Elite Baking is my absolute favorite bakery. Anu is a completely lovely person and a true confectionary artist. We have work events every couple of months at my work and Anu has made us some truly beautiful creations. All I've had to do was send her a couple of idea photos and she takes it from there. Her creations are not only beautiful they're absolutely melt in your mouth delicious as well. I wish I could give her 5 stars but unfortunately I can't. I ordered a cake and 4 dozen sports theme cake pops for my son's first birthday. Sent lots of photos of what I was expecting. The communication was great- and the cake was great..but ultimately I've decided to take a couple of stars off for the cake pops. They didn't look professional at all..and i was disappointed when I saw them. Several of them were even cracked...see pics. I've seen pics of her other work, and they look great so not sure what happened with my order. I wish she would have told me she couldn't do them instead of accepting my order.

Amazing Pokemon Cake for my twins 9th birthday! My kids were so excited. Anu was great to work with and incorporated all the details we wanted. My kids love the chocolate chip banana cake flavor! Everyone at the party thought the cake was delicious and looked incredible; they were all asking where we got it - I told them Elite Baking is the best! I have used Elite baking for 3rd and 5th birthday before and every time has been outstanding. Thank you so much!!

We ordered a Pokémon-themed cake for our 6-year-old's birthday, and despite the short notice, she did an incredible job. She was extremely accommodating and never made us feel like our last-minute request was an inconvenience. She carefully followed all our design ideas and brought them to life beautifully. The cake looked fantastic and tasted just as good--both kids and adults loved it! I highly recommend her for specialty cakes. I found Elite Baking because I needed something right away and she was all I could find locally, but I'm glad I did. I ordered a 50th Birthday cake and it turned out beautiful and delicious (we ordered marble). The only negative is that it was pricier than my normal go to baker. I would definitely recommend her for delicious cakes and will order from her again.

My gosh! On Thursday my brother told me he didn't get cupcakes for my nieces 18th bday dinner Sat. I contacted Elite Bakery as soon as they opened. The only request I had was red is my nieces favorite color and due to cost of the cupcakes I asked for half floral and half regular decorated. I got strawberry flavor. She finished the cupcakes before requested 2pm time. We were allllll blown away and the cake itself was delicious!!!! Service was above expectation!!! I'm so glad I found her on Yelp! We also got one vanilla with strawberry filling and that was delicious too!

I highly recommend Elite baking. She did a fantastic job with my son's birthday cake, dinosaur cupcakes, and dinosaur cake pops. Everyone at the party was amazed with the chocolate lava Dino cake. She went above and beyond my expectations. Everything was perfect and delicious. I have used several other bakeries and she is by far The best. She even gave us free, delicious brownies.

I used her for the first time and will use her without hesitation in the future. My daughters' birthday cake was perfect. They chose the rose flavor, which was a perfect balance of rose and a lightness that was popular amongst everyone. Many people who never had rose flavor said it was amazing and they were so happy to have had a chance to try it. Her decorating skills are amazing. She didn't use fondant for the overall cake (just for the little decor), but the frosting was so smooth that everyone thought it was fondant at first. read more

This is the second cake Elite Baking has made for our family. It was made for my son's construction-themed second birthday party. It was beautifully detailed and exactly what I envisioned with a 3-D fondant bulldozer and dump truck and three fondant construction vehicles. The pictures don't do the cake justice. I was not happy with the cake I received. In our consultation I sent a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like, but the end product looked amateur and sloppy. For $115, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a professional looking, beautiful cake with exceptional attention to detail. That is not what we got. FYI - The refund policy is to return the cake. While this is an unreasonable policy because if I were to return it, I'd be left with NO cake on the day of our event, policy is policy and I can understand that. Just something to keep in mind as a potential consumer. read more

I unfortunately had a very negative interaction with the owner. This review is about my interaction and not the baked goods because I've never sampled them. I was really excited to support a local mom and woman owned business instead of a bigger chain. I've been communicating with the owner for a few weeks about an order for my baby shower at the end of October. I wanted to finalize details (flavors, color and design) before proceeding with payment. She asked me to pay for the entire order now but when I asked for a receipt she refused. I asked her for a contract or some proof of payment and then she told me to cancel my order. I was really surprised by this interaction based on everyone's good feedback. But I have never heard of a business that will ask you for full (or even partial) payment in advance and not offer a receipt or proof of payment. I hope she treats other customers better than she treated me. Update to your response: I find it unfortunate that you need to lie. I have an email from you that says "we don't offer receipts". I don't think it's unreasonable to want to confirm the flavors and colors before paying so I'm not sure how you didn't think I was serious. I told you I wasn't willing to pay unless you could offer me a receipt. I don't want to get into a back and forth argument with you. I'm happy that your other customers seem to enjoy working with you. But I wanted to be honest about my experience, which unfortunately was negative. I sent you an email with my concerns and you didn't respond. I wish you the best of luck. read more

My daughters 1st birthday was coming up and I was struggling to find someone who could make a smash cake since she has a few allergies. I reached out on Facebook looking for recommendations and Anusha personally reached out to me. She was more than amazing she was fantastic! She designed a beautiful cake for my daughter and it was free of dairy and any egg products just like I had requested. Not to mention, she made the cake in a very timely manner. There aren't enough stars on here to give Anu and her amazing work. For my little girl's birthday, not only did the cake & cake pops steal the show (no one wanted to eat it bc 1. too busy taking pictures and 2. it was too pretty to bite into), THEY TASTED just as amazing as they looked! I just wanted a simple birthday cake for my son with a Ninja theme. Anusha was sooo accommodating. She suggested to order some cake tops to put on it instead. It worked perfectly. Meet the Business Owner: Anusha S.

I am Anusha , the founder of Elite Baking. I baked my first gourmet cake 17 years ago. I felt bad about feeding my 1 year old son something that was made with a lot of food additives & preservatives and topped with ready-made icing. This inspired to me to bake and hand-ice a birthday cake using nothing but the finest ingredients. My passion for baking started on this day. Over the past several years, I have designed and made numerous custom cakes for family, friends and extended circle and gained a wealth of experience and confidence. Following on my dreams, I trained at San Francisco cooking school. I broadened my experience by working for a renowned bakery in San Francisco.
