We decided to grab a coffee at Lemon Bar and check out the bookstore. We came back an hour later and were ready for us right away. They have various pedicure options, but I opted for the gel pedicure. They have a wide range of colors to choose from but I chose a periwinkle color to be on theme for Easter. I came here because my usual nail salon wasn't open today and today was the only day of the week I was free so I picked this place. I wanted to like this spot but the whole time I was there I just wanted to leave. The place felt dirty..messy..dingey. And I didn't see a price menu anywhere? I asked for French tips and the line was so sloppy and uneven. I had to ask my nail tech multiple times to fix it and even after it still looked messy. Not wanting to be there any longer, I just ended up accepting the poorly done job. Also, on my pedicure you can see the brush strokes from the top coat. Not sure if that's from the technique or a bad quality/old polish. The people there were all very nice and friendly but I won't be back. read more

I went in for gel-x and was quoted $55. I got 1 solid color, received no cuticle clean up or hand massage after, had the tech cut me several times with no apology, and brought in MY OWN apres tips and was still charged $55. How is it that I supply the product and still get charged the regular price? I've been coming here for multiple years but I feel as if they have gone down hill. They used to cater to the customer prior and make sure HGTV or cooking shows were on and now Tom (a manager) likes to sit back and watch football. It's a shame, this place was my favorite. Update: 24 hours later and am now having an infection or allergic reaction. Owner wrote back and said they do not charge you less if you bring your own products so don't waste your supplies. Also, gel-x always comes with cuticle clean up, so go to a place that KNOWS how to properly do this service. Won't be back! read more

Never in my life have I been treated this way and had such a bad experience. He continued to ask me what I did to pop off the nails because it doesn't come off & I told him that when they were applied their were air bubbles & I told the nail tech this when she did it.
