The owners, David and Molly, are so friendly and accommodating and truly make you feel like an old friend every time you come in for an appointment. At the end they hung up on me I called back I thought it was a mistake turns out that they are blocking me according to the message from the salon. I am upset and I am expecting a call from the owner as per our conversation before they hung up on me. Very bad customer service and very bad attitude from some of these people.
