Their telephone service is terrible. They rarely answer the phone, even after the automated system repeatedly says you're the next caller for 20-30 minutes. Last Monday, I called around noon and again around 2:00 p.m. They eventually called to verify my mother-in-law's date of birth and then called again around 4:30 p.m. All I needed was for them to correct the dosage of her medication because they had sent the pharmacy the wrong strength. My mother-in-law had already been seen by the doctor just a few days earlier, so there was no reason for her to schedule another appointment just to correct a prescription dosage that the office had entered incorrectly. Instead of simply contacting the pharmacy to fix their mistake, the staff member insisted we make another appointment, which would have meant my mother-in-law going without her medication for about a week. The representative was rude, repeatedly saying she was "just trying to help," then placed me on hold. It was obvious she had no intention of returning to the call because she left me on hold until the office closed. At exactly 4:58 p.m., the call was disconnected. It's now been over a week, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. No follow-up, no correction, and no concern for a patient who depends on her medication. It's incredibly frustrating that something as simple as correcting a prescription dosage has been handled with such a lack of urgency and compassion. To make matters worse, here I am again today trying to reach someone. After 35 minutes on hold, it looks like I won't be able to speak with anyone once again. Instead of connecting me to a representative, the automated system is now asking me to enter the extension number of the person I'm calling. How am I supposed to know anyone's extension? I have no choice but to hang up because I don't have that information. This has become a pattern, not a one-time occurrence. Patients should not have to spend hours trying to reach someone, especially when the office is correcting its own prescription error. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I sincerely hope this clinic improves its phone system and the way it handles patient concerns because no one should have to go through this just to get a medication dosage corrected.

Holy cross urgent care has been beyond great help to me during my worse times. I deal with…read moreautoimmune disease along with other chronic conditions, I have a neurologist, a rheumatologist ,an orthopedist and I see them every couple of months. Pain is something that I have sadly gotten used to, I can try to get seen by one of my Dr's but there's always a wait. Luckily I did a quick search and came across this god sent clinic. I've been here about three times within the last year and every time the wait time is less than five minutes, I get set up in an exam room while I wait for the dr. Every time they outdo themselves, they take their time listening to your symptoms to get to the bottom of the problem. They quickly send your medications to your pharmacy and off you go. Since 2015 Ive had to deal with a lot of flares and until I came here, I've had to deal with the constant pain 24/7 during my flares. Thank you, to the entire holy cross urgent care staff, for giving a piece of my life back.

During the visit, the nurse and NP were in and out for about 45 minutes running tests. My daughter got restless, so I walked her once around the hall. I didn't pass any other patients, only the front desk, yet they stopped me and told me I couldn't walk around "because of other patients." Later I saw about 20 people crowded in the waiting room, which made the whole thing feel inconsistent and unnecessary. The bigger issue happened afterward. My daughter was prescribed Tamiflu for the flu, but I accidentally spilled part of the bottle. I called the urgent care Sunday morning and was told to have CVS request a refill. CVS sent the request immediately. As of Monday night - more than 35 hours later - Providence still has not responded. My daughter needs the full dose, and I even spent 50 minutes on hold trying to reach someone with no answer. Between the delays, the lack of support, and no response to an urgent medication request for a sick toddler, this was extremely disappointing. I would caution other parents about using this location.

I grew up in a "I don't need a doctor" family, so yesterday when I bent my finger backwards I was…read moreskeptical about going and worried it wasn't "bad enough" and that the staff would think it a little weird I was there. But last year, I broke a toe and it healed funny and I didn't want that to be the case if I broke my finger. I came prepared to plead my case, to tell them I know it's not bad but I wanted to be sure, I'm not looking for pain meds/etc/etc. Not at all needed. I told them what happened, and they checked my insurance would cover it, ordered X-rays and gave a splint. No interrogation, no side comments, no dramatics and quick service. Marina/Jennifer/Dalia and Talia were absolutely wonderful and made the whole process smooth. I'm now one less medically anxious person
