I had a jaw expander and braces as a kid and Invisalign once before as an adult and my teeth still didn't touch. She was confident she could close it and make it better and I'm so glad I trusted her! My husband actually had a different reason for seeing her. Dr.P did Invisalign to get his teeth prepped for a double jaw surgery to correct his underbite. He just had the surgery last week, so he'll still be working with Dr.P to get everything perfect once he's healed, but she definitely made the surgeons work a lot easier. Also, she genuinely cares about you as a person. She always asks about our son and I made an offhand comment about his snoring and she asked a couple of follow up questions and asked me to bring him in for a scan so she could check his airway. Sure enough, he had almost a completely restricted airway during to enlarged adenoids and tonsils. She suggested we see an ENT to get him evaluated since that's not her specialty and they confirmed her suspicions based on the scans. Moreover, she texted me the day before my husband's surgery to wish him luck and to offer a home cooked meal or door dash to make sure my son and I didn't forget to eat while taking care of my husband post surgery.
