Not wanting to spend too much I went back to Elite to have them check it out. I'm an old Mercedes technician /shop owner myself and long retired after 24 years, so I need to trust a shop since i cant work on my 2 Mercedes anymore. They need to have factual Mercedes experience what Elite has since they only do Mercedes. I had a A/C Clutch disintegrating issue on my 2011 Mercedes Gl 350 blutec/ diesel 156,000 miles and choose to replace serpentine belt - tensioner and 2 rollers as preventive service, under service they found a power steering pump issue, past owner used stop leak ! issue it had axial excessive shaft play, so authorized to install a rebuilt unit, all done in 1 day, all for fair price and with good service (excellent) i should say As a old European trained Mercedes tech and past owner of 6000 sq feet shop w 8 bays i can highly recommend Elite, no free croissants no cappuccinos no free car washes but great service and by FAR better price (labor rate) than dealers read more

I've only had regular service done to date but they have always delivered as promised and at a fair price. I've even had a time I took the car in for service because it had been a year even though I only had 2k miles since last service and they talked me out of it saying the new synthetic oils didn't need to be changed with so few miles. Can I give them 10 stars please??? I cannot say enough good things about elite motors!! My family and I have been coming here for years. They have the most reliable service at the best prices. They are always accommodating and take such good care of me and my car! I needed a service A today... It's been a little past due actually. I had arranged to go there at 3 o'clock because I had appointments all day. Well some of my appointments got canceled and I was able to go earlier. I just stopped by and asked if they can you take me earlier or if I should come back... and Ron said "no problem have a seat". I got my oil change done and my service A completed, and they even fixed the dead fog light bulb that I have been getting warnings about for a while. The staff is always very nice and very knowledgeable. And not just today... I once had to get my car towed because it wouldn't turn on, and it was a Sunday. I had them tow it to the elite parking lot, put my keys in an envelope and popped them through the little mail door, and they called me in the morning with a diagnosis. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all the hard work that they do. Now if you're looking for a fancy experience getting your car fixed or serviced, you can always take it to the Mercedes dealership and pay 4 to 5 times as much. My jaw dropped from the last interaction I had with Ron - Too long of a story to put down but just rest assured that you are dealing with an HONEST and hard working crew here! So we had a noise coming from the front wheel of our GLE. It was distressing to say the least. Went for a rest drive to point out the noise to the service manager. They took it in the shop, put it on the rack and found that a small pebble had lodged itself between the caliper and the rotor. Problem fixed! No charge! Wow! We are impressed. We took our 2015 Mercedes GL350 Blutech to Elite for its 60K mile service. Shane was very helpful and flexible in scheduling. He gave us a quote for the work over the phone, then remembered the quote exactly when I brought the vehicle in the next day. They were very diligent in explaining everything that was going to be done to the vehicle and even took the time to explain some mechanical questions that I had. When we picked the vehicle up at the end of the day, the service was completed as promised and the vehicle was waiting. Shane even adjusted the price down from the quoted price because he was able to get one of the parts a little cheaper than he was anticipating. It would have been very easy for him to not tell us that, and just pad his profit. He did the honest thing; my wife and I were both super impressed. Great Guys and great Service. I bought a 560SEL online for a friend who lives in Cabo San Lucas, took it to Elite as he wanted it checked out and put right. Then at the last minute my friend changed his mind and told me that he would fly up and handle the work himself. I called Elite and they had already done the inspection. I thought they'd be pissed I wasted their time, but they just said 'No Problem', then when I asked how much? I was told it was no bother. How many garages out there would say that. Needless to say I did give them a healthy tip for their time and trouble... but I think their actions speak volumes to their work ethic. Finding a trustworthy Indy Benz dealer is like finding gold. Elite Motors was recommended by a friend. Recently had our GL450 serviced at the Mercedes Benz Foothill Ranch dealer. We complained that the power steering pump was leaking slightly and could smell a burning fluid. The Mercedes Benz Foothill Ranch dealer wanted to replace the pump, rack and the entire steering assembly upwards of $800-$1200K to start. Elite recommend we start with the power steering reservoir ($125.00) and see if that might be the issue. We could eliminate the components one at a time, top to bottom until we find the leak. This was brilliant! What dealer would take the time to eliminate the possible problem components one at a time, instead of replacing the entire steering assembly? Problem solved after replacing just the PS reservoir. Never happier to pay a bill of $125.00 servicing one of our Benz. I don't even think I have written a review before on my Yelp account before now. I came in looking for someone to help me with an onboard computer issue with my 2002 ML320 headlights. I went to my old Indy and as well as multiple dealerships and no one wanted to touch it. It was as simple as plugging their STAR computer into the car and enabling a function. I called Jim who told me it wasn't an issue and that'd they'd be able to see me right away. I just got turned away by Foothill Ranch MB, so I headed on down and met Doug at the front desk and sure enough he was already briefed on my situation by Jim and told me to pull around to the bay in the back. He plugged in my car to their system and in less than 5 minutes my lights were back and working. Doug then popped my hood, and simply said, just saw that your antifreeze is low, going to top you off. I didn't even bring this up and will be honest have been lagging on a much needed item. I was amazed at the service and sure enough all I was given was a business card with well wishes. I'm currently 5,000 miles over my service scheduled and it is that time of the year. It's safe to say that I will be seeing Jim and Doug on Wednesday at 8am. Thanks guys! Awesome!!! I could not be happier that I found Ron & Doug at Elite Motors! There customer service is beyond exceptional and I was so grateful for their HONESTY! We have a 1996 E320 and the car had to be TOWED to their shop as it would not start. They replaced the neutral safety switch for such a fair price in parts and labor and got our car running smoothly again . They could have easily told me that I needed to replace a number of parts and could have charged me so much more in labor but they didn't. Did I mention it is a 1996 and HAD TO BE TOWED!! I feel so blessed to have found them in this day and age where so many people are willing to rip you off just to make an extra dollar.
