Dealership is clean, cars all presentable and they are on time for your appt with the test drive car ready out front. They'll crunch numbers, find you available discounts. Price negotiations don't go as far as pre covid, but they'll break down everything for you. Had a good experience here so if Mini was in the cards I'd feel good about giving my business to them.

I was ready to…read morefinally get a new car but of course, first gotta test drive different vehicles to see which one would suit me best & weigh the options. I've always wanted a MINI, just for the simple fact that I think they're absolutely ADORABLE! I decided to make an appointment to test drive the 2025 Countryman. It's gorgeous in person & it's completely remodeled from the previous years. Updated touch screen, panoramic moon roof, heads up display, wireless charging, heated front seats, parking assist, heated steering, & remote start all included in the base model! I test drove the melting silver III metallic with Vescin Vintage Brown interior (favored style) & the iconic package. With the new remodeling, the car is much bigger now and comparable to the BMW X1. More overhead space & back seat can comfortable fit passengers. My favorite part about this car during the test drive was the GO KART MODE! It's basically their sport mode & man did it feel nice! Also, if you're a current/former BMW owner, ask about loyalty credits! Up to $1000 loyalty credit can be used towards a MINI or BMW. If car is totaled, I believe as long as it has been less than a year, you can still get loyalty credit. Although I did not end up getting the Countryman, our salesman was very nice & not pushy at all, which I was very appreciative of!

Overall a pretty disappointing experience and I'm not a novice at dealing with repair shops both…read morelocal and dealerships. Bottom line is if you have an older car definitely do not bring it here for repairs. For details read on- Brought a 2001 in with a long list of Minor repairs. The intake went smoothly and friendly. Received a report on the repairs via text which was quite detailed. Got to follow up call from one of the service managers. It was pretty clear to me he hadn't familiarized himself with either the report or the details of what was broken on my car. Also just a personal pet peeve, people who give you general information when you ask them specific questions and give you answers to questions that you haven't yet asked. I got the distinct impression that the gentleman who was helping me was either new or didn't really know what was going on. Decided on one repair due to the fact getting parts would be difficult. Waited two days for the part it did not fix the problem. Was charged $300 and told that they'd given me a break on the hours since it took longer than expected. Was told the dashboard needed to come out for further troubleshooting but they didn't want to do it because the car was old. Picked up the car and it was obvious to me it was done in a hasty manner to "get it out of the shop". Simple thing like daylight running light was burnt out and not repaired even though we discussed that. The manager asked if I'd like them to "throw one in" on my way out the door, but at that point I had had it. After leaving I discovered the radio had not been reinstalled properly so only works intermittently now. Parts removed from trunk for troubleshooting were not replaced in their original location. Called the general manager Boulos and quite frankly my assessment is he was more interested in interjecting and defending what they did then actually either listening to or arriving at some kind of an agreement. Got a lot of condescending platitudes and "We'll take that under advisements", "We appreciate your business", versus what I believe was the realistic conclusion of; we don't care about your old car, you didn't spend enough money here for us to worry about this, pay your $300 and go away, i.e the fast talking salesman routine. Super annoying. I'm sure they don't care, but I won't be back.

Reading some of the older reviews about service, I question what universe they were in? I know…read moresometimes competitors have their employees write bad reviews, so that may be as well. Last week (May 2026) I had the complete opposite service experience ...and get this ! I did not even buy my 2022 Audi Q3 from THEM! (I bought it from a used car dealership = Bourne Auto). I had warranty (recall) work that only a dealer could perform and also had to get the "key owner" setting switched from the prior owner so I could access Audi's MMI system (Something Bourne Auto forgot to do!). 1) Eric (Norwell service team) got me a next day appointment, offered a loaner car, sent the estimate by email and text and completed the work the next day - plus a free car wash! The day after i got the car back , I received both a text and an email from Eric asking if everything was to my satisfaction (what other dealer does that?) 2) Kyle White (Audi Brand Specialist) must have "drawn the short straw" to help me with my "Key Owner" conversation because it was not easy! Bourne failed to clear the prior owners info from the database, but Kyle was undeterred . After converting my Key Owner status and deleting all evidence of the prior owner, (which took partnering with his technician counterpart) Kyle spent another 30 minutes of his own time showing me all the car options / functions (something Bourne never provided! ) DId I mentioned that I did not buy my Audi from them? No surprise really - Kyle's business card indicated he has achieved "Audi Magna Society" level status (something he never once mentioned !) which (in researching ) is only awarded to top performers in customer satisfaction and representation of the Audi brand. In sum, I am happy to report I received the "BEST of the Best" in service from Audi Norwell! I have zero motivation to pitch for this dealer either. They earned my loyalty ..without asking for anything in return . For that reason, I will certainly buy my next car from Audi Norwell without hesitation! If you are looking right now for an Audi , I highly recommend you start with Kyle White at Audi Norwell before any other dealer. Complete no brainer!

We were greeted as we walked in so they knew we were there but then crickets. No one came over to help us, ask questions, nothing.
