They were perfect for the most part except for some instance of miscommunication where a team was sent out to start a job before we had even agreed on the details. Other than that, they've done DG, drainage, and a retaining wall for us and everything was done properly. They dug deep enough for the DG, they built the retaining wall with proper support and drainage and the drainage they installed at the side of the house completely solved a problem I had with water pooling. He came out walked the property with me. He immediate got what I was trying to do. "Refresh everything with low water consumption plants and a more modern style." The original landscaping was from the 1970's. The overgrown junipers and ficus plants reflected that. The galvanized sprinklers with the leaky, non functional valves, all needed to be replaced. We recently purchased a house and had an extensive drip irrigation system and noticed a leak in one…read moreof the pumps. We also had a high water bill and didn't know if it had anything to do with the sprinklers because we had such a confusing irrigation control system with multiple pumps on the property. We hired Urban Ecoscapes to do an audit of our system. Mark the owner and his crew came out and thoroughly checked our system and provided us a detailed report of how the system was running and repairs/improvements needed. On top of the report, he also made sure the sprinkler heads were aligned correctly and not wasting water on spraying the pavements and made sure the drip line were all functional and correctly positioned. He then provided us a very reasonable quote to replace the defective pump and replace the system controller with a very easy to use Rachio controller which you can download to your phone and control the system wirelessly.
