Dez recommended doing the most "sensitive area first, then the legs, then the arms." There was some discomfort; on a scale of 1-10, it was a 4. As soon as Melanie moved to another location, the discomfort subsided. The entire process took about 1 hour. There were no marks (red patches), soreness, or downtime.
