Great service! I wanted to get a hard gel set and gel pedicure. They got me in right away with the time I wanted to. It's always been my favorite local spot since I live down the street from the shop. Their work is so detailed oriented and fast. People are so nice here. The vibe is relaxing plus the music they play as well. What else would you ask for a nail shop in L.A? Highly recommended!

Love this nail salon! I recently moved to the area and was on the hunt for a new nail place and I got so lucky trying them out! I got a fresh set of acrylics and tried the cat eye polish for the first time. LOVE IT!! I get so many compliments. The ladies there are so nice and prices are fair/decent. Not too cheap and not too expensive. If you're getting acrylics, I highly recommend Tammy or Lina/Nina (I'm so sorry if I totally got the name wrong) but they're both so good and my nails have lasted 3-4 weeks before needing a fill! Do call in advance to make an appt. I have noticed they're very busy when I've gone for my appointment.

Have been coming here for years now and even have tried other nail salons for regular pedicures and nothing compares. Their prices are fair. They have a wide selection of colors, paint never chip and I have the color on for a month some times, and they are careful with their cuticle cleaning. I always have issues with my big toe hurting bc of excess skin and once I told them, they made sure to pay attention and after felt so much better. The lotion and scrub before getting my toes painted is also a plus They're all super sweet and gentle. They are more than willing to help or change things if you ask. The place has been updated and looks really open and fresh. They do take cards and I still tip cash. 10/10 recommend to anyone. read more

Elle nails always does an amazing job. My gel manicures never peel, and grow out really well. Add the builder gel or bio gel to your natural nails to keep them strong. I love the cat eye and chrome color options (extra charge) Saturdays are a good day to go in, which isn't the case at most nail salons! Massage chairs are a plus too! read more

Michelle did my nails and Kim did my feet. This is my second time getting my nails done here. I always get hard gel and the first time they lasted two weeks before they started lifting. The nails never fell off or chipped, which is great! Michelle is really good, meticulous even, so my nails look impeccable. They are perfectly done. had my first visit here today and had probably the best experience i've had at a nail salon. i had an appt. with nini for a gel removal and regular manicure. she is very friendly, thorough, and patient. i didn't feel rushed or overlooked which was refreshing. she showed me the color of nail polish i chose and how it would look to make sure i liked it (which i've never experienced before lol), so when i didn't like the nail polish color i chose, she waited and even helped me pick a new one when she noticed i was just standing there like a deer in headlights lol. she then proceeded to be super detailed and thorough with the manicure itself. in all this salon was so nice. it felt welcoming and like there was a little community. not to mention, this place is affordable. loved it and will be back in the future! read more

I have been coming to this place for three years! When they remodeled the location, it really improved the ambiance. However, what truly stands out is the service. Whenever I get my pedis, I never feel pressured to get something I don't want. I also get a super clean pedi where (Kim) does a great job at taking out all the excess! My full set is also amazing! Nini is my new nails girl. She's overly dedicated and never disappoints. Yesterday, I came with a design in mind and due to time limitations, she had to improvise... the results are impressive! Great experience! I got a gel manicure about a month ago and it still looks amazing with barely any chipping. The salon is clean, parking is easy and safe, and the staff are super friendly with no pressure or upselling. I think my nail tech was Nini (not 100% sure), but she did a great job. Honestly, I live nearby and can't believe I didn't discover this place sooner--feels like I was missing out the whole time. So glad I finally found it and I'll definitely be back! read more

Even picking out a nail color is a nice experience because the waiting area is just so aesthetically pleasing with a good playlist. I don't mind waiting also because there's a blue bottle coffee, a few stores down and other cafés. The technician starts my nails when she gets the first phone call. I could see she's struggling balancing the nails and what seemed to be an important call cause she was also overwhelmed (idk what it is about this place but everyone is clearly overwhelmed). She hangs up, continues my nails and then she gets ANOTHER call. This time she just randomly stands up and runs to take it in the back room. Listen, things happen, but I knew this wasn't an emergency...she had just told me it's a package delivery. She left me waiting for, I kid you not, ~5 minutes (probably longer but let's just say 5), no explanation, no nothing. When she comes back, I say that if it's an emergency then I can wait for another technician so she can handle whatever she needs. She apologies and goes back to my nails, thankfully she didn't get up again but the finished product was HORRENDOUS on top of everything! My nails are so scratched and dry! I was really hoping to have a good experience as I'm looking for a new nail salon in the area but this was just unacceptable.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

Sarah did my full set and did a meticulous job, found me the perfect sheer neutral, my favorite I have ever had! The perfect cos: they took exactly an hour for the services. - very detailed, precise work. -street parking for 1 hr or residential parking. -very clean bright place. They use new tools.
