In October 2017, I repaired the car here for the first time, very happy, Ramon solved the problem. Later, I came here again because of the starter problem. I also forgot the specific time. Ramon also solved the problem. I don't understand auto mechanics, so I didn't pay attention to the price. To be honest, I trust Ramon quite a bit. On the morning of August 2nd, I found some coolant leaks. I asked Ramon to help me check it. He told me that I needed to replace the fan (Driver side). He told me that the parts cost $225. Ramon replaced the fan at about two o'clock in the afternoon. After I got home, I told a friend about the repair process. He was shocked. He told me that the price was too expensive and too expensive. Then I searched for information about car fans, and I was also shocked. A fan, Ramon Why did I get such a high profit? And I also paid for his labor costs. My vehicle is Acura TSX 2008. The replaced fan is TYC 600940 (Brand: TYC Model: 600940), only the driver's side is replaced. / Ramon replaced this fan, exactly the same brand and model. Later Ramon told me on the phone that he could refund me $120. On the morning of Aug. 3, I came to Ramon today, I thought I got a refund, and that was the end of the matter. But when Ramon returned me $120, he told me that the accessories and fan replacement services he sold to me did not have a warranty. , He does not perform the warranty responsibility for these accessories and services.
