We were referred to Kevin at Elevate Pest Management by a neighbor in our complex who has been using his services for quite some time. We had recently moved in and were having roaches in our backyard and a few in our condo. Kevin was very reassuring that he would take care of them. The first time he came he sprayed inside and outside. Immediately we started seeing roaches crawl out of hiding and die. The next two times he has only sprayed outside. We are on the monthly service plan with him and can relax knowing the roaches are no more and will be no more with his treatment of them. One of the times he was here spraying my husband was outside with him. We had just gotten rid of plants that had been on top of a raised planter with tiles covering it. My husband lifted a tile to ask Kevin to spray there and 12 juvenile rats came running out. Needless to say we now are doing rat bait treatment with Kevin as well. The rats have not been a problem anymore either. We are very grateful we were referred to Kevin and very grateful for the results from his services. I thought for sure we would need to move but Kevin has gotten in all under control and we can now enjoy our new place. I recommend him for ongoing services and if you are moving I recommend him to go in and spray a place before you move in. Kevin is very professional, reliable, good follow up and communication and does a great job. His pricing is competitive and provides excellent value.
