This review is an extremely disappointing 1-star evaluation of Elite Flooring Plus, located in Henderson, Nevada. If it were feasible to award a negative star, we would willingly do so. I must emphasize that I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from engaging the services of Elite Flooring Plus! Initially, we were referred to Elite Flooring, where salespeople Ryan and Justin seemingly paid attention to our specific requirements. To ensure a suitable match, we even provided samples of our existing first-floor pieces, despite their unavailability. After multiple visits, we eventually settled on a flooring option they recommended: "20 Microns of Protection." Notably, we explicitly requested a seamless one-piece step piece to avoid an undesirable "farmhouse" appearance. Despite asking on numerous occasions, a total of at least five times, whether any cutting would be necessary within our house, we were consistently assured that NO modifications would be required. However, upon the arrival of the installers, after having already expended over $4000 on painting, they proceeded to saw the steps to accommodate the new pieces. We were NEVER informed of this necessity. I was compelled to endure a grueling five hours of holding a shop vac while the installers cut the wood on the steps. This unexpected demand forced me to cancel my entire day's plans. Although the installers may possess a degree of skill, this entire experience was profoundly unprofessional. Furthermore, the steps were installed with grains in conflicting directions, which is utterly unacceptable. A close examination clearly reveals the patchwork nature of the step cuts. Despite our diligent use of a shop vac, dust permeated every corner of our home. Moreover, despite assurances of the flooring's durability, we discovered scratches and defects on the very day of completion--prior to even moving in. When we brought this matter to Justin's attention, his dismissive response was, "it's wear and tear." The notion that a floor would exhibit wear and tear immediately after installation, without the presence of any furniture or occupants, is simply preposterous. Elite Flooring Plus touted their ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS of our house, yet we inexplicably ended up with not one, but THREE surplus boxes of flooring. This excessive quantity of paid-for flooring serves no purpose if their measurements were genuinely accurate. Upon requesting a refund, we were disconcertingly informed that our order was classified as custom, which is patently false. The product we selected is a standard flooring item. Additionally, an extra baseboard was installed, leaving us with an unnecessary spare baseboard occupying space in our garage. Although we were promised a refund for this excess, the baseboard remains in our possession, and no reimbursement has been issued. Furthermore, a mistake was made on the top step, necessitating the use of our only extra step to rectify the error. To our dismay, we were charged for both the additional step and the one that had to be removed. Subsequently, we placed an order for further flooring to address additional steps. However, given the appalling nature of our experience, coupled with the realization that the new flooring does not match the existing flooring, resulting in a ghastly floor display, we promptly decided to cancel the order. Astonishingly, Elite Flooring Plus now contends that they can only refund the labor costs and not the materials. Once again, I stress that this was NOT a custom order, and we should be entitled to a complete refund encompassing both materials and labor, considering that no work was effectively completed, and we do not possess any of the materials. Throughout this entire nightmarish ordeal, neither Ryan nor Justin demonstrated any concern by showing up to inspect this costly installation. It appears that their primary focus lies solely on collecting payment and delegating tasks to their installers. When we voiced our grievances, at the very least, one of them should have promptly addressed the issues, rather than dismissively attributing them to mere "wear and tear." To summarize, we feel utterly deceived, swindled, and coerced into paying for materials we neither possess nor desire. Despite our repeated requests for refunds, we have been met with nothing but empty and meaningless comments. Save yourself immense trouble and AVOID purchasing anything from Elite Flooring Plus! read more

We needed to re stretch carpeting in 4 bedrooms of our condo. We went to Elite Flooring and met with Justin one of the salespersons. Justin was extremely helpful and highly professional. He went through the various options and we decided that we would replace the carpeting with porcelain tiles that simulated hard wood. The flooring in our living area, (living room dining room dining room and kitchen) was travertine so the issue we faced was trying to select porcelain tiles that would blend with the travertine. This was not easy because the travertine had an unusual pattern and finding an appropriate tile selection was a real challenge. Justin came through again. He spent hours searching for the right one. There are literally hundreds of choices and this was quite time consuming but he finally came up with three choices for us to pick. Next issue was the installation. Manny, Jose and their crew came to our condo and completed the job in one week. They were highly professional, hard working, and neat and did an absolutely outstanding job. We are very pleased with the result. We would highly recommend Elite flooring. Elite certainly deserves 5 stars. read more

Do not use this company. While the finished tile looks good, the overall experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The job was quoted to take 5 days but dragged on for nearly 2 months. From day one, we had serious issues--including crew members smoking weed inside our home (I'm pregnant, and this was completely unacceptable). Despite bringing it to Ryan and Kim's attention multiple times, nothing was properly addressed. The crew was careless and unprofessional--damaging baseboards, scratching brand new cabinets, using dirty water on floors, and even shoving our fridge into fresh grout, ruining the work. They also left our yard a mess with construction debris and concrete. Communication was poor, and any concerns we raised were dismissed or met with excuses instead of accountability. We were even told we were being "too picky," despite paying a significant amount for the job. To this day, we still have damaged cabinets and tiles, but we refuse to have any employee of this company on our home. We do not trust their workmanship or their proposed fixes. Save yourself the stress and go with a more professional, accountable company. read more

You know giving her a ride home from work taking her to launch given her special projects to help him with Pretty soon our entire relationship changed and make a long story short. I have done several projects with Elite Flooring Plus & have been very pleased with their work & most of all their pricing. Their installers have been very professional, have done things the right way instead of the quick way. Our last contractors was impressed that they managed to install the kitchen cabinets so well, despite the flooring be so out of level. Also, the two sales people we worked with on our project (Tyler & Rob) gave us useful ideas & pointed out not only how we could save money but also gave us ideas for the countertops. I wanted to replace all the flooring in my house. We decided to go over to Elite, from the moment we walked in we were amazed by the huge selection one of the salesperson came and greeted us right away. We picked out flooring but we still wanted to shop around to make sure we were getting the best price, our sales person Jason did not pressure us and even encouraged us to look around. I have remodelled homes on several occasions and have worked with many tile and granite salesman and contractors, some good some bad. My experience with Elite has been very enjoyable, stress free and their pricing beat everyone. This is a review for the St. George location for Elite Flooring. I had a wonderful experience with my sale associate Dave Vinson. He was awesome to work with and even stayed late one evening to meet with us as we were coming down from SLC. He showed us great options and was not pushy at all. He did not have the flooring we liked so he allowed us to buy it somewhere else and use his installers to put it down. The carpet was perfect and a great buy. I had made my mind up as to what kind of flooring I wanted after my 3 year old laminate flooring was damaged. Shopping around on the Internet I saw beautiful porcelain tile, but the prices were ridiculous. A friend recommended Elite Flooring Plus. I went there with some apprehension, but to my delight I saw the perfect wood look porcelain tile! To my horror they were all out! I was devastated. I just walked into the store to look and see what they had. The cabinets in my kitchen are an odd size and had been told by other stores that we would have to use spacers to cover the the difference. the salesman Stevan came to our house and measured the cabinets we have and gave us some ideas how to give us even more cabinet space.
