I was booked with Ryan and as he was finishing up my massage I was thinking - oh sh*t i'm going to have to drive all this way just for this guy bc that was amazing! He is very skilled and doesn't talk during the massage itself (I love convo just not during my massage), just checks in from time to time. The facility is really clean and you could immediately see that strict COVID protocols are in place and everyone is compliant. Pretty good massage for the price. We went in for the special they had this month for new clients. We only paid $49 for 55 minutes of a full body massage. Elements "customizes" their massage therapists based on the level of pressure their clients like based on a scale of 1-4. I had a therapist that provided a 3/4 level of pressure. The only issue I had was the pressure was more brute force rather than using gravity and technique. I took a few years of massage classes myself, so I know when the therapist is experienced or not. This location just opened in October 2012, so maybe they just need a little more experience. Either way, the customer service was great and maybe I just got a new therapist instead of an experienced one. I would go again, but only when they have specials since there are plenty of other places to go to. read more

I've been going to Anthony for a while now, and he is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had! He definitely has helped me with tension on my neck, shoulders, and back, which are big problem areas for me, since I'm on my computer a lot. Not only is Anthony great at what he does, but he goes above and beyond, suggesting that I start standing at my desk while I work, incorporate stretching, as well as getting certain massage instruments to reduce the tension on my neck and shoulders. I recently twisted my back so severely that I could not sleep, eat or function properly. My back spasms had me in tears because of the pain. Updating my review from a few years ago... I'm still going here, and have rotated through several great therapists. Some of them stay a long time, and some move on to other opportunities. For a while now, I've been seeing Anthony, who is marvelous. He does a very solid deep tissue massage, but he also can be gentler and more soothing if that's what you need. I have a herniated lumbar disc that makes my sciatic nerve go crazy and my hamstrings get tights, and he works that out very well. I also tend to carry stress in my shoulders and neck, and am always much better when I leave. Many of the other current therapists are great but I make an effort to schedule with Anthony whenever I can! read more

I just got my very first ever body massage here. Ryan was exceptional and and left me feeling completely relaxed. Seriously, his hands are magic and he was able to get into muscles that desperately needed releasing. He was able to work through muscles that I didn't even know where tense and was good at listening to and acknowledging my needs. The massage was so awesome that I plan on going again next week. I booked my appointment for Sunday at 10am and they were extremely attentive to my needs. I found them on Spa finder and this place is a gem. Shiv massaged me and ask me what were my focus body parts would I like him to focus on. He ask if the pressure was ok or if I wanted more. This was by far one of the best massages I had in a long time. I just had arthroscopic surgery on my right knee and this was much needed TLC. We had several hours of massages that had built up on our membership account before and during the covid lock down. When we went in to cancel our membership in January 2021 we were told that if we cancel our membership we had only 60 days to use the hours of massage we had built up. In order to have them stop taking payments from our credit card on file we finally canceled after being talked out of it two other times. My husband and I did not feel it was safe to get a massage within 60 days until the rate of covid cases went down and more people were vaccinated. This company displayed no understanding of this and we had to forfeit the money. Besides the fact that it was very hard to schedule an appointment for the times we needed whenever we did have one scheduled they would call 80% of the time to reschedule us. I would not recommend getting a membership with this company. read more

I've gone for 2 massages at Elements and will keep coming back indefinitely. I work in tech and am on the computer all the time, and I try to stretch and strength train, but it never seems like enough, as I end up getting arm, back, shoulder + neck pain regularly. I've seen Lauren for both massages and both times I was amazed at how she finds the weird tiny shoulder spots that need fixing. I also think she's a cool person and enjoy talking with her.
