Essentially this is a mobile food vendor that I came to know about when they decided to do a visit to Lake Arrowhead Brewing. They've been visiting this location two days a week for the deration of the summer this year. The reason I needed to visit was due to needing to find decent vegan options up in the mountains. Hands down if you live the plant-based lifestyle this is the spot you need to hit. I try to catch myself driving down from Big Bear at least once a week to grab some action. I've tried most of the menu and I can say there isn't an item that I didn't enjoy. The highlight of the menu is the "Carne Asada" and the super friendly family aspect of the business. Elevated Greens draws us to the Lake Arrowhead Brewing Co. every Wednesday and Thursday! We love having a vegan option in town a few days a week. I just wish they were here every day. The food is fantastic. The Cali burrito is my favorite. My boyfriend loves the burger. Grandma loves the quesadilla. We also love their hibiscus tea. Even better than the food is the team. They are just the nicest people, always thankful for their customers. A big thank you to Adam, Pete, and the rest of the team for brining a delicious vegan option to our community! "I DON'T UNDERSTAND" HOW SWAY!? I am having a hard time understanding what just happened. We are having beers at Backstreet Brewery in Anaheim when my woman and I are debating what to have for dinner. We see a trailer pull up and setting up for dinner. We wait a few minutes and ask the staff what is on the menu. We literally ordered one of everything on the menu 1. Ceviche 2. Asada fríes 3. 3 tacos plate Asada/Chicken/Carnitas Young lady said are we vegans? HOLD UP!? What ? No we're not Vegans but have an open mind... 1. Ceviche: first plate, looked like traditional ceviche 3 fresh fried tostadas and a huge pile of ceviche. Holy freaking flavor town. We calculated Potatoes and cauliflower but did not verify did not care to be honest because it legitimately tasted like ceviche. Absolutely fabulous. 2. Asada fríes: Fríes were crispy yet soft center with all around home run flavors from the sauce to the "Asada" again did not care or think about the fact this is not meat. 3. 3 tacos: Loaded tacos, guac looked picture perfect (Sorry for not taking a pic) tasted so freaking fresh I don't understand. I don't understand seems to be the theme of this review. I don't understand how I ate vegan food that tasted better than most regular restaurants with the same blah boring food. AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Always opened to try new foods and this was more than what I expected! When you think of Mexican food you don't think vegan but eating elevated greens will change your mind! Super fresh and light. My favorite has to be the fresh ceviche! Super light, refreshing and pairs so well with a nice cold beer. Today I tried their Asada fries....so freakn' good! Thick fries but yet nice and crispy and soft in the middle. If you like spicy, these ARE for you! The Asada was super flavorful and the guac was of course delicious! This food was delicious. I have never gone out of my way to eat vegan food. I have had dishes that were vegetarian but not necessarily vegan. Their food was so tasty and their "asada" and "pollo" has a meaty texture and spices. I would 100% eat here again. I am so glad I had this despite being skeptical that it didn't have meat. I am 100% a meat eater. My SO is like 80% veg but nope. Never met a veggie burger I wanted more than an initial "try it, it's good!" bite. Total respect for my veg friends and family, it's just not for me. Except I just finished an ENTIRE Western burger and would happily have eaten more, but it was huge and I was stuffed. Had a disappointing experience with this place. They were featured as a booth in an event in Orange County. I Ordered the West Coast Burger and fries and their Jamaica drink. The gentleman at the register had completed my ticket and handed me the drink and while I was waiting and sipping on my drink, notified me that they were all out of the west coast burger. He was trying to talk me into ordering another item on the menu but I had just had Mexican the previous night and had my heart set on a burger. I was really disappointed because I only ordered the drink because I was under the impression that I would be dining from there. If I had known that they were out of burgers from the get go, I never would have ordered the drink or anything for that matter. I honestly feel like they should have comped the drink at that point and was pretty regrettable $5 spent on a drink that was mostly filled with ice that tasted only mediocre. Oh also mind that this event had only been open for 1 hour and they already ran out of one of their food items and failed to notify me at the beginning. Got the Cali burrito. It was quite small for $15 (+ tip / tax ~$18). The burrito tasted ok and was weirdly room temp / cold considering it was made to order, with guac potato and some dense chewy pieces of faux meat. Took almost 50 minutes at a stand with 5 employees. No insane lines or backed up orders. I try my best to support locally owned plant based businesses but this one was not for me. Seeing other reviews, I am sure many enjoy it and you may too. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian and I love Elevated Greens!!! Their protein is so good, the texture and chew is on point. Their protein doesn't contain soy which I do like because everyone else doing fake meat do so mostly with soy. I'm not hating on soy but you'll notice the difference when you bite into their food. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS I WOULD! We went to Crestline this past weekend, our 1st time. Couldnt find any good reviews on Yelp for lunch so we were going to settle for a random diner. While getting out of the car i glanced over &saw the Elevated Green Plant tent and with some convincing to my fiancé, we decided to give it a try(lakemud pottery was next to the tent and they had VERY nice pottery we were in awe of their talent)The chefs were so friendly! Immediately welcomed us with such generosity.He suggested the grizzly burrito for my fiancé and I decided on the shroomie pizza. The wind started picking up pretty bad so they gave us fresh chips and salsa for the wait which were great(the tent was flying all around we know that must've been hard to handle while cooking)but they were super apologetic. It was no problem for us we know the wind was out of their control. We took the food back to our car and we're absolutely changed forever lol. The burrito was soooo flavorful/crazy to know the "carne asada" was made from lentils. & my pizza was literally the best pizza I've ever had.It was my fiancés first time trying vegan food and now he's obsessed. I can not believe my taste buds. The only thing I can say is WOW. I don't usually eat vegan food, but I would definitely go out of my way for some of the "Carne Asada Fries" again. A little spicy, a little sweet with the guacamole, and a lot of amazingness. You can tell they put a lot of work and love into their food. Very friendly people as well.
