I just tried out Elements for the first time, and they were fantastic! I love that you can book online, and that when you show up they have treats in the waiting room. Rachelle and her partner at the front desk were were helpful and attentive without being pushy about upselling or rebooking. My massage therapist was Valerie. I'm a huge wuss when it comes to massages, but Valerie was able to work out the kinks without hurting me. Her pressure was great, and she focused on what I needed rather than going through the motions of a cookie-cutter massage. Lots of nice little touches like extra heating pads and warm towels to take off excess lotion at the end of the service. She even offered tissues when I switched from lying on my stomach to my back and my nose had gotten stuffy. Such a little thing, but I've never had anyone ever offer it before. At the end of the service, chocolates and water were provided. Great atmosphere, very convenient booking, and a wonderful crew. And decent prices! Definitely worth a visit! read more

This place is great! The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the therapists are top notch. I have back issues and had a very bad experience with a chiropractor. I now go to Elements every month and it's made a huge difference in keeping me pain free. They offer great discounts if you become a regular customer, and they often offer specials and upgrades that make it even more affordable. Friendly place. First time there. My masseuse was very friendly and the front desk attendant was also very kind. She did promote the membership quite a bit but I could see the savings she believed in. My masseuse was good but not great. I felt like it was a bit too soft and perhaps someone right out of school that maybe has been massaging for a year or a few years... but non the less it was a good over all experience. read more

I called this location hoping for a spot that day and they had one within one hour which was nice. I had a bad migraine and a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. I received a 90 minute massage from Paul and he was great! It was the best massage I have ever had! He was very nice and attentive and made sure I was comfortable. He used the perfect amount of pressure and worked on all of my knots. I left feeling amazing and now, a couple days later, I feel even better! I have lots of old sports injuries that need to be maintenance. It is great to have someone work on you who can address them and actually make a difference. I go to Elements because of Gigi, who is one of the best massage therapists I've met! She knows exactly how to relieve muscle soreness and discomfort. She is very knowledgeable in the human anatomy and is prefect for helping athletes recover quickly from sore muscles. I am also pregnant and have been going to her throughout my pregnancy to relieve back aches, stiff neck, hip aches and whatever is bothering me. While this is a nicely appointed massage facility, the management here does not value nor care about its customers and also engages in deceptive practices. They renegade on their promises; they do not attempt to resolve even minor issues properly preferring a quick buck over a long-term relationship and the reputation of their establishment. Specifically, they broke some verbal promises made to me in regards to the Wellness account that I setup with them and also failed to compensate me in any way for the lost massage time paid by me in full. I urge everyone, to check their actual massage times to make sure that you are being serviced per agreement. Wonderful, peaceful lobby..so you start to decompress right away..feng shui, excellent as is the helpful and friendly staff! I have had Sarah and Felisa and they are both wonderful. This last time I had Sarah and she worked on my tendon problem in my right leg and it was so much better afterwards..it reduced the pain and my limping almost 90%. Guess I'm the first to rate it a one star. I have been there twice. The first time experience was pretty good. Very relaxing and the girl at the front desk was smiling. The therapist was very considering. They talked me to join the membership which I did. Credit card was automatically charge $69 every month. I also booked the second time therapy for 80min at the same price because it was my birthday month. Unfortunately, the therapy was 10min shorter than it should be. I didn't feel like pointing it out. When I checked out, they asked me to pay the difference which means they forgot that was my birthday month. Wondering don't they keep the note? Don't they have all the personal info? Anyway the second time experience was not quite pleasant. With the price I paid, I hope the service could be better. I called to ask for canceling the membership. They didn't process it until the third time I called. The manager was taking a break. Ridiculous. And the manager should have called to tell me that I will still be billed for this month because cancellation will be valid 30 days after. At the time when we register, nobody informed me. They said "you can cancel it anytime you want". Can't trust those who sell their membership too hard. read more

After two weeks of complaining about my lower back pain, my Dad referred me to Elements Massage. He talked highly of Karen. He was out of work for a week. After two appointments he was relieved of his back spasms and pain, and out on the golf course(priorities.. :-D). I made an appointment with Heather, and she was wonderful. I had back pain that radiated from my lower back to my hips, and mid-back. Heather focused on those areas with care. The room did not have strong aromatherapy smell. Which is nice if you're sensitive to fragrances. I love that Heather also gave me recommendations on how to help the healing proccess and how to keep my back in good shape. Lots of things that I am not doing...I had no idea. Thank you Heather! Will be going back in four weeks for another massage and to sign up for their wellness program. read more

I just had a massage with Celeste and it was wonderful! She was very thorough and applied the perfect pressure, based on my preference! She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. This place is brand new and they have really done a great job. The minute you walk in, you feel calm and peaceful. The personal touches make you feel welcome, right down to the little chocolate at the end of your service. She even showed me some tricks for at home to loosen up my hairstylist muscles! Got a massage from Celeste today, and it was exactly what I needed. The place is clean and professional. Celeste was very attentive and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. She even mentioned that things like the volume of the music in the room is up to me. She also asked if there were any areas I wanted extra attention paid to not only in the beginning but halfway through before turning me on my back. She also suggested some exercises afterwards to help w the tension. Great membership package, just joined. Looking forward to seeing her again. read more

This morning I gave up trying to sleep after having a tough night from a sore neck and back due a hard day playing ball with a bunch of young'ns. I'm not from the SF Bay area so I didn't know where to go and I decided to check the Yelp reviews for "legitimate" massage studios; Elements stood out with the best reviews so I made an appointment. I'm a fairly muscular guy and 6'5" so I read the reviews and booked with Kasia because she seemed to fit my needs perfectly after reading she was from Poland; I stereotyped her figuring she was the big farmers daughter that could handle a deep tissue massage, I was wrong, she was a petite little cutie. But this little cutie had hands and arms of steel and made me whence more than a few times as she found the knots in my muscles and massaged them into submission. This was one of my best massage experiences in a long time, no pressure to buy a membership or a bunch of supplies crowding the lobby like some places, just simply a massage therapy studio. A couple young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and kept me company with small talk while I waited. The lounge and room was very clean and quiet with a soothing sound of "new age" music in the background, no twing, ching, chang, bong Asian music I expected to hear in this area. If you have an opportunity and need a "legitimate" therapeutic massage I would highly recommend this place. I'll be back but next time I get a 80-minute session, I'm confident it will be worth every cent (well dollar in this area). read more

Signed up for monthly plan a year ago. I love that if I miss a month I can use it for a longer massage later or an additional service. Can also gift extras to other family members. Therapists are attentive to my needs. I have 90 minutes - and sometimes feel like I could go longer because it feels so good!
