We recently took our Sprinter to Elite Sprinter Repair. We were extremely pleased with Mike, who helped us initially, and with Aaron, the Service Manager. They did a good job, the work was reasonably priced, and everything was finished on time. But most importantly, Aaron explained everything to us, and we could tell that he was very knowledgeable and comprehensive. Just a few days ago, we had a totally unrelated issue. We lost all power while on a road trip far from Elite. We called Elite, and Aaron walked us through some steps that saved us sitting out in the 100 degree heat in the middle of nowhere waiting for a tow truck! This quick reset solution got us back on the road and to a garage for further diagnostics. Not his problem, but he readily helped us. Forcing a customer to file a complaint with the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair in order to get the owner Mike to address a customer concern is NOT customer service. That's what I was forced to do. Elite did not dispute that leaving a loose bolts/missing nut in the suspension they repaired was not a serious safety problem. I expected the owner to offer resolve the issue. He made no such offer. I finally had to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. read more

I'd recently bought a 2017 Mercedes sprinter 2500.. I brought it to several shops The problem is all the lights and the, dashboard we're on ..I was really frustrated other shops claimed they understood the computers, Aaron and his crew painstakingly went through the truck and was able to not only get all the check engine light and the codes up-to-date there were the only company outside of the The Mercedes dealership.. I've gone to them a few times for general maintenance, back brakes and a power steering leak. I was a new sprinter owner and went upon the reviews that were posted. Each time the cost of repairs seemed very high. Fast forward a year later and I need the annual maintenance, front brakes and a set of glow plugs. I decide to give them another go. Same result,over priced and Aaron loves to talk his fancy babble to increase the chance of them performing an over priced service you don't need. Picked up my vehicle and didn't make it a half of a block when it was making an abnormal noise. Brought it back and of course the noise they thought it was making was the ball joints they said I needed replacing. I said no way that's the problem. They put it up on the rack and found a bolt had busted on the the new brakes they just replaced. My question to them was how do you not know something is wrong when you test drove the vehicle or did they? These are professional mechanics and charge as much if not more then a dealership. Wow!! Side note, I priced out my repairs with another highly rated Sprinter repair shop close by and would have saved hundreds of $$. Yes I went to the school of hard knocks. They are very fair as well, i came here the first time after getting a very expensive quote from the dealership. i called around, and even though there are other places locally that work on sprinter vans, my conversation with aaron gave me a great feeling about this place. after leaving the first time in, at just over half of what the dealership quoted, i will never go to another shop, not with true professionals so close. read more
