Had a microdermabrasion facial with Alexia as my esthetician. It's a lovely place in the Orinda Square Plaza. The place is nice and clean. Alexia is wonderful. She totally matched my vibe as we chatted. She didn't push any products on it knowing that I got a good skincare routine all ready in place. She didn't try to upsell me with additional services. I am really not a fan of the upsell. It was really a pleasurable experience, plus I was taking care of my skin. My face feels plump and hydrated. Odeta and staff give the best and most relaxing facials. Been coming here for more than 6 months now and I see the big difference it has made to my skin texture. I had this dark pigmentation and now it is gone. I am continuing my facials and changing between RF and Hydrafacials every month. read more

Elite facials was an excellent experience but the manager took both me and my friend into separate "skin consultations" where she basically made us choose a package to buy. Most of them around like 500 dollars. REALLY pushed this and my friend felt very uncomfortable. She then charged me for the package (which i thought was the payment for the facials) so I had to ask for a refund later after leaving. Felt too uncomfortable to ask for a refund there. This place is a scam business. Do not do business with them. Lior will meet with you and then will con you into buying a product that they claim is $13,000 but they will get the price down to $2,700. I was pressured into purchasing this item and now am wanting to return it. They prey on women who is the older generation. I was told that they could not do anything about the device. PLEASE BEWARE. Updating my original review because the business did provide great customer service by following up and trying to understand what happened and my experience. Since my last experience the business called and tried to make things right by asking to come back for a free do-over of my initial facial. The business also offered to reimburse me for the package facials I had purchased if I didn't like my do-over facial. Alissa the esthetician walked me through everything she was doing, telling me about the product she was applying and it's benefits. The facial was a "light" version to make sure my skin didn't have a reaction. My skin felt good in the end. The only thing is that it is as not a hydro or microdermabrasion as I normally get so I didn't get the glowing skin I would normally for a few days. I had a good experience this second time around so I decided to keep my package to either use myself or my daughter. The company still heavily discounted my package to make things right. I will cautiously come back for a third facial but will only do it with Alissa. Thank you Elite Facial team to turning my heart experience around. read more

I had an amazing facial here. The facility was beautifully decorated and clean. It felt very warm and inviting. The spa in Orinda is some thing you owe yourself, especially if you're not used to self-care or have much of a skin care routine. The directions were super confusing so disregard Instagram or Google maps. I was seen by Dywa, an excellent aesthetician with tons of knowledge and just really an all-around calming and insightful presence. She has incredibly strong hands so just massaging my neck and shoulders felt like a five star experience in and of itself. I got the hydra dermabrasion facial, which was lovely, but on second thought I wish I had gotten the regular microdermabrasion because I'm 43 and I would love to really just get all that dead skin off my face from the stress of 22 years of public school teaching. Trust me, it shows. I recommend this place highly. I live and teach in Oakland and it took me 20 minutes to get there. I've had couple treatments with Jennifer at Orinda location. Great experience and really happy with results. Jennifer is easygoing, professional and great at what she does. She addressed all my skin concerns. I will keep on going on regular basis. Highly recommended! wish i could say anything good about this place but the owner nadia is a crook . he calls up angies list books a service worker comes out unclogs his sink drain explained that they broke the drain plug handle completed the job then nadia calls angie and cancels the booking after joh was complete just to get out of paying worker still hasnt gotten paid because nadia refuses to be honest. folks thats sad why would you want to go to a place like that . hes probably ripping you off to please boycott this place . support your local laborers read more
