I took my Mazda CX-5 to have my seats cleaned. They are very light and had bad water stains. The young man who cleaned them was very friendly and did a great job on them. I had a horrible soup explosion in my brand new Mercedes. I was freaking out! I called some Businesses in the area and everyone wanted to charge full price when I didn't need a full detail and didn't let me really explain. When Neil answered the phone I got to explain the situation and he told me to come in and that the price would be less. I got there and was greeted by Shawn. I am absolutely amazed by Neil and Jose's results. I randomly found his business on Yelp, called on Friday and Neil was able to take my car Saturday. I dropped it off at 8 am and was ready by 1:30pm. My car wasn't that bad but I did have a lot of crumbs between the seats (no more eating in my car! ). It looks even better then when I left then the dealer last year! I purchased a 2006 Toyota Tacoma for my son's first vehicle. As with most older used vehicles it had some scratches and blemishes in the paint. Unfortunately right before I took delivery they took it off roading and scratched both sides of the vehicle really bad. I called Elite Detailing and spoke to Neil to see what could be done to prevent getting a new paint job. Neil told me my options and said he and his team should be able to get a majority of the scratches out or at least lighten them. They did a wet sand, ceramic coating, steam clean interior and engine. When I came to pick up the vehicle my son and I were amazed at how great the truck looked. Neil's team had gotten almost all of the scratches out. Seeing what Neil did for my sons vehicle I have since brought my Tesla and Charger in for ceramic coating. On this Labor Day weekend and Sen. John McCain's funeral I have to give a fantastic review of what Elite Detailing did for my car. I have a 1972 Dodge Polara. It's not a collector's car. It's a 4dr. family sedan. Paint was decent but, no one ever detailed the engine compartment. Well, Neil had his crew Mark, Conrad and Hunter polished the outside to a mirror "glass-like" finish. I've never had a car detailed that felt like it had been repainted! Have to mention Conrad. He "pain-stakeninly" took personal pride as he cleaned, scrubbed and polished that old engine compartment! There was 45+ yrs of dirt, grime and rust! I've put a new engine in it and everyone wants to see it. I've been leary as it was filthy, an embarrassment! NOW! I'm proud to open the hood and show it off! You get what you pay for! Don't go cheap if you love your vehicle. If you plan to keep it for a while, go the extra mile and make it last! Took my van in to get a "maintenance" clean and paint touch-up for a scratch, which was a follow-up to a proper detail, and paid $100, but for what?! I was in a hurry to get going so I didn't have time to really look over their work, but when I got home I was shocked to find it had been scarcely vacuumed and the touch-up paint had been globbed on. Owner said that was best he could do without buffing it out. Why not buff it out to make it look the best it can be? So unprofessional and a real lack of pride in their services. Furthermore, I think they just took a rag and wiped down some of the surfaces not applying any conditioner, etc. Only reason I gave two overall stars (vs. just one) was because the initial detail was pretty good (more like 4 stars) and the owner's a nice guy. But cordiality doesn't make up for shoddy work. Plenty of detailing places around. Will NOT be going back!So disappointed. read more

I dropped my vehicle off early and was told it would be ready by 2 pm, they didn't start on it until after 3 and then it was a rush to get it out the door.
