LeLe has always done a great job, but the other lady (with drawn eyebrows) cut my toenails perfectly to cause an ingrown toenail. She did exactly what you are not supposed to do. I had to go elsewhere to fix it. I think LeLe needs to give her some retraining. How do I know that you aren't supposed to cut them that way? Because LeLe showed me the correct and incorrect way. 3 stars for the job and 5 stars for the service and price. I came here on a Monday evening, 5:30pm. I had made an appointment. I had to get my acrylics removed because they were getting gross. Lily was nice and helped me but it seemed like she was not too familiar with acrylic removal. So I let her do her thing. Anyway, while she was removing my acrylics, I was getting a pedicure. The pedicure was nice, the hot stones were nice, they were hot as eff. So an hour passes and my pedicure is done - no polish and my acrylics had been removed. Now we began the manicure and I agreed to do gel because of my very thin, brittle nails from having acrylics. Lily tried to save my long nails about 3 times before deciding to just cut them short. Mind you, I had told her from the beginning that any time I get acrylic removal I always leave them short because I know my own nails and they tend to break even with gel on. So she finally understand my thin nails. By this time, it was 7pm. She finally started on painting the gel on. Completed by 7:30pm. So I'm sitting there getting my manicure and she has phone call after phone call... She is scrambling through her appointment book and forgets what she's doing to my nails. When I picked the gel colors I wanted, she kept suggesting something else and when she finally agreed to what I wanted, she couldn't find the colors so I had to pick another one. Don't get me wrong, Lily is a really sweet lady but she is literally all over the place and the store is pretty messy and unorganized. The tools she used to clean my nails did not look sanitized either. They were not taken out of a bag like other nails. I paid a total of $47 for acrylic removal, manicure with gel, and pedicure which is decent. Honestly though, I would be hesitant to come back because of the cleanliness. I seriously do not want to contract anything or get some kind of infection. read more

YAY!! Leelee is great. My friends and I go there for gel nails. Every time we go, Leelee is excited to show us the new colors. So many to choose from, not enough days in the year! She's great with the gels, my only complaint (and it's not even that) is that it's a bit of a drive for me. BUT, it's worth it! I also bring my 5 year old daughter with me and Leelee and her staff are very accommodating. They are the only ones my daughter will let cut her nails (she won't even let me do it). This review is for my wife. She chose this salon based on the number of yelp stars and reviews. She loved that the lady who may have been the owner, was very kind and welcoming. The salon was also accomodating to take her in for a gel manicure and pedicure 15 mins before their closing time. She loved how her gel manicure turned out. But she mentioned how she felt like a guinea pig with her pedicure. The nail tech that worked on her she felt was just learning? She spent an hour and 45 mins in the salon because it was constant layering of coats. She was completely unhappy with the service for her pedicure after going home and really examining her toes. She mentioned her toe was cut horribly and looked like a claw and you can definitely see the layering of coats. Overall, she was unhappy with her experience. read more

Worst spa experience of my life. Got a pedicure from an older lady and instead of clipping away an ingrown nail, without asking she decided to rip it off. It yelled a little and she shoved my foot in the water so that I wouldn't see the blood. It wouldn't stop bleeding for 15 minutes and I told her to stop, that I was done. She kept saying no to me and continued massaging my leg, and had the audacity to lecture me about how to take care of my nails. If my friend wasn't also getting her nails done, I would've walked out. And they charged me for their service. She hovered over me to even see if I'd tip her. I will never return back to this place nor recommend it to anyone. Also the hot stone massage is useless. They literally just heat up the stones and rub your legs with it. read more

I have been to many nail salons before, but Elle Bella Spa is the best so far. Lily is so motherly and kind. Other nail salons will not offer anything to drink, however Lee did. I did not make an appointment, and came in 30 minutes before they closed. They helped out all customers who made an appointment, but happily took me in, and stayed over time to finish my nails. Ying, who did my nails, did such a wonderful job. Even though it was her time to go home, and after a long day, she did not rush to finish, but still took an hour to make my nails perfect, and clean. I love Ella Bella. My fourth time here and lily is amazing. I used to always get acrylics at my old salon but came to Ella Bella because my usual place was busy. Lily gave me a fill using gel so 1. It is much faster 2.she doesn't have to grind down your nails and 3.eventually you can stop getting acrylics and have your natural nails that look just as good oh and 4. Possibly one of the worst gel mani experience I've ever seen. Brought my mom in for a gel mani and instantly regretted it. It took the man 1hr and 30min to finish not including his tools were all over the place and I'm pretty sure they weren't properly sterilized. We were beyond disgusted but didn't speak up just because we didn't want to hurt their feelings. He was also a bit rough and kept tapping on my moms hand a bit hard to get her to move it. Also he kept coughing into his hands and continuing his work, Not even trying to be sanitary. Polishing took about 30 min and looks lumpy and ugly. Definitely not worth the 27$ we spent. I'm just disgusted and wondering how this place is still up and running with it being so messy, below average and with workers working like they got the job yesterday! wouldn't recommend coming here, complete waste of money!!! read more

He did not soak my nails before cutting my cuticles so he obviously didn't do a good job on them. He did not use clean equipment (sterilized). The lotion stunk and his hands were rough. I love this salon! Leelee is the BEST! She always makes me feel very comfortable, takes her time and does a fantastic job on my nails and massages (and I am picky). She is hilarious and caring, as well. Some of the other salons in the area treat their customers rude and talk in their language the entire time, which always makes me feel like they are talking about me. I hate that. Not here. Elle Bella and Leelee is one of the best finds in the area. Leelee is so caring and it's always a joy to go. I used to get acrylics, but Leelee is an expert in Gel with tips - so she has helped improve the health of my nails by switching to gels. Leelee also gives the most amazing facials and massages. I never really saw the benefits of a facial until I got one from Leelee! She uses great product and focuses the treatment to what you need. I decided to try this place because of the yelp reviews and because it is close to my house. I got a gel mani pedi, eyebrow wax, and I got my acrylics taken off. To start I had a pedicure. Summer ended up doing my toes. This was one of the best pedicures. A little can go a long way! The pedicure came with a hot rock oil massage and a sugar scrub. The best part about their pedicures is that there only 11$ by themselves. You would think such a cheap price would scare you away. Then Larry started to take off my acrylics. He sanded them down while soaking them in strong acetone. I've never had my nails taken off this way. It took some time but in the end it was all worth it because my nails didn't end up with grooves and ridges how they usually do when you tear them off. They looked very natural. Larry then started my manicure. I've never seen a manicurist spend so much time and perfection on my nails before. When he added the gel color he payed close attention to evenness in the color and making sure they dry properly under the uv light! Then lily the owner did my eye brows. She made sure they were exactly how I wanted them to be and she didn't try to push me into going thinner. I always hate trying new nail places because I never get the good service or friendliness that everyone deserves while trying to relax! The only downside was that I was in there for 2 hours. But I wasn't in a rush or anything so it was great to see that the employees take there time. I'm so happy I finally found a new salon that I enjoy and I can afford! Lele is an absolute sweetheart. She helped me grow my nails out naturally. When I first visited her salon my nails were so weak and constantly chipping from all the years I've had acrylics. Now my nails are stronger, grow faster and don't break anywhere near as often as before. I deducted a star due to her not always having the gel colors I want. Make sure you ask in advance which colors are out of stock. Lastly, I would recommend calling a few days in advance to schedule your appointment to see her. Today was my first experience at this salon. I decided to go based on other Yelp reviews! Regular pedicure and gel manicure was only $40 total. Really great price for the quality of work and the service you receive. Pedicure included lots of massage time (with hot stones, too!); and LeLe spent the time to make sure my manicure was done meticulously. I have had trouble recently with brittle nails, so she took the time to even out all the chips and breaks for me, and give me advice on how to care for them. Only con was that it took a long time (2 hours for everything). They were really busy because of the holiday weekend (and also because they are good, and have a loyal clientele). She told me there was this great place on foothill that will do the whole 9 yards on my feet and I would walk out of there feeling like a new man.
