    Salmon Wrap

Before visiting, I had never heard of this place before, but I'm so glad I was introduced to it! I ordered the salmon wrap to play it safe, and it did NOT disappoint. Fresh, flavorful, and filling. Definitely a great choice. 10/10 recommend!

I love it here ! The salmon is the best and I love the hookah ! They are open until 4a most nights! Valet parking is $8. They have specials everyday of the week ! Always come here when I'm in the area ! The green sauce is so good

What qualifies as a Tabouli salad at Kabob Land.

Diced tomatoes with a sprinkling of parsley and maybe ... MAYBE 10 pieces bulgur wheat qualifies as a Tabouli salad here. Husband's Greek salad was full of spiny iceberg lettuce instead of the traditional romaine and topped with shredded mozzarella instead of feta. Strange. Chicken and shrimp kabobs were good, but the salads were a huge disappointment. Ordered for delivery so no real recourse.

Solid late night spot. If you need a drink at 230a, this is the spot for you. They have kabobs (obviously) and other Mediterranean type dishes (hummus, grape leaves, shawarma, etc). They do hookah, of course, and you can do inside and outside smoking if you need to. They share a tent with a Mexican spot so you can toggle between either of possible. Parking is not free, but it's only a couple of dollars to park. If you are picking up carry out, you may still use to pay for parking ... Just be aware... But it depends on what time of day I came in after club hours and it hit the spot. Got the chicken and fries. Both of them were good. Maybe it's because everybody was hungry after leaving the night of adventure, but the food definitely hit. The chicken was well seasoned, the fries were hot and crisp. If you're on a late night tip and need something, this is your spot to go to!

I am so in love with the food here. We got the mixed grill and salmon dish and they were so delicious. The sauces were some of the best and even the dressing onbthe salad. Only things that were slight negatives were the long wait times to be served. Being that it is a small restaurant it felt louder and a little too smoky due to the hookah but staff is so great. Definitely worth a visit and would not mind ordering from here again.

Decent spot right next to Red Pepper. Valet is only $2 Hookah is a hit or miss (usually a miss) also half off hookah between 11-4 daily The food is really good, I recommend the Salmon. Strong drinks (ask for the Turkish Tea) thank me later Indoor/outdoor and bar seating. Plenty of TVs if you want to watch sporting events Great atmosphere and even better service Only ONE bathroom so the line can get long. They search you at the door after a certain time. Stays open until 3am

Firstly I thought the whole building was owned by Red Pepper Taqueria but when you walk past it then you are at Kabob Land. They use the same valet parking $5 per vehicle so don't park next door at Georgio's. It's not a bad spot, just your typical eatery. I went with a group of 7 & we were offered seating inside or under the heated tent. They preferred sit us inside. Upon leaving I think because there was some popular instagram gentleman under the tent area. I ordered the gentleman (Hennessy & Grand Marnier) & Chicken Shawarma. The drink was good & strong. I only needed one for this evening. It was not too expensive either. The chicken shawarma plate was my choice over the gyro. It was great tasting & filling. Thankfully we were able to split up the checks due to the waiter asking prior so minimized any payment issues. Auto gratuity was charged, unsure if it is based on party or just in general.

Cool option if it's late and you're looking for a real meal but the meat was rather bland and very tough.

The restaurant itself is gorgeous, warm, inviting and calming. We were sat out on the covered patio section, with the lovely wisteria above us and a water feature behind our table. We chose to have the Spring Tasting menu, which includes a mezze platter to start with bread, your choice of entree and a dessert platter. I chose the Kafta and my husband chose the chicken shawarma. The entrees come with a generous side of Lebanese rice. We also ordered the City of Salt cocktail and a mocktail. Starting with the drinks, they were tart, tasty and refreshing. Everything was great, but the mezze platter was the highlight. The babaganoush was the best I've ever had. It had a deep, smoky flavor and was garnished with pomegranate seeds which provided such a great burst of sweet to balance out the savory. The stuffed grape leaves and falafel were also standouts. We also ordered the pickle plate because it was calling to us and what a great idea that was! The flavors here are very intense and might not be for everyone. But if you really like pickles you should give them a try. The pickled beets were our favorite. Our entrees continued the same theme of being positively packed with great flavors. The harissa and toum complimented the meats very well. And the grilled vegetables and rice rounded everything out perfectly. The baklava on the dessert platter was also the standout. This is not the baklava you'd buy at the grocery store and was the perfect end to our meal. It's not overly sweet and is balanced with a slight savory flavor, and the texture was fantastic. There was a depth of flavor in everything that shows care and consideration while crafting the menu at Zakia. You can also see this care in the decor and ambience. I will absolutely come back again in the future and would happily recommend Zakia. I would lastly like to thank our waitress Helen in particular for making our experience so lovely. She was so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a nicer night. Everyone at Zakia made my birthday a memorable one.

The ambiance is stunning--featuring a flower-covered ceiling, a beautiful bar, and plenty of seating. The service was excellent, and the drinks were a major highlight; both the cocktails and mocktails were impressive, especially the Sunset in Tyre and the Habibi Colada. The food was incredibly fresh and vibrant. We started with the quail, whipped feta, and shrimp, followed by the brussel sprouts, batata harra, and a mixed platter. While everything was delicious, the quail, brussel sprouts, lamb, and Lebanese rice were the true standouts. Highly recommend for a stylish night out!

All of the sides were incredible. The staff go above and beyond to be welcoming, helpful and friendly. They were offering samples of their soups and they were so very good. There is plenty of seating inside and out, and the restaurant is bright and clean. We were visiting from out of town and were just having such a nice time briefly chatting with the staff and telling them how great the food was and how we will come back whenever we can. As we were eating a member of the staff came around handing out plates of fresh watermelon to everyone, of course for free. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was actually the best watermelon I've ever had! We actually told some of the front desk employees at our hotel about our great experience (we were staying right down the street) and they hadn't eaten at Aviva yet but I think we convinced them they need to try it! We came in our first night of our stay after driving all day and it was just all around the best possible experience and kicked off a great trip for us.

Aviva by Chef Kameel... I honestly don't even know where to start…read more My sister and I stopped in while I was visiting home, and I probably would've walked right past this place if she hadn't already known about it. It's tucked into a shopping center in Buckhead, but don't let that fool you, this is a hidden gem. The food? Incredibly fresh. Like, actually fresh. It reminded me of what places like Roti (in Chicago) or Sweetgreen used to be before everything got overly commercialized, clean ingredients, simple, and done right. It's a build-your-plate style setup (think Cava), but everything is constantly being refreshed and made as people order. We both went with the salmon (pretty sure it was king salmon), and it was cooked perfectly. I got mine medium with veggies and slaw no carbs and it was easily one of the best meals I've had in a while. What really stood out, though, was Chef Kameel himself. He came out, greeted guests, checked in, and was genuinely present. On our way out, he even handed out samples of a flourless date chocolate cake, which was incredible. You can tell he really cares about clean, sustainable food and the overall experience. Everything was seasoned perfectly, you don't need heavy sauces or extras. It just hits. I'm already looking forward to going back the next time I'm home. My only hope is that as it grows, it keeps this same level of quality and care, because it's special. If you're in Buckhead, go find it. It's worth it.
