But credit where credit is due--they came back and completely redeemed themselves. They followed through, fixed the issues, addressed my concerns, and made sure everything was done correctly. The other company had me waiting for more than a month. I was previously charged over $600 by another plumber for a leaking toilet, only for the leak to return in less than five weeks. When they came back, they refused to stand behind their work and instead tried to push a new repair quote exceeding $3,000. To make matters worse, they had originally told me that if the leak returned, it would be due to the toilet itself and that the prior payment would be credited toward replacement labor. I went ahead and purchased a new toilet based on that guidance, only to be told later that the issue had nothing to do with the toilet. The entire experience felt misleading and inconsistent. Ivette and Millennium Plumbing handled everything the way it should be done. They were honest, direct, and transparent from the start. They presented two repair options, one more affordable and one more extensive, and clearly explained both. What stood out most was their integrity. Someone shows up, does the work with some issues listed below, so another visit will be needed. Invoice comes back as Lagos Plumbing. Thought maybe you work under a different name sometimes, okay no big deal. One of my issues with the Aug 30th appt is a large hole was made in the bottom of my kitchen cabinet where the sink and kitchen faucet was being installed. Nothing was said to me until I pointed out the damage. Douglas installed a thick board of wood to fix it. It's functional but ugly. I was told the new faucet I had was missing parts and couldn't be installed. They installed the two bathroom faucets and due to the holiday would be back another time after I got ahold of the faucet vender. I called the vender the next business day and was told I did have all the parts. It's just standard practice to send a "general" installation instructions. Called you guys, was told you sent a "partner vender" in your place and to call them. I was confused because I didn't book with your partner vender. I booked with you, because of your Yelp recommendation and reviews. I called your partner vender, and Douglas came back and installed the faucet. The 2 sink bathroom faucets that were installed by Lagos plumbing, did not function properly and been spraying water rather than working like the one my wife installed in our hall bath. One was leaking as well. Douglas came out, used caulk under the sink to stop the leak but had to come back, again, to fix the spraying faucets. He changed out the filters and adjusted something. One faucets still sprays so badly that I can't turn it out with out spraying water over the mirror and counter top. Do not have work done by Millennium Plumbing they won't show up.
