We decided to go with LVP, over the top of the old wood and tile (sanded). All furniture was gently moved, the work was done over 2-3 days and looks amazing. Carpets were just finished yesterday, and only took one full day. The crew showed up around 9:30 and immediately got to work. Furniture gently moved, beds taken apart, old carpet hauled away, and again, looks/feels incredible. We feel like we have a brand new house.
