My daughter and I just had the best facials of our lives! I usually don't like facials with machines because they leave red streaks on my sensitive skin. The jet peel does not touch your face so it can't leave any streaks and I had no downtime. Feels like your face is being power washed but in a good way! My face glowed as I left the office. Would recommend it the same day as a big event. My skin texture was so smooth and I believe they infuse your skin with hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. My daughter loved it as well and I can imagine it could help with cleaning out your pores for acne prone skin. We could all use a pick me up and this was a good one for us. Felt very pampered! This is a long overdue review but i can't say enough about Ann!! I've been seeing her for almost a year and I've been going consistently for her botox services every 3 months. The results are outstanding! During our first appointment she walked me through her procedure very clearly and what to expect not just with the first treatment but the benefits of being on a regular regimen. Dr. Jayaram proves why you always want to go to a specialist. She said I was her 4,500th eyelid repair, and her experience shows. She is amazing! My eyelids were so droopy that my eyes were constantly tired and I couldn't read for very long without resting them. And I was tired all of the time. Dr. Jayaram is a very knowledgable and talented surgeon. I had my initial consultations with her this summer as I wanted to make my eyes less tired and more awake. She proposed to do Fraxel for my lower eyelids and upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid lift) to get the more fresh and rejuvenated, but natural look I was asking for. I did both and I am amazed by the results - I do look 10 years younger for sure :) My first treatment was Fraxel. Dr. J. applied a numbing cream under my eyes, after which I had to wait ~90min and then I had my (no pain!) treatment done in ~10min. I was very nervous since I had a laser less than 1 inch away from my eyes, so Dr. J. used her soothing voice and made me feel comfortable and cared for during the whole procedure. As for the downtime, I did have some minor redness after, but that resolved in a day. It's been almost 3 months since my Fraxel and given the amazing results, I'll be doing my full face + lower lids again in November! And even though full face Fraxel is also performed by many great doctors in the Bay Area, what makes Dr. J. special is her ophthalmology background - she's probably the only doctor in this area that does laser so close to your eyes (and makes you feel comfortable and safe about it!). My second procedure with Dr. J. was her signature upper eyelid lift. This procedure was ~30min and the only discomfort was during the first 2min to get numbing injections in your eyelids... after that, one does not feel anything. Again, I was very nervous, but Dr. J. guided me throughout the entire procedure and she just made me feel so comfortable and calm. I had some minor bruising and swelling, but this was gone in 4 days and I could even go in public. I'm now 1 month post-op and my incisions are healing fantastically. Additionally, my scars are so well hidden in the natural eyelid creases making them invisible to everyone else but me. All in all, I'm very happy with my results and cannot recommend Dr. J. enough. In addition, Lauren (concierge director) is great, very kind and helpful! She's very accommodating and makes sure you get a slot that works best with your schedule. read more

I had upper eyelids surgery done ten years ago and unfortunately I picked the wrong surgeon and the result was terrible. To make matters worse, I was born with one brow higher than the other. Then an episode of ptosis made my eyelids so uneven looking I often have to hide behind glasses. It has gone on for years until I heard of Dr. Jayaram. I expected her to tell me I need another eye surgery. But to my surprise, she took her time really studied and analyzed my eyes , then suggested using Botox to correct the problem. To my delight, in ten days, the Botox has relaxed the muscle around my bad eyes, the brow has come down and so has the bad eyelid. The result is my eyes are more symmetrical looking than ever before. I'm just super happy. She could have sold me fillers or anything and I would have bought it. But she told me they're not necessary. I thanked her for her honesty and her skill in diagnosing my problem without me going under the knife. I left her office a very very happy person.
