You can hear all of the city's sounds during your relaxing massage aka car honking and sirens. The masseuses were good, they check on you to see if you're ok, maybe not overly friendly but that's ok. At the end, when it came time to pay, the receptionist asks if you want to tip, I say yes, expecting a receipt I can write a tip, but she says no just tell me what you want to leave. They should use a different system, it's awkward to announce to a room the tip you're leaving. Overall, the actual massage was pretty good, at some points the towels were too hot and too much pressure for me, but I could have said something.
