I took my SUV there to fix the brake as it was making noises, and they were quite professional and I got my car back the next day - the diagnostic is that my front brake is worn down and needed to be replaced. However, after a few days, my brake started to make noise again, so I took the car back, and they actually agree to replace all the new brake again for free. Now my car has no brake issue at all. Michael and Sonny of Elite Auto Performance are as good as it gets. I came in on a whim with no appointment to check out an annoying rattling sound my car had been making. Even though they were really busy, they found a little break in the schedule to check out my car that day and diagnosed the problem (faulty brake repair that I had gotten done elsewhere) and instead of pushing their services to fix the brakes for an additional charge, they told me exactly what the issue with the brakes were, wrote it down on a report, and urged me to go back to where I got them originally fixed to have them solve the problem at no cost. Showed me that they aren't out to boost their pockets with money, but are honest mechanics. Needless to say, I was blown away with their honesty, work ethic, willingness to help, and overall interaction with the father/son duo. I came back a few days later to do my 37,000 miles check up with tire rotation, air/cabin filter change, etc. and they just charged me for the parts - no labor! I highly recommend Elite Auto. I've used them twice and been really, really satisfied both times. The most recent time I brought the car in for an oil change and mentioned another problem the car was having. They took a look at the car, beyond what I expected out of an oil change, diagnosed the problem, and didn't even charge me extra (when at any other shop it would've been $65). Even though I'd only been in once before (over 6 months ago), they still recognized me and offered me a discount. And they gave me the student discount without me having to ask for it. Sonny was great! The first time I went in to have my brakes looked out and Sonny assured there wasn't anything wrong and didn't charge me for the check up! He even went on to explain what I should look and listen for in case I had further concern about my brakes. Awesome. Great guys that are honest, thorough, and know their cars. My 2006 Acura MDX was not running perfectly and had a dashboard light on telling me that I needed to get it serviced. I took my car to Elite Auto and they used their machine to tell me what the code meant and walked through the possible solutions with me. They walked me through the solutions and recommended the most likely and least expensive solution. I thought my car would need an expensive fix, but it turned out I only needed to change the transmission fluid. The car is running much better- thanks to Sonny and his dad at Elite Auto! My turning light doesn't work. And it was my first time to go to a auto repair shop. The first shop I went to did not fix it, telling me that the flasher broke down and no right type flasher was at the shop. Then I found this shop at yelp and drove my car there. Sunny spent only one minute and told me it was the light bulb that didn't work rather than the flasher. He told me to buy the bulbs with offset pins rather than the straight pins. I love this shop, Sonny and Michael are the best people and are my go to people for our 3 cars. They are very honest, and regularly top off my oil and inflate my tires for free when I come for a service. They also try to save you money by telling you when it's ok to defer maintenance for awhile before changing something whereas someone else might just charge you to replace it. They will also search different markets for parts to get you the best price. I trust them completely. More than once I've taken my car there after going elsewhere and once sonny figured out how to get my radio to work for free where the honda dealer required $200 for the basic service of looking at it. Sonny once also took apart the engine fan relay and put it back in when it wouldn't turn off. And he didn't charge me! read more

I brought in the part and they took the time to research what had to be done and only charged me for the amount of time it actually took to install (a LOT of mechanics will charge you research time, install time, cleanup, and sometimes more if it is not routine maintenance). I started going to EAP for oil changes since they were close to my job. Sonny and his pops are really nice people. They are very very accommodating always finding a time to squeeze me in for an oil change. I've taking my dad's vw tiguan and my gti for oil changes and really happy with there service. When i first took my gti in for my first oil change they notice a coolant leak and instead of immediately saying they can fix it for a certain price they recommended right away to take my car to dealer so warranty can cover it. they were right! got my water pump fixed for free. They could of easily made $900 from me, but instead saved me the money. Just got another oil change yesterday and used the oil they have at there shop they recommended instead of the mobile 1 i normally bring in and honestly feel the difference, much smoother. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE AWESOME SERVICE! I will be taking my gti to them for my repairs and recommended this shop. Things most people charge to do they did for free, they gave me a great Stanford discount, did the work quickly (and thus cheaply!), and when I asked them to look at a couple extra things (always dangerous with a new mechanic given how easy it is for the mechanic to make up things that need replacing), they were honest, conservative, and didn't try and slip in extra work! Just got new brakes here and really appreciated the service. The guys took the time to show me how much wear was on my old brakes and they saved me money by fixing the old calipers I had rather than trying to push replacements.
