The check-in staff is always so friendly. They always greet me when I walk in and say bye when I walk out. VTL training goes on right in the middle by check-in, so it is pretty loud. After a class, sometimes a friend and i like to sit at a table at the front to relax and talk, and it's hard because the VTL has their music really loud.

There were a few times though where the paper towel dispensers were empty but otherwise, they do a great job in making sure we have what we need. For the most part, guests are good at wiping their machines down before and after use. There were some that don't and WE SEE YOU. Please be courteous and respectful enough to wipe down the machines after using. The bathroom is also clean and organized. Love that everyone is very respectful in the locker room and bathroom area. Additionally, if you are a black card member, their spa room is also amazing. I've tried the cryo machine and it was amazing. I recommend this place!

I know it was probably a call from corporate, but they still need to make sure their local line staff know what's going on. Otherwise, clean and crisp facility. The women's changing room/bathroom was so spacious and has little nooks where you can hide to change near the lockers. Oh, and "selfie stations" for those who need ;) 6/10 will return. It's expensive when not discounted thru health insurance. And I was kind of annoyed about the beginning of our memberships.

The 29-minute circuit course has become my favorite routine. I just wish some people would respect the circuit part of it and not hog one machine for ten minutes.

I do not recommend this gym…read more Professionalism: The trainer I had was named Alex. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even hostile at times towards me without clear reason. I did nothing to provoke him except show up to the sessions that I paid for. To this day, it's still confusing and alarming. Sessions: Alex did not show up to two sessions and left in his vehicle while I was still exercising for one of them. I was always sore after workouts, but it helped to have a trainer who was actually present and showing up to sessions. Waste of time and money if they aren't there. Cleanliness: The bathrooms in this gym are extremely filthy. Every time I went, the toilets and the sink were not working. I told Alex about it and he didn't want to hear it. He brushed me off and told me he was aware of the issue, yet it was never resolved. The bathrooms are worthy of an OSHA complaint or a health department complaint. I considered completing one, but chose to get my refund and get out of there as fast as I could. Extra detail: I am a woman and Alex intimidated me in front of people. Knowing that he is a man, and I was on a contract made this situation unbearable. It made me feel like I couldn't defend myself without potentially losing my hard earned money. This kind of power imbalance is not OK. If you are a woman, please consider a different trainer who will not intimidate or try to humiliate you simply because he can.
