Took me in quickly. Minimal conversation. Wanted short acrylic almond nails. Legit will never go here again. 1. Don't follow through with covid guidelines (customer not wearing a mask). 2. Look at the pics- sloppy clean up and BUBBLES FOR DAYS 3. paid ahead $40 acrylic and $15 tip. I'm already planning on taking off the color at home and repainting myself with NO bubbles. 4. Asked technician to fix the the bubbles. She said she hasn't seen them bc they were so small She added another layer of clear coat. I waited to have them dry and I left (time crunch). I didn't notice how bad it was until I had a minute to myself ‍

The ugliest thing I've ever seen. I'm embarrassed to walk out like this. Was willing to pay twice to start over and they cut corners and sent me out like this. NEVER again.

It was my first time here. I live nearby but I usually drive to Beth's Nail Spa in Canton country. They were booked for the holidays so I looked up something local. This place actually has 4 stars and Beth's lowered to 3.5 :( The service was great, there was Cindy who did my pedicure and did a fabulous job and was talking to me and getting to know me, Katie who looks like the master of acrylics in the shop, and I think Mike? The kind gentleman in the shop. I got a full set with gel manicure ($45) and a pedicure ($20). They take visa. I tipped cash. A fill with gel will be $35 when I go back. I picked the gel color and per Mike, they can match the pedi color 95%. It actually came out to a pretty darn perfect match!! Katie did a great job and took her time when filing my nails perfecting the shape. I really appreciate that. I didn't notice till I got home that I have a cut from filing on my ring finger fingertip. Cindy went to town on my toes, they needed it cuz I haven't gotten a pedi in months. My feet were really dry and Cindy did open a part of my skin on my big toe with the foot scrubber, but she cleaned it with disinfectant and applied Neosporin which I did appreciate. I will definitely be back. I think their prices are similar to Beth's which is a low-cost nail salon. I felt comfortable and the environment was welcoming! The quality exceeded my expectations. Thank you Elite!

Very much satisfied with my pedicure done by Cindy, took out my ingrown skin and nails on my toenails without a cut. No more pain! Katie on my hands for manicure and dip powder with gel! I like it how it is all clean, simple and pretty!

I went to this place for the first time about a month ago and got my nails done by a nail tech who…read morewas AWESOME! Her acrylic fill was really beautiful - the only thing is that she didn't ask me if I wanted them trimmed... luckily my nails were still pretty short from my previous fill so it didn't really matter at that time. When I went to go pay, my receipt said $40 and the lady checking me out told me that next time there would be an extra charge for the length of my nail (medium-long I think?), so it would actually be $45. But because my receipt said $40 they would honor it. I was like cool that's fair thanks for honoring the $40 (it said "starts at $40" or something on the booking app when I was booking my appt.) I went in again 2 weeks later and saw a different nail tech. She was really cool, she gave me some advice about maybe trying Gel X sometime and was telling me the benefits of Gel X vs acrylics (and I have been doing acrylics for a LONG time). Honestly she pretty much sold me on switching over... But there were just a couple of things that I felt were weird. The first weird thing was that when I asked for her to trim my nails, she said it would be a $5 charge! I have NEVER been charged to trim my nails at any salon before. My nails aren't even that long, I have to keep them at a reasonable length because I have kids and I wouldn't be able to function if they were super long. So I was like.. ok well maybe with the base price of $40, they have to upsell.. But now I'm technically at $50 for a fill (nail length and then nail trim), but whatever. Then I pick a color - glittery green for an event I was going to. The glitter colors on that form didn't have any kind of extra charge that I could see - others had like $10 or $15 extra charge for designs/cateye etc, and the upcharge was written on those little forms with all the nail colors you can get. But I don't recall seeing anything for the glitter colors. When I went to go check out... the price ended up being $55!! I was pretty shocked. I should have probably questioned it at the counter but honestly I figured I would just go elsewhere for my next fill cuz I didn't really wanna deal with fighting my receipt that day. Just wasn't in the mood. The acrylic fill I got the second time was OK, but she had superglued my index nail because it was lifting before the fill..which I had also never seen done before. Usually my nail techs will cut that part off then buff it down before continuing the fill, but she literally just superglued my nail down. Then a week later my index nail lifted completely lol. The tech DID tell me that I was due for a complete new set, which I was planning to do at my next appointment with Gel X, but I'll be doing that at a different salon that is a bit more transparent with their pricing... A bummer, because this place is actually pretty nice! And everyone I talked to was very nice too. I honestly just don't really like the unusual (to me) extra charges that started popping up as I was getting my nails done. I have been to quite a few nail salons and being charged for both a nail trim AND my nail length just doesn't feel right. I've seen different charges for almond vs square (which I have), and I think that's fair cuz I know it's easier to shape square than almond. I would still recommend this place overall because the vibe is really nice and so are the people, they burn incense and I LOVE that smell- just maybeee... clarify the final tab before going through with any services? Or something!

I went in for a fill on June 10th, I wanted just French tip simple that's all and was told there…read morewas no time for that. Ok fine I settled on a dark brown, no nail art. By June 16 my whole pinky nail had already fallen off. By June 13th my nails were already lifting. I called on the 16th and let them know that my nail had broken that they were lifting and they said that their warranty is only for two days and that that's the longest warranty in all Santa Clarita, which is a huge lie. Two days is nothing. By June 20th a whole Other nail had also fallen off. I've been getting acrylics for years. I'm super disappointed in the customer service and in the work. When I called she said I could schedule a soak off but she'd charge. SMH terrible. I left pictures that can't really tell but they're lifting. All of them
