DO NOT GO HERE!! They are very expensive and use cheap product!! Inexperienced workers and unable to fix their mistakes. I got all my breaks and routers done had to go back 3 times! I searched and found this easy to get to place with good reviews and decided to stop by. I walked inside to a large and clean lobby with a comfortable waiting area. I met with Mo from the body shop, as that's the type of work I needed. He walked out to the car with me and I showed him what was going on with the fender. He took my car to the back and was finished with it in 15 minutes. I am extremely satisfied with him and the rest of the employees here. 1st class operation all the way. I was first introduce to these guys when someone rear-ended me and their insurance sent me here. I was so impressed with them that when my a/c went out, I went back to them for service. They gave me a ride back to my house and when it was determined that my car was going to need to stay there a couple of days, I was given a 'free' loaner car. When my car was ready, it had been washed and vacuumed..wow! All of the employees that I had to deal with from the front desk to the guys that gave me a ride are nice and professional. This is one of the most professional and clean auto shops in Northwest Houston area, not to mention the friendly/helpful staff. My car needed a minor body work repair due to a shopping cart incident. I had asked around for quotes and although theirs was not the lowest, they were willing to match! Ahmad was very accommodating during the whole process and addressed all of my concerns. I brought my van in for an oil change and check up, prior to me traveling to Austin, I specifically asked them to check the fluids because my windshield fluid was empty. I get on the road and the windshield fluid was still empty. Now, I'm wondering if they checked my vehicle at all. I called and spoke with the manager. After our conversation, he said my next oil change would be free. Then, my oil light comes on and it hasn't been 3 months or 3000 miles. Now, I'm wondering what did they do. I'm livid. Today, I called and they said it would be 20 minutes before he could get me in and another 20 to change my oil and replace my windshield wipers. After sitting in the car for 30 minutes and no one called, I called and asked what was taking so long. I was then notified that it would be another hour to hour and a half before someone would be with me. Poor customer service. I asked for a manager and he said they are short handed and the manager is not available. read more

I took my car in today to investigate a popping noise in the steering column and get an oil change. My husband and son have had good experiences here in the past. I saw online that they offered concierge service where they will pick up your vehicle, I had the ability to drop it off but I just wanted a ride home so I did not have to wait, they offered that too! Soon after I dropped it off, I got a call that the steering coupler was the culprit and they quoted me a price to do the work which I agreed to. I googled the issue and found that the dealer has a secret recall on this part and will replace it for free, this one part they extended the warranty to 100,000 miles. I quickly called Elite to cancel the service and they were very nice about it. They only charged me $45 to diagnose the issue. Soon after, they let me know my car was ready and arranged to pick me up to retrieve the vehicle. The driver was so courteous. Total cost was $85 for the oil change and the diagnosis which I felt was fair considering on my receipt, they noted that they installed a new washer on the drain bolt. That could be why I was seeing oil in the garage perhaps?? I also wanted to say that the waiting area is also very nice inside if you do decide to wait. There are free refreshments and tv, it's all very new and clean. I feel they are honest and have good rates for their service and will return. read more

I took my wife's car in for a major repair a couple of weeks ago. They gave me a loaner for the duration of the repair and Mo fought it out with warranty company until they agreed to replace the engine. Runs like new now. This is the worst mechanic shop in the entire city of houston. We have had several cars repaired only to have the same repairs done by other shops less than 6 months later. They caused so much damage to one of the vehicles($3000) worth and claimed it was not their fault. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!! read more

Great mechanic with good prices. Had two incidents in 2017 with my car that needed minor repairs (under $500 each) and i chose this place over my dealership and insurance recommended mechanics. Prices where among the lowest 20% of quotes I collected and the service / facility is nice. I may not always use them in the future, but good to have a solid facility that I can count on nearby. read more

My husband and I have been bringing our cars here for 8 years. We live in the area. I love Christian brothers too because they are honest and do great work but Elite Auto also does great work but at a better price. My a/c unit went out and Christian brothers quoted about 1200.00 but I ended up paying about 900.00 with elite auto. I highly recommend the place to anyone living in the area. I got my brakes done here BUT I'VE HAD TO TAKE IT BACK 3 times because of very loud grinding (sounds like metal to metal) very annoying. On my 3rd return another guy came in & i overheard him telling Brian that he got his brakes done there recently also & was experiencing the same exact problem that I was smh not good. I mentioned to Brian that I didn't think it was a coincidence that we both 2 total strangers were having the same exact problem ( bad /cheap brake pads) that they're using for an expensive brake job.. Brian wasn't very pleasant & told me that couldn't be the problem bcuz they've been using the same products for 10 yrs..... (SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO CHANGE SOMETHINGS UP) I will never be returning for any service!!! read more

I recently had work done on my vehicle here. I choose this place because they are near my home and accept-the insurance claim I was using. My experience was the work slow. They will not keep you updated unless you call in and constantly inquire. When I did have to go into the location everyone was kind and helpful. My car a.m. was filthy from a tree it was parked under when I picked it up and they offered to wash it. I left it a few more hours and when I came back it was still dirty on the outside. They cleaned the inside very well. A bit overpriced for a bumper and fender it was nearly 5,000 I wouldn't come get work if insurance wasn't paying. Maybe next time I will do an estimate beforehand because I think they just charged how much the insurance estimate said they would pay. My window is off track and makes a loud noise when I try to roll it down it never did that before. Overall I give it 3 stars because the look of my car was good in comparison to factory look. They made sure to match my custom stripes on the part they had to repair. read more

Took my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 in for AC repair. The staff was very professional. I had price shopped prior to going there so I know the price they quoted was competitive. They dropped me off back home while the repair was being done and when it took longer than expected they came and picked me and provided me with a loaner car for the evening. The repair came with a two year warranty. It has been about 3 weeks since the repair was made and my AC is blowing ice cold in this Texas heat. Needed some work done on my BMW X5 and not only did these guys come in at about half the cost to repair my vehicle as the other shop I tried before, but they did the repairs extremely fast, gave me a 3 year/36,000 mile parts and labor warrenty, and even washed my car before they gave it back. My Suburban had a vibration/hesitation at higher speeds and the 100k service was due. The techs gave me a fair assessment and price quote before any work was done and thought the service might help the hesitation, but there were no engine defect codes. The truck still had the problem after the tune-up so the tech rode with me and suggested it may be the transmission. It's at the transmission shop now getting a torque converter installed based on this shops correct assessment. Happy with the service. I will return. read more
