Great service by great guys. I went in because my check engine light was on and I was told previously tht it was due to a misfire. He was pretty busy for the day but was somehow able to take care of me and find the solution to my problem even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear. Elite Auto Care fixed the air condition on my car when I had gave up and thought that it could never get fixed. I had paid the service dept at my dealership $908.00 to fix the air condition and after I picked up my car the air condition was still not working and they were suggesting other option and were going to change me more and wouldn't even guarantee the out come... Well, I took my car to Ivan at Elite Auto Care and he took a look at my car and right away he said that one of the blades on the fan was broken. He replaced the part and for only $140 the air condition in my car was fixed and it worked so well! I now only use Elite Auto Care for all my Auto repair services! Ivan and his shop let you know straight up what is wrong with your vehicle and let you now up front what it needs and what it's going to cost. I had some engine work done on my 2012 Chevy Cruise and charged a reasonable price and even lent me his own car so that I can drive around in it while he worked on my car. Brought my LR2 in for an oil change and got a great price and great service on a previous visit so I decided to bring my Nissan in for a basic tuneup. I had asked the person (think it may have been the owner) for an estimate while paying for my oil change previously and I think I was quoted around $170, which was fine. Fast forward a few months and I decided to go ahead and bring my car in for the tuneup and I called ahead to make sure they had time and also to make sure it would be close to the amount I had been quoted previously. The guy on the phone seemed confused when I asked about a tuneup, asking me what I wanted done to the car. My understanding (and that of other places that have worked on my cars) is that its a basic check, fluid levels filled, filters, belts and spark plugs checked and replaced if needed. I decided to just go ahead and bring the car in and speak to them about it there. When I got there all 3 mechanics still seemed confused by me asking for a tuneup even though it was listed on the sign. The original person who worked on my other car did not seem to be there. They kept asking me what I wanted done and I kept saying I just needed a basic tuneup and also for an estimate on what that would cost. I finally ended up calling my husband so he could speak to the mechanic and explain the service we needed and they quoted him $500!! I was floored. At this point I felt like I was only going to get screwed over if I had them work on my car so I left. So disappointing as I thought I had finally found a good place to have my cars serviced. If not for the great service I received the first time, this would be a 1 star review. I really felt as if they just did not want my business, I felt like the service I was asking for was pretty straight forward. read more

Maybe its just bad luck. Saw this shops great reviews and decided to contact them. Ivan sent me a quote within 1 hour. It was ok but needed a detailed estimate so the repair on my car can get started. Went thursday to his shop met with ivan, he spoke to me for about 5 minutes about the job and then left me to speak with another customer who came after me. Decided to wait because I understand he has a lot of other customers but I saw that he just was talking to them socially and after 15 minutes left because I had other things to do. I called him back later in the day and he responded, "I knew that you will call me back". Great response to a customer you left behind Ivan. I decided to go along still because I need my car engine repaired and asked again for an estimate. Nothing again drove by his shop the next day, he was having a BBQ and didnt want to talk to me. He said he was going to email the estimate last night but he got busy. Ok asked him to do it today and he said he will. Now its the next day no estimate, called his shop and hes not there today due to the holiday, another worker wanted to help but I just said no thanks.
