I loved this buffet! The employees are wonderful! Cuisine is finger licking good! Plus it's very affordable! Very fancy and elegant buffet as well! I definitely recommend this wonderful place! I literally felt like I was in heaven! Came here this past April for my 28th birthday with my family.

Elite buffet is better than some but not nearly as good as others. Food is middle of the road. The steam tables were full and several of the items were tasty while others were hard and cold. For the price (drink included) it's not bad. Would not go out of my way to find it, but if you are nearby, it's a good place to go.

One of my Old Favorites Chiense Restaurants. Went alot as a kid and alot of things recently changed. Here is my pros/cons for this place. Pros: -Good Price! -Good Variety of Food Selection -Lots of Easy Parking Cons: -Not Really good Customer Experience. -Waiters only come to pick up plates, not even seat us or provide us drinks. Had to go get ourselves. -Bathrooms are Decent just alot of graffiti -Cashier was Eating and Touching Cc Cards and cash with dirty hands Back Then this place was alot nicer Decorations/Deigns in the building. And waiters would actually Greet you with a smile and always make sure everything ok while eating. Now it just looks empty, No customer service really. But hey if you just here for the food this place is good for you to eat

For the price it is amazing & customer service. You pay, choose ur table & grab ur food/drinks. Never that busy(i came during week) the horchata & Jamaica taste amazing. Employee also came by to grab my dirty plate which i appreciated.

What are their current prices? Do they still have Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings?

I went maybe 2 weeks ago and the price for dine-in adult dinner which comes with a drink was just under $20. Hope that helps!

Is the dine in open and is it still self serve?

Yesterday they were open to self-service with provided plastic gloves. The inside tables were closed, but they had around 8 tables outside, next to the front of the building, with a tarp on the other side to protect from the sun. The food was…

The prices were surprisingly reasonable for what you get: * Lunch Buffet (Mon-Fri): $16.99 * Dinner Buffet (Mon-Fri): $20.99 * Weekend & Holiday Buffet: $20.99 * Drinks not included For the price this buffet is one of my favorites to bring the eating machines I call sons. We arrived right when they opened, and that was definitely the move. Everything was hot, fresh, fully stocked, and looked like it had just come out of the kitchen. The selection was huge. There was sushi, teppanyaki, soups, seafood, Chinese dishes, American comfort food, pasta, pizza, salad, 3 different soups, soft-serve ice cream, fondue, and desserts. The seafood section alone had enough options to keep me busy for several trips. The only thing I wish they would improve is labeling the food. With so many different dishes available, it was hard to tell exactly what some items were without asking. The buffet line was constantly restocked and upkeep. What really stood out was the service. Our drinks were consistently refilled, empty plates disappeared quickly, and the staff never made us feel rushed, even when we stayed a while sampling everything. They were attentive without hovering. We even got fortune cookies at the end. Overall, if you're feeding a family with growing teenagers who eat like competitive athletes, this place delivers a lot of variety for the price. Come hungry and pace yourself--you'll need a strategy to make it through all the options. Great value, friendly service, and enough food choices to keep everyone happy.

Heard about this place from Gareth Eats and Marvelous Muncher, they did not lead me astray! My wife and kid can be pretty picky. For the amount of food we ordered, we would usually have leftover, but we finished the whole thing! * 2 lbs of chicken - so juicy, great taste, especially with that BBQ sauce. My wife usually complains that BBQ is so salty, or too vinegary, not this time. She loved it! * Mac and cheese - Creamy! Cheesy! Good! * Coleslaw - fresh, I think there's a light vinaigrette. I usually like mayo on mine, but I can see how this pairs better with the rest of the food. * Potato Salad - solid, not too salty as well. Just right! * Beans and Rice - I think I should've gone large on this one. So good! * Peach Cobbler - legit. Warm. Peachy. Cobblery. * Sweet Potato Pie - I was surprised, because I usually am not a fan of sweet potato. Tasty, not too sweet! Mr. Coop checked in with us once in a while to make sure we're all good, stopped by and gave me a sample of the bacon. Sweet, real tasty! I'm excited to come back and try the ribs and brisket! Smelled so good coming in!

There wasnt enough flavor and honestly i had to keep drowning in bbq sauce to enjoy them. *Beef Brisket: 5/5 - Honestly the star of the show. So juicy, so tender, literally falls apart. The bbq sauce is a sweet yet tangy flavor and really complemented the combination well. *Pulled Pork: 4/5 - Solid pulled pork. Juicy and soft, spreads apart easily. With the bbq sauce compliments it very well. *Mac N Cheese: 4/5 - Its cheesy, less creamy. It's a solid mac n cheese but I have had better elsewhere or even homemade. This was their packaged meal deal and honestly for $103 it's pretty pricey. This was 3lbs of meat and 2 large sides. I wanted to try a bit of everything just to say I tried it. Overall I would just come back to this spot for the brisket. I think a brisket sandwich would've been better. It's a solid spot.

This is a common offering at all Cantonese restaurants . But instead of getting what we ordered.. we got a whole big plate of steamed chicken a a big plate of bbq pork. I made them take back the pork and not to charge us for it. The next thing we ordered was pan fried seafood noodles, standard Cantonese fried noodle dish with Chinese broccoli, chunks of fish, shrimp and squid. Well there were only 3 pieces of shrimp 2 pieces of squid and the rest was a lot of chunks of fish. The fried noodle underneath the seafood should be drenched in a delicious sauce, but it was not so the noodle was very dry. Makes you wonder where they got the cook from. The last dish we ordered was stir fried water spinach. The spoilage itself but the poured way too much salt on it. And lastly... the bill... $90. I really don't mind paying $80 to $120 for a dinner for two. But this place does not have the server or the guy in the kitchen justify the price. Very disappointed. I don't know how long they've been in business.. but I guess you can get away with a lot these days. We're always looking for authentic Cantonese restaurants if you know of any more please let me know. This might honestly be my favorite meal. Even if it's quite a drive from San Diego, it was well worth it in my opinion. The Güd Burger completely lived up to the hype. The double Wagyu patties were juicy and full of flavor, the cheese was perfectly melty, and the sweet chili aioli brought everything together. I wasn't sure what to expect from the ube brioche bun, but it added just a hint of sweetness that somehow made the whole burger even better. Nothing overpowered anything else. It all just worked together. The Kare Kare bowl was generous in the Kare Kare, which I appreciated. The physical bowl felt too small compared to the amount they gave us! I'm glad I was sharing this with someone else because I was already full halfway through the bowl. We had to order the ube churros as well...don't skip this! The dipping sauce it came with was so good. I kept dipping my churro into it too because it was that good. The churro was crunchy without being dry. This whole meal was one of those meals where you don't want it to end. It was my first time here and we waited 45 minutes for our food to be ready because of how busy it was. Some people ordered ahead of time so they skipped the wait altogether. The restaurant itself is quite small but we were lucky enough to snag a seat after rush hour. There are less than 10 tables for eating in. Restaurants like this are worth supporting because you know it's a small business and the food tastes like it's made out of love! What a great start!! I ordered pork lumpia and their Gud Burger. The pork lumpia was standard fare - freshly fried and delicious like most lumpias. The Star of the show was the Gud Burger and boy did it shine brightly! 2 Smashed American Wagyu Patties, Sweet Chill Crisp Aioli, Butter Pickles, Pickled Red Onions, White American Cheese, in an Ube bun. Plain and simple, all the flavors came together for burger perfection. The patties were perfectly fried, the aioli flavor was on point, the fried garlic was a chef's kiss. I loved it! Because of the 2 previous visits I could only give Tambayan 4 stars in good conscience, otherwise, it would definitely have been 5 stars. I will definitely be back for more and hopefully it's a repeat of this last visit.

So much so that I actually had to come to Yelp and leave a review, it was that good. Usually our dishes would come with so much oil that we would have to drain off the excess; not today. Today's dishes were not only cooked beautifully with spices in it that I had never even tasted in the dish before, but there was no layer of oil that our food would have been swimming in. It was wonderful I usually get the vegan chana masala and sometimes in the past it would taste like there may have been some sort of butter in it (or perhaps ghee) and maybe whoever was cooking it didn't know not to use it, but this time around it didn't give me that taste and actually tasted dairy-free, which put my mind at ease.
