience is great. Check this out if you want something different be most dishes are nothing exceptional

Really cool ambiance, nice decor and very intimate atmosphere. Located inside the hotel. Service was attentive. Really enjoyed the salmon dish. Most of the dishes are on the smaller side and not great portions but the salmon was cooked excellently and the roasted squash was a lovely pairing. Drinks were refreshing. Mezze platter was a great app to share amongst 4-5 people. Would go back again

From the moment I sat down, my bartender Taz took exceptional care of me. I wasn't familiar with the menu, so I trusted her recommendations, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Every single dish she chose was outstanding. I started with the fresh pita and hummus topped with the mushroom, shishito pepper, and egg addition. The pita was warm, fresh, and unlike anything I've had before. The hummus was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The chicken wings were phenomenal, perfectly grilled with incredible flavor and just the right amount of char. The highlight of the night was the lamb neck with the Polo Sefid. The lamb was unbelievably tender and flavorful, and paired with the saffron rice, it was one of the most memorable dishes I've ever eaten. What truly elevated the experience was Taz's service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about the food. Her recommendations made the entire meal unforgettable. If I hadn't trusted her guidance, I would've missed out on an amazing culinary experience. Beyond the incredible food, Delbar has an atmosphere that is truly special. The entire restaurant feels warm, welcoming, and almost familial as if you're being welcomed into someone's home rather than simply dining out. The lighting is absolutely gorgeous, creating the perfect ambiance without feeling overly formal. The decor is tasteful and elegant, the bar area is stunning, and the dining room strikes a perfect balance between upscale and comfortable. Even the approach to the restaurant and the outdoor space are beautifully designed. Every detail feels intentional and contributes to an experience that is as memorable as the food itself. Delbar has officially become a must-visit anytime I'm in Atlanta. I'll absolutely be returning, and next time I'll be bringing family all the way from Reno, Nevada so they can experience it too. Thank you Taz! Thank you, Delbar, for an unforgettable evening!

The service has always been really great, and the owner is genuinely nice and always ready for a pleasant conversation. But sometimes the food comes out... average at best? I really only come here when I have the taste for mediterranean fare but don't feel like cooking it since it's so nearby. There are some things they do well. I like their baba ganoush, hummus, and beet salad. But other things are a bit lackluster and the meats can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's dry, other times it's succulent. The pita is toasted, but you can surely tell it isn't made fresh. My husband is obsessed with wings and even he said the wings served here are a BIG no. Also cannot recommend the fries, as they've been notoriously dry and cold. Perhaps we should not have expected good wings given that it's primarily mediterranean fare lol. The parking situation is also abysmal. They share a really small lot and the individual spots are poorly marked. This place is off of Briarcliff and the traffic is notorious for being bad, so that makes coming and going that much harder in a lot that's already a little treacherous. When the parking lot is full, it is like playing 2-ton Tetris. I'll also note that the hours can sometimes be a suggestion, and they unexpectedly close earlier than indicated (but will leave a handwritten note). This place seems to be a local favorite. The prices are nice. I just wish it was more reliable with taste and quality.

I ordered a simple Bombay martini and one of the specialty cocktails for my wife. The bartender made my martini in a shaker and I remember hearing him asking someone else to stir it for him. For the next ten minutes or more, the bartender proceeded to make drinks for the waiters, I remember him spilling out two drinks and remaking them while my martini continued diluting in the melting Ice. Ten minutes or more later, he pours my martini into more of a champagne coup glass than a martini glass, and I waited another five minutes or more for my wife to get her drink. When I tasted the upmartini, It tasted so diluted, just bad, almost commical to me. I just laughed to myself because i've tended bar for a living and that was about the worst martini i've ever had in my life. Either Rumi is watering down his booze or the ice melted so much that there was barely a gin taste in the glass. I think their gig is rather than give you a real martini level pour they dilute you with so much melted Ice that you think you're getting a full pour martini, when, in fact, what you're getting is half gin and half melted ice. And believe ME, you are charged as though it was a real martini. The place was pretty busy, so a lot of people must not have a clue... or just like busy places. If everybody says, this is such a great place, I guess it's gotta be. Unfortunately, that's just Atlanta-if it's popular everyone just assumes it's good or pretends it is. I don't do well with pretend. Next after being seated at the table, i tried to order wine least expensive wines (so overpriced)-they were out of all of the lower-end overpriced wines I tried to order. It just bugs me to overpay so much for bottles of table wine. They're barely twenty dollars charging, 60-80 for them. But of course, ten minutes after I ordered the wine, this happened twice, the waiter told me they were out of the ones i was trying to order ( everyone must have had the same idea). Oh well. Right before the table was served the main course, the waiter and manager came to tell me that they had run out of the dish I ordered. I ended up replacing it with their duck dish that I had never heard of before but what the hell I'll try it (maybe I deserve it, because I remember my father always told me you never ordered duck in a strange restaurant you don't know) Everyone else at the table of 8 were served their meals ten minutes before my plate arrived. i'm like, please go ahead and start without me. Then, the duck arrives. I mean, if you're such a Rumi's, fan, try the duck and tell me what you think. First of all, it was lukewarm for something that apparently had just been made. The lukewarm duck comes 'in" this purple sauce, I mean, it wasn't even swimming in the purple sauce-It was submerged in the purple sauce. The waiter, of course, later brought me the wrong type of rice than the one i oredered..That's okay they brought me a new one right away. I was really starving at the time, but if I hadn't been, I don't think I would have eaten any of the duck. Being submerged in a kind of a sickening, putple sweet sauce it just wasn't appetizing at all. Challenge: if you're a big Rumi's fan, go ahead and please try the duck, but you have to try it like I did- lukewarm temptation. Then tell me if you remain an unconditionalRumi's fan. The bread is delicious though. To their credit when I tried to order 2 glasses of red wine after my meal was served, they did give us the vin de table for free. I won't be coming back here anytime soon.

My girlfriend has a very strict diet due to food sensitivities, so before ordering she specifically asked about the dough, bread, and flours used in the food. Unfortunately, instead of receiving details about the ingredients, she was simply told that she could eat it. Based on that information, she ordered the meal, but later had a reaction to the dough that was used. This was frustrating because the situation likely could have been avoided if we had been given accurate information about the ingredients from the beginning. We completely understand that not every restaurant can accommodate every dietary restriction, but being transparent about what is used in the food allows customers to make informed decisions for themselves. The food itself was good, which is why we're giving 3 stars, but the service on this particular issue left us disappointed. We hope the restaurant can do a better job of providing ingredient information when customers ask, especially for those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities.
