He was very responsive, answering the phone when called and fitting me into the schedule to evaluate the problem, gave me two viable options and clear rationale which was his recommendation. He was very willing to work with the leak detection guy I hired separately. He did the repair efficiently and effectively, starting with a small hole to minimize cutting of the existing driveway while he confirmed the actual location of the leak -- which turned out to be a bit off-center to where the leak detection guy had marked; Armando then made an appropriately sized saw cut, enabling access to make the repair while minimizing disruption to access to our garage during the repair. He did a solid job on the concrete patch when it was all done. He completed it in less than the time he allocated, and was a great communicator throughout the process. Finally and importantly, his estimate was one of the lowest of the 4 estimates I received and he stuck with the estimate.

I called Adrian for the Hydrojetting, but he didn't even need to do that. He was able to snake past the point yesterday's plumber got to and unclogged a very stopped up drain -- without opening my walls or anything (we were concerned because it's a second-floor jacuzzi tub.) Oscar answered all my questions about the issue with the AC unit and what was broken and options for repair. Knowing that the coming week had a heat wave in the forecast I was hopeful that the fix could happen quickly. Not even 3 days later they called to schedule a repair for end of week. They also provided an arrival time and showed up early! Freddy C and Renee came out and worked diligently to install a new AC and went the extra mile to trim some shrubs to make enough space for the outside unit. They were polite and considerate as I was working from home during the install. Later that day after they left I had to call to ask someone to come back because I was experiencing an issue with the auto shut off and Albert (? sorry if I got that wrong) answered and scheduled time for someone to come the next day. The fixes were more extensive than just snaking the drain. He needed to add a cleanout and tried to water jet the drain pipe. However, he was still unable to clear the drain, since it was over sixty years old and corroded. He replaced the old drain and successfully fixed the problem. His communication skills were great.

They had a guy come out in 30 min. He figured out the problem in like 3 min. I asked if I get a faucet that day would he be able to install it the next day? He said he could and scheduled an appointment for me in the morning. I went and got the faucet and he installed the next day. Come to find out he also fixed my garbage disposal which was not draining correctly and plug the disposal into the appropriate outlet located on the back wall under our sink. My last plumber just left it unplugged and I would have to plug it in and out to use it. This was a very pleasant surprise to me. That outlet is not easy to get to but he did it. He came on time (important!), put his booties on (without me asking for them) upon entering the house. He was very knowledgeable and informative, explained what he was going to do, and what's most likely the issue with the water heater. After about half an hour, he called me back to explain that what the issue was. He contacted the water heater manufacturer to order the parts needed for the repair (under warranty) and explained that he's coming back to fix it once I receive the parts (hopefully tomorrow). I'm glad I chose Major League Plumbing and appreciate Eddie's professionalism.
