Reading some of the older reviews about service, I question what universe they were in? I know sometimes competitors have their employees write bad reviews, so that may be as well. Last week (May 2026) I had the complete opposite service experience ...and get this ! I did not even buy my 2022 Audi Q3 from THEM! (I bought it from a used car dealership = Bourne Auto). I had warranty (recall) work that only a dealer could perform and also had to get the "key owner" setting switched from the prior owner so I could access Audi's MMI system (Something Bourne Auto forgot to do!). 1) Eric (Norwell service team) got me a next day appointment, offered a loaner car, sent the estimate by email and text and completed the work the next day - plus a free car wash! The day after i got the car back , I received both a text and an email from Eric asking if everything was to my satisfaction (what other dealer does that?) 2) Kyle White (Audi Brand Specialist) must have "drawn the short straw" to help me with my "Key Owner" conversation because it was not easy! Bourne failed to clear the prior owners info from the database, but Kyle was undeterred . After converting my Key Owner status and deleting all evidence of the prior owner, (which took partnering with his technician counterpart) Kyle spent another 30 minutes of his own time showing me all the car options / functions (something Bourne never provided! ) DId I mentioned that I did not buy my Audi from them? No surprise really - Kyle's business card indicated he has achieved "Audi Magna Society" level status (something he never once mentioned !) which (in researching ) is only awarded to top performers in customer satisfaction and representation of the Audi brand. In sum, I am happy to report I received the "BEST of the Best" in service from Audi Norwell! I have zero motivation to pitch for this dealer either. They earned my loyalty ..without asking for anything in return . For that reason, I will certainly buy my next car from Audi Norwell without hesitation! If you are looking right now for an Audi , I highly recommend you start with Kyle White at Audi Norwell before any other dealer. Complete no brainer! read more

Brought my A7 in for a recall back in late November. Ever since NOTHING but PROBLEMS! I have had it back in Atleast 4 times, customer service is awful, it's as tho no one communicates with each other including the client. My car has less the 40,000 miles it's a 21. I will never buy a vehicle from Audi Norwell again. I did love my car now since the recall it's been nothing but a headache!!!! Worst service department I have encountered, with Audi or otherwise. After years of repeated and continual service issues where the car is never done on time or even within the day for routine service inspections, I am speaking out. We had a scheduled routine service inspection appointment for today at 8:30 AM and when we did not hear back by 3:30 PM we called to find that they had done NOTHING with the car. Performed no maintenance or even did the 2 hour software update ... the service guy actually argued with us saying he had 45 cars in today and that was why after 7 hours our car had nothing done?!?! When we dropped off the car this morning at 8:30 AM we said we needed it back today. Now we will get the car back without the work done after them having it an entire day. What is worse is that this is every single time we use this service department. No timely communication or the work cannot be done in the promised timeline. If we hadn't taken it upon ourselves to call in, then what would have happened? We are talking a routine service appointment, scheduled in advance with a morning time, and verbal confirmation by my husband at drop off that we needed the car back today. This is not the first time or even the second, which is why I am finally writing this. Also, the completely unaccommodating and unapologetic attitude of the service guy. To note, our neighbor has also had a terrible experience at this Audi dealer. The only reason we have gone here is that it is the closest dealer on the south shore. From here out I will take the time to travel for better service. read more

He was excellent (which is not something you often hear about car sales reps). He was very helpful and personable without being pushy or high pressured. We have always been BMW owners, but are considering an Audi for our next car, and if we do, we will certainly use Dimetry and Audi Norwell. read more

Decent overall. We had major problems with a BRAND NEW Audi Q-7 directly after purchasing it. MMS Computer System had massive failures and the brake pressure valve. They never resolved the MMS Issue. Brake pressure valve was replaced 3 times on a brand new vehicle with under 5k miles, and is STILL failing. Dealership was NOT very accommodating or sympathetic. Had to get Audi USA involved. Luckily the Sales Manager (Lou) finally got involved. Lou was TERRIFIC and worked out a deal to trade the 2022 vehicle in for a new 2023 model given all the problems we had. They ended up coming through for us in the end, but it was a long painful road to get there. They should have offered a much quicker resolution and made us feel like valued clients. What a farce. I made an appointment to test drive a 2018 A4. Confirmed through multiple emails. In fact, the salesman (Ken Bourne) texted me the morning of the appointment to confirm. Drove 90 minutes, met Ken, and we sat down only to have him blurt out "So, it turns out that vehicle was sold yesterday!". No apology. Didn't care in the least that we wasted our Saturday. He mad multiple opportunities to let me know the vehicle was sold but let us schlep all the way there anyway. They are great during the sales process , promise you the world on the used car. Once they get the deposit, things change in regards to what they need to do to the car, anything to save them money. I have been a customer at this Audi Dealership for over one year. I brought my car to get serviced yesterday. I specify asked them to check my brakes upon drop off. I called to inquire about the status of the car and the service advisor informed me the car would be ready in an hour. I asked about the status of the brakes. He said the brakes were on red but that was a, "big job" and they would not have time to address them that day. He also said the rear brakes would need to be serviced in a month. I inquired as to why he did not contact me about the brakes immediately as that is a major concern and I needed to ensure my vehicle was safe. I then advised him I brought my vehicle in to address all outstanding issues. The customer service and professionalism at this dealership is extremely poor. There is minimum focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and more focus on their commission and selling extended warranty coverages read more

I purchased a $45,000 vehicle in February. The car was in mint condition and the buying process was quick and easy-I was in my new car in less than 24 hours. I spent an additional $3,000 on the paint and interior protection package, to keep my car in the mint condition I purchased it in. I was told that both the interior and exterior would be protected in full- "if we can't fix it, we replace it at no cost". I brought my vehicle back to have this service provided, leaving the car at dealer in the same pristine condition I purchased it in. While in the dealership's care, it received the interior and exterior conditioning, an oil change and a roof I leak repair (it is a convertible). Two days later, vehicle was ready for pickup. I drove away and while getting on Rte3, looked over my shoulder to merge, at which time I noticed significant damage to the interior side panel of the car. It was torn and ripped, with a puncture. I took pictures immediately and reported to service, which was already closed. I also followed up with an email asking for a return call, which never happened. I called and spoke to the service manager who indicated he would speak to sales, as it was now a "sales issue" due to the service type. I was then told that sales reported that they would not fix the damage, as I purchased a "used car" and this damage was not "covered" under warranty. I looped in my salesman who then contacted the General Manager, who asked that I bring the car in so he could evaluate. When I arrived, the salesman met me at the door and asked to see the damage; at which time he indicated, "I cannot believe they are giving you a hard time with this- this blatantly happened during your service". The GM looked at the damage and berated me- accusing me that I caused the damage and that his team could not have been involved. I pushed back and showed him damage that was on the chrome and paint on the outside- likely a hose or a sharp edge of something used to treat the interior. He indicated that as a "good will gesture", he would "fix" the damage as he "appreciated my business" and scheduled me for a week later for drop off. I dropped the car off as scheduled, was told that the panel was being replaced and the service manager indicated "I'm glad I finally got through to them and he agreed to replace this for you. I'm sorry this happened". I thanked him for his support and left. Another two days later, the car was done, I was advised by phone that the panel was replaced and I picked up the car. The paperwork I received also clearly states that the panel was replaced. At pickup when I examined the work, the panel was clearly not replaced, but instead filled with some type of filler. Sales was already closed, so I could not speak to anyone, although I sent an email immediately to dispute this repair and inform that the panel was not in fact replaced as I had been told, yet "attempted" to be "repaired" and I was not happy. I requested a call back from the GM, which never happened until 5 days and several emails later, at which time he continued to berate me and accuse me of causing the damage, pleading that I "needed to see things from his side and the part is $1284". Again, I expressed that my car was perfect when I left it- so again as "good will effort", he advised that he would cover the labor of the part replacement if I chose to replace it, but that I would be responsible for the $1284 part. I am SO disgusted with this dealership. Apparently service and reputation is not something they care too much about. If you plan to just purchase a car and never go back, its quick and easy. If you're looking for your forever dealership, think twice. What they don't tell you is that the $3,000 protection plan is outsourced to an outside subcontractor, they do not stand behind their word, and the General Manager is quite possibly the worst businessman I've ever encountered. We will be servicing our Audis elsewhere moving forward and will make sure that everyone we know stays away from this dealership. So unfortunate and disappointing. read more

I had arranged to test drive a vehicle at 12:30 with Bruce. I arrived a few minutes before 12:30. I checked in with the receptionist when I came in and was told it would be a couple of minutes as Bruce finishes up with a prior appointment. That's fine. 35 minutes pass, and the receptionist looks over and I ask her if he is still coming. She asks if I want another salesperson if he is going to be long, and I said yes, as I've already waited more than 30 minutes since my scheduled appointment.She calls his desk, he doesn't answer. She walks over to his office, and he says "3 minutes". 5 minutes go by, I don't see him and walk out the door. I live in Brighton and had to ask a friend for a ride to Norwell for the test drive. The quick responses I received from Bruce after my initial inquiry led me to believe that this location offered exceptional service to its clients. I was badly mistaken. After I left, I didn't receive an email or call from Bruce, who correctly should have assumed I was unhappy with what had transpired. I wrote him an email instead two hours later indicating my frustration with the situation. His response was a crafted email that included an introductory apology, but then the following: "I thought the previous appointment would have been complete prior to your arrival. Apparently, I made the wrong decision to try and give the person in front of me my undivided attention. Most customers agree that it takes long enough to complete a transaction for a new vehicle without having your sales person answer phones or run out for other appointments while trying to conclude the transaction. Once I realized it was taking too long, I did ask another sales person to come out and take care of your appointment, but by the time he could get to you, you were gone. It was too little too late. So again, I am sorry for that as well." There are several things in this particular exchange, that I, as a targeted Audi driver for their A3 (late 20s, early 30s, educated, working, etc.) found disturbing. One, the sarcastic tone to a potential client of the dealership, and brand. My expectations were not to pull him away from a sale, but for my time to be respected and acknowledged, neither of which occurred. He gave no indication of a prolonged waiting time. He stated he sent someone over, but it was too late, so it would have been AT LEAST 45 minutes after my scheduled time, if that person came over right after I left. He could have resolved this by stating he would be tied up from the get go when I arrived and sent someone else over, as others were available and not helping customers. As a business and brand, they should be looking at customers lifetime values (CLV). That is why brands like Audi like to get people into their entry model cars young, so as they progress in their careers, they can upgrade to other models within the brand. Apparently, some people do not see the bigger picture, and could care less about other people's time. At some point, I thought to myself, I have the cost of the lease in cash in my pocket, waiting to give this guy the money, and it honestly seems like he does not want my business. I stopped by Audi of Norwell, and despite the fact that their service department had already closed for the day, Chris and his colleagues spent a half an hour helping me out under a very hot sun, finally solving my problem. The lady who did the paperwork was supposed to be the manager and tried to sell the warranty but I declined. She gave an attitude and rolled her eyes hinting why I would buy an Audi without warranty. I knew she was wanted commission off the warranty so I purposely refused. I hated her high pitched sales attitude. Too bad my husband wanted the car so we just proceeded w the paperwork. I could've walked away but that wouldn't have been fair to the salesman who actually sold us the car and stayed with us for 2 hours cause the lady took so long w the prior clients before us. I hate giving 1 star reviews but you need to be warned. I grew up with Audi/Volkswagen as my dad was in plant operations for years. I have usually owned one for most of my driving years. This dealership is the worst I've ever dealt with. My husband's car wasn't ever entered into the computer system so it had to be looked up by VIN when I needed to have it serviced elsewhere years after he bought it. He was outright lied to about his warranty coverage. Every interaction has been painful in some way. I have used a different dealership (about 20 minutes further from home) for my personal Audi's and can't rave enough about that dealer. Even when I came to look at a pre-owned car and said "This car kind of smells like dogs," the sales person told me I didn't smell anything. It was *hard* to miss. I felt like she was treating me like some kind of idiot. Best advice: keep driving. read more

I was going to give this dealership 5 stars, then realized a single would be more apropos given the money spent vs. work -actually- done. Let me clarify: I went there for the 55k/m maintenance last summer, which includes a change of oil/oil filter. A month later a notification of low oil pops up on my dash. I check it. It's absurdly low and clearly not new oil. Fast forward to a month ago when I had to go in for the airbag recall. They provided a $100 discount coupon on parts/services for the inconvenience, so I thought I'd tell them that I had a brake light out. They 'fixed' it and charged $74 from the coupon. I didn't have a brake light out. The free wifi while I waited for them to not fix anything was nice, though. Don't waste your time/energy/money at this place. read more

I just purchased a certified AudiQ7 Premium plus with low miles , I had a great experience with Joe Joyce and Bill Tolloch , their dealership is super nice and clean and they have an outstanding inventory of certified pre owned , all their cars come with nice certification windows sticker that tells you what you getting with that program , finance guy also took care of me and he gave me a buy rate and gap insurance , I was at their dealership for 3 hours and I took my new Audi home with me as well , thank you again to the entire Audi crew , I will be back for another car again read more

I bought a used car and as I drove away the oil and filter light popped up and the car wipers were put backside front and not working. I had to get it fixed at another dealership and when I sent the bill over the so called manager called and kept telling me that I was wrong. This guy had real poor listening skills. I went to test and possibly buy a car at this dealership, and Su was incredibly helpful and nice. She was very knowledgable about all the features in the vehicles. She didnt come off pushy like a lot of car dealers, but she instead made me feel at home and very comfortable with the buying process, giving me reassurance and helping me understand everything clearly. Unfortunately I didnt end up buying the car because the person who handled the financing (not Su) offered me a ridiculously high interest rate, and said my credit score was over 100 points less than what I can see it actually is. I hate to leave a single star for any business. However, my experience at this dealer left me wishing I had never visited. Please note that I have visited all of the MA Audi dealer locations, and all of the others left me feeling good about the brand and the customer experience. My first concern is how I was, quite literally, ignored upon arriving for my first visit. I walked the lot and showroom upon arriving, I would estimate fifteen min or so, nobody approached me and nobody was working the welcome desk. I then spotted a man in a suit that I assumed was a sales person, so I approached him and introduced myself and stated the reason I was visiting. The man did listen, but never said a word to me. He then walked into a sales office and told his coworker (manager?) that I needed help. The (assumed) manager then came out asked a few questions then asked me to come back when "Mr. X" is working. He explained that Mr. X was the only one that knew what was going on with my lease turn in. I explained to the manager that I had spent a lot of time driving to the dealer to take care of this and that, as a customer, it was not fair to me to ask me to go home and come back another day. And that I thought that I made made a fair assumption that if I was visiting the dealer during normal business hours, someone would be able to help me. I didn't care that Mr. X took the day off, but felt that someone should be covering his responsibilities. The manager then spoke to another manager, and I could sense that I was wasting my time standing there. Ultimately I was sent on my way and asked again to come back when Mr. X was working. Frustrated, I simply tried my best to understand that this may be an isolated case and went about my day. After this passes Mr. X calls me (I was pretty rude to him out of frustration and I will credit him with staying calm and professional with me despite my shortcoming). Mr. X explained that it is my fault for coming in without calling, and how I was to blame for not following the normal process on returning a lease. I don't know the process other than a mailing that I received telling me the steps, and I do not find anything that says I need any appointment for turn in (only for inspection which I followed). If I was in the wrong, I will accept that.....however the blame game was just making the experience worse for me as a consumer. In the following days I attempted to call several times. I got the auto attendant (during normal hours) and was in the infinite loop of pushing buttons and being routed to a general mailbox. I will fully take the blame for not leaving a voice mail.....but seriously.....please fix the auto attendant to stop looping me through the same options multiple times before just dumping me to a generic voice mail box. I simply wanted to know if Mr. X was working. In the meantime my lease turn in had been on their lot for several weeks, but was not officially considered returned until I could arrange getting back to the dealer to meet with Mr. X to sign the paper (they call the process "Grounding" but it is literally them going online and checking off a few boxes and printing the statement for me to sign). After a few attempts over a few days time I finally get a live person to answer. Go figure.....I get "Mr. X is off today"......just my luck. However, I speak to the sales manager on shift and he is able to help me and he tells me he is there all day, so he pencils me and and off I go back to Norwell Audi. Upon arrival at the dealer I am welcomed by the woman at the welcome desk. If I ever do come back to this location, she would be the reason....very nice and helpful. She points me to an office where sits the man that couldn't help me on my original visit weeks ago. We complete the process and he apologizes for "not realizing" that I was there to ground the car when they turned me away weeks prior. I didn't see any real point in arguing, but he certainly did know why I was there the first time.....I didn't know the term "grounding" but I obviously explained that I was doing an end of lease turn in....and was told to come in and sign a final statement of the odometer reading, so I don't know how that could be confused. I left names out intentionally. I think the overall process and experience need an overhaul. Just a hello "I'm ____" and a smile goes a long way. read more

My husband and I just bought a Q7 at this location. We initially came in to "window shop." But were quickly excited to be test driving a new car and found the salesman, Kyle very helpful and friendly during our initial visit. As we got closer to buying - we worked with another sales person, Alex, that helped us find the right car for our needs/budget. Alex was super friendly, super professional, and very knowledgeable on all the cars. We ended up getting a 2017 Q7. We love it. Overall, the service was excellent. The car is beautiful. They really helped us make a decision as we came in looking for a used Q5 and needed guidance on what we really wanted. Highly recommend this dealership. read more

We just bought a new Q5 from Val at Audi of Norwell. We went in to test drive a used car on their lot and then my husband sat in the Q5 on the floor and was sold on it immediately. It was the exact color combo I've always wanted with all the features I'd been wanting and then some. We have been put off by rude pushy salesman in the past at different dealerships so I was thrown off a little with how very friendly and welcoming this dealership is. Everyone from the woman who greeted us when we entered to our fabulous salesman Val, to the manager Lou and Steve in financing were all top notch and gave us one of the best customer service experiences I think we've ever received at a car dealer. We never felt pressured to buy and we got a great deal. They were very patient with us. It took us a few days to finalize our decision to purchase and Val and Lou made sure all our questions were answered and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and will be referring these guys to anyone I meet who is looking for a car. read more

Went to go look at a SQ5 here. Worked with Jimmy L nice guy and very knowledgeable (he was the best part of the experience go see him if you gotta go to Norwell). Let me test drive two cars as I was undecided in which I wanted todo. I had an 2013 S4 to trade in. He's seriously top notch and feel bad not giving him my business. While Test driving the manager checked out my s4. When I came back he presented his offer. He low balled the hell out of me... he offered me at first 14k for my car which is an absolute slap in the face. He only would go up to 16k for it. Yes it had a steering issue but other than that it good shape. He claimed it would cost him over 1500 to fix it. Actually it was 500 bucks... also he was super pushy trying to sell the only Sq5 they had their which was super loaded. Which I didn't appreciate. So I went to Audi Brookline... let me tell you the difference... I called and told them about my car and said nothing about purchasing a new one. They took me into service that day! They gave me the estimate of 500 bucks... I decided that I wanted to trade in and see what kind of deal they offered... they first asked me what I thought my car was worth. I said 20k thinking they are going to low ball me like Norwell. Nope! They agreed. Boom did the deal. Also took time to ask me what features I was most interested in. Turned out they had 5 sq5 on the lot. Also took some off of the msrp on the new one for me. If you can make the trip I would go to Brookline First... I live in Quincy and they were super appreciative of the kinda farther away business and really worked for it. I've had coworkers also have the same experience in Norwell and went to Brookline to buy. All 3 said the same thing. read more

He offered complementary services as an apology in which I graciously accepted. The service given this time was great and I had a great interaction with the workers. The GM was appreciative of our interaction and I am appreciative of the efforts the team put into my car. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This place would get a 0 star review if I could. Scam artists!!! They lie and don't honor warranty work. Even management is unprofessional. I bought a used car from them signed... drove off the lot with a check engine light on. They half ass fixed it. Then told me I was responsible for paying the rest. It was in the shop for 2.5 out of 3 months we owned it. They Pressured us to sign paperwork before the mechanic looked over the car completely. the sales manager "beahr" assured me they would take care and fix any problems so we signed. But he lied and they didn't fix the problem told me I needed to pay. Then offered us less than we put down for a buy back. The whole place is lying sleezy sales men. Do not trust this dealership. Management even entered my personal space screaming at me in the service department. take your business elsewhere. Worst experience of my whole car buying life. read more
