Not only would she not take us, she was SO INCREDIBLY MEAN!!! She looked like and sounded like she hates her job. Completely lost my business. Never coming back. Believe the other reviews that say the front desk makes it not worth coming here. Go to Care Fast Urgent Care down the street instead. Front desk has always been polite there. A previous doctor was concerned about a possible heart murmur, and I followed his recommendation to see a cardiologist - which just happened to be Dr. Keesara. He didn't even properly listen to my heart! Just slapped his stethoscope around my chest (particularly over the metal wiring of my bra) and called it a day. No questioning about family history or medications or my own previous medical history. Just told me to hold my breath and then barely looked over me. They actually discovered that my employer had accidentally recorded my birthday incorrectly, which was why they couldn't initially find my insurance. They were awesome and printed out my insurance info for me as well and services were then covered (yay!) and I then knew what I needed to do to fix my insurance issues. The wait to be seen was very short and the doctor and nurses were friendly and personable, and wrote a note for me for my work in case I needed time off (I did!) Holy cross urgent care has been beyond great help to me during my worse times. I deal with…read moreautoimmune disease along with other chronic conditions, I have a neurologist, a rheumatologist ,an orthopedist and I see them every couple of months. Pain is something that I have sadly gotten used to, I can try to get seen by one of my Dr's but there's always a wait. Luckily I did a quick search and came across this god sent clinic. I've been here about three times within the last year and every time the wait time is less than five minutes, I get set up in an exam room while I wait for the dr. Every time they outdo themselves, they take their time listening to your symptoms to get to the bottom of the problem. They quickly send your medications to your pharmacy and off you go. Since 2015 Ive had to deal with a lot of flares and until I came here, I've had to deal with the constant pain 24/7 during my flares. Thank you, to the entire holy cross urgent care staff, for giving a piece of my life back.
