I'm so happy I found this place! Before I'd go to different nail salons in the area and get acrylics because of a nail biting issue ive had so that would stop me from me biting. But once the nails came off my nails were thin and theyd break and I started getting gel and never lasted more than a week. I became fed up and gave this place a try and I cant be any happier. Leelee has saved my nails. First day she removed my acrylics and put on gel. The gel she uses stays on so well! I love that because my nails are so long right now! My favorite part of going here every 2 weeks is the amazing massage i get during pedicures. Theyre the only ones that use hot stones to massage your legs and its so heavenly i almost want to tear up haha. I work 6 days a week and look forward to these massages. They take their time on their work and make sure they do a clean job. Yesterday she offered me cold tea with jasmine on a hot day. It hit the spot so good i went home and made some! Really great new space. I get my legs waxed here and she is amazing. I often bring my daughters and they are well taken care of with mani/pedis by the staff who all do really well with kids. Best nail salon I've ever visited. The customer service is extraordinary and so is the nail artists' talent. The owner of the shop is simply wonderful. She kept thanking me for coming in to get my nails done and she kept offering me tea. She also told me that she loves her customers, so if one of my nails chipped or if something happened, she wanted me to come back in so she could fix it. i love this place! i have gotten a pedicure and gel manicures and they always do an amazing job. great customer service, clean, and and great prices. the pedicure is only 17 bucks and in includes a hot stone massage, hot towels, and foot scrub- cant beat that! they take their time and are very patient. i have never been disappointed. call in before going though, you don't need to call in super ahead, i usually just call in same day and get an appointment most of the time. i have never done walk in so i cant speak to that. treat yo self! read more

I have been to so many nail salons in Pasadena, LCR, and LC. None of them are terrible, but I just never feel like the price and quality match up. One thing I have learned is that Asians generally do a faster/better job overall. This place is great for a basic gel mani or pedi. They are up front about what designs they can and cannot do. I have only had Lele work on my nails, and I loved them every time (picture posted). The price is way cheaper than any of the places in Koreatown. I hate driving all the way out there anyway. The workers are all very friendly, so I feel comfortable there. This is definitely my favorite spot. I would only go somewhere else if there was a scheduling issue. The only thing to be mindful of is that you may have to wait a bit if you don't have an appointment, but that's the case with every nail salon. Just wanted to point that out since so many people left silly negative reviews for having had to wait. I have yet to find a nail salon that can keep all their appointment times to a tee. read more

My son-in-law gave me a gift certificate to Elle Bella Spa for my birthday so I made an appointment for a pink and white acrylic fill and a pedicure. 2 hours and 45 minutes later I left to come home to use an emery board on the sharp lumps on my nails and trying to figure out how to get my heels smooth. There is even a little piece of black lint embedded in one of my nails. They are not pink and white, they are clear and white. While I was sitting there I tried to make an appointment at another salon I had used and LOVED, but the person I went to was not working the next day so my nails wouldn't have been fixed for a week. I have a company holiday party and I have to wear hose (which I haven't used in forever) and with these nails and my rough heels I better buy a couple more pairs because they will catch like crazy. HORRIBLE experience and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It was beyond ridiculous. The owner apologized and said the guy didn't understand English and that was the reason there was a problem. Pink & White fill? Not something out of the ordinary. I usually get a fill and pedicure in an hour. What an annoying waste of time. They offered me credit on my gift certificate but I informed them I would NEVER be coming back so they gave me cash. read more

After reading the review on YELP and seeing the pricing was better than where I have been going I scheduled an appt for myself and my granddaughter who was celebrating her 8th birthday on that day. Our appt was at 10:00. We arrived and waited for ONE HOUR for the employees to come in. If I was a "walk in" I would have expected a wait but never with a scheduled appt. I had a male manicurist who was so rough it hurt. My gel nails were chipping within two weeks. I typically keep my gel nails for a minimum of 4 weeks with no problem. It was one individual for both the pedicure and gel manicure so my time spent in total was 2 hours and 30 minutes. Way too long for me and definitely way too long for my granddaughter. Let me preface by saying I'm very pregnant, so a good mani/pedi is very important to me. We just moved nearby and I didn't want to drive to Burbank for my usual place, so I stopped by last weekend for a basic mani/pedi... I swear this may be the best one I've had to date. My polish still isn't chipping and my nails look amazing. I had never had a hot stone massage before and it was so good that it left me sleepy and relaxed. The owner is really nice- I felt very welcomed and not in a rush to leave. I will definitely be going back and trying more services (massage/gel nails, etc.). Bring cash! Love the way Lele does gel manicures. She is meticulous. The only downside is that it is covered with acrylic or gel powder. Great for making your nails look amazing and it lasts a long time. I had my first pedicure here a couple weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. I called and asked if I could come in NOW. They were fine with it and very accomodating. When I arrived it was SUPER busy which was great to see. When I'm trying a new place I like to see that other people like it too! I got a great pedicure, I was able to understand and communicate with my technician and I felt the price was more than fair for all the little free extras I got with my pedicure (massage, hot rock massage, hot towels). Lele and her team are AWESOME! I have had a massage, Brazilian, gels, pedicures, you name it here. When I first met her I was a die hard fan of acrylic nails, but she talked me into trying to get my natural nails back and I am so glad I did!!! She literally had to "nurse them back to health" with lots of patience but I now have my own strong nails back. Yes, you are often there longer than planned and it is not always running on time. BUT, you are getting great results. Lele stands by her work and if you tell her you are not happy with even the littlest thing, she will fix it. I strongly encourage everyone to give her a try. I wrote a review back in 2014 after getting my first Brazilian wax from her, and two years later I still believe she is the fastest wax in the west! read more

Okay i do love this place for my pedicures, and last time i did get a manicure...the pedicures always seem to last me a very long time with no chips and the process of the pedicure and the scrub and hot stone massage is absolutely amazinggg .......but last time that i came in it was a festival for little children...i mean i dont think a 3 or 4 year old needs to get her nails done espeically in a crowded salon with limited space and have adult customers in the shittiest spa chairs ? that was a total down side i mean you want to bond paint your kids nails yourself....and because of all the attention surrounding the little kids and them ruining the wet polish my pedicurist had to leave twice once to fix the wet polish and once because the jealous little girl wanted to have a flower painted on like the other little girl....i mean they do a great job but i am paying good money i want to relax and not have to pretend these kids are cute when im trying to relax...i want to sit in the good chair with the massager on and enjoy my once a month spa time!!!!!! other than that Leeelee is very nice she does try to make you as happy as possible and even last time when it was super busy she took time to make sure that i was satisifed so overall i would totally recommend you come for a pedicure....next time i will try some other nail services and see if they are as good as the pedicures they give here read more

I really wish I could give this place a higher rating but I can't I'm sorry. I decided to try this place out because of all the five star ratings (which I don't understand). Lele the owner I'm guessing is very sweet but she needs more help and better workers. I made an appointment for 2 o'clock and didn't leave until around 4:30. All I got was a basic manicure and pedicure. The women doing my pedicure was nice but she rushed the entire pedicure and it was not relaxing at all. Not to mention she was not gentle when she was taking my cuticles off it actually hurt. Then I had to wait over an hour to get my manicure and they let other people go ahead of me that had come in later then I had. When I finally was able to get my manicure I was very disappointed. The women rushed the entire process. While she was filing my nails she did it so hard that she actually cut my skin on my pinky and it started bleeding. After that I was very annoyed and couldn't wait to leave. Not to mention the job they did on my nails was very average and looked a bit sloppy. Needless to say I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Wow what a hidden gem in a random strip mall of La Crescenta! The salon itself isn't very fancy but there are a million gel colors and regular nail polish colors - prices are great and the salon owner, Lele, who did my nails is soooooooooooo sweet! You just want to keep coming back to her. I've gone to so many salons over the past 10 years and I can see myself coming to this one consistently due to Lele's hard work ethic and personality. She works 7 days a week and her salon is open until the last person leaves - I was there until 10pm even though the posted hours say closes at 7pm. She was telling me how she stayed til 11pm the night before. She is very dedicated and it seems like she has a lot of return clients. Give her a shot, yo wont be dissapointed and you will definitely want to come back. As a P.S. all the pedicures include an amazing sea salt scrub and hot stone massage - you dont pay extra its included! the only thing though that might be an issue is doing a complicated design, i dont know if they can handle that super cute and technical stuff you find on pinterest read more

Today was my first experience at Elle Bella Spa. I saw this place on Yelp and decided to stop by on my way home. I didn't make appointment and just walked in. The place was busy. There were about four customers and three people working. I asked if they have time for me or I will make appointment and come back later. The owner of the place told me that I should make appointment because they were really busy. It was about 3:37PM when I walked in. The owner told me that they had a customer coming at 3:30, however, if the appointment is cancelled, she would be able to help me. She called the 3:30 appointment and it was a wrong number. So I was able to get my manicure and pedicure right there! It was my first time getting gel manicure. The lady who did my manicure looked really detail oriented; looking closely each nail. I got my pedicure from another lady. She was also amazing. The first color I choose for my pedicure was a wrong color. It was lighter than what the color in the bottle seem like. I told the lady that I don't like the color and she let me get another color to repaint on top of the first color. The lady was really friendly and helped me to choose a different color. Just came here for the first time and got a gel mani and regular pedi. A gentleman did both for me and I received fantastic service. He paid great attention to detail and was a total perfectionist. My nails came out great and I totally felt pampered. Also, the price was incredibly reasonable. However, I have a couple complaints about the salon itself. First off, he did my pedi and then the mani separately. I prefer both be done at the simultaneously as it is a big time saver. Then, when I was done I had to wait about 15 more minutes just to pay. After finishing, my technician just walked away and started on someone else without saying anything except for "Thank you." I was left to assume that the owner (who was doing a wax at the time) was the only one that could take payments because she was the only one I saw handling money while I was there. So I sat and waited. No one approached me regarding payment, so eventually I asked another technician about it. All she said was "5 minutes." Eventually the owner came out and when I asked to pay, she looked confused and explained they all thought I was getting a wax? Not sure where this came from, but it waS pretty inconvenient and I hope this miscommunication does not occur if I go back. read more

This review is based solely on the older lady who did my nails. It was a horrible experience. The first thing that occurred was when she was filing off my gel polish. She was filing so hard that it hurt and at times, she would start filing my skin. I told her many times that it hurt, but she said that she had to file the gel off. Next, she just couldn't understand the nail shape I wanted (squarish-round). The last straw was when she CUT OFF a piece of my cuticle and caused me to bleed (dripping blood here people), then blamed me for "moving" my hand. They did immediately pour alcohol (ouch!!!!) and peroxide to kill any bacteria, but my finger was throbbing like crazy. Thankfully, Lelee immediate got someone else to finish up my nails. However, my overall experience was stressful and not completely satisfied. I even came back from the night before because they were booked. I still had to pay full price, even though I was not satisfied. Not sure, if I'll be back. It's been about two weeks and my nail bed is still bruised and hurting. This use to be my go to nail salon, now I may have to look elsewhere. read more

I have been a customer of LeLe for a couple years now -- for manis, pedis, waxing and massage. I won't go anywhere else! She is very sweet and friendly, always knows everyone's first name and actually remembers stuff you tell her about your family, job, etc and asks about it the next time you come in. Her pedicures are awesome (Nikki is wonderful as well -- does beautiful nail designs), especially with the hot stone massage. She also does wonderful gel nails that last 2 weeks minimum (usually closer to 3). I also finally recently broke down and tried her hot stone massage -- 1.5 hours of bliss and I felt like a spaghetti noodle afterward (so relaxed!). She is open 7 days a week and often works late hours. Small, comfortable salon with a flat screen TV with DirectTV channels. My two daughters (ages 8 and 4) have also had manis/pedis there and love it too! Trust me, LeLe is the best! read more
