Made it on an earlier time on a Saturday. Parking still a challenge but able to find at a farther are where we walked Food was good, didn't really order drinks. They have the buzz system to let you know your order is ready to be picked up at the counter. I like that the food and drinks are separate. Lines can get long. Perfect weather for an outdoor place like this. They have love music and that does seal the aura of the place. They have big screen where you can watch football. Quite a pretty place. It got crowded later. Better weekend in Elsewhere Too this time!

I have been wanting to try this place but thought I'd wait for the crowd to calm down. Finally had the opportunity to visit and the atmosphere is pretty cute. Let me say that I can see parking can be a mission to find depending on the time and day you come. We were able to snag parking but the lot was pretty full and limited. The entrance to this place can also be easily missed. You're better off turning into the gun range and loop back to the area. When you walk up to the entrance you're greeted with a sign and lights. The place was decorated in colorful Christmas decor. There is two bar are one which serves food. They have a ferris wheel, plenty of seating areas, covered patios and what looked like a walking trail in the back. There was also a small train but didn't know if that worked. When we went there was live music playing. What did we order? We ordered the cauliflower buffalo wings, a burger with waffle fries and drinks. I ordered a mango margarita and my husband ordered a Modelo. Everything looked and tasted good. Staff was very friendly and the place itself was nice. We were able to sit down at a table and eat while we enjoyed our drinks. I would have liked to seen the place light up at night but I'm sure it also gets very busy then. I would definitely recommend and return again.

Such an amazing place to hangout with friends and family! There's so many fun and cool events happening (like markets, yoga, movie nights, etc.) I had visited back in December and was truly blown away. I really love the downtown location, but this one has a completely different vibe. It's comforting, warm and well-maintained. I'll definitely be back to stop by for a movie night /and to try their foods/drinks!

We've been fans of the original Elsewhere for years, so we were thrilled when this new location opened up on our side of town. Of course, we had to check it out on opening day! The setup is so cute -- it's colorful, creative, and has that signature Elsewhere charm with plenty of cozy seating and fun little touches everywhere you look. The whole place feels bright, relaxed, and perfect for hanging out with friends or a casual date night!

This place has so much going on (in a good way), I'm amazed with the vibe that comes with it. It's a real nice place to come sit down enjoy some food and some adult drinks. Mind you that they do sell drinks that are THC infused. If you in the mood you can hop on and ride the Ferris wheel...yes Ferris wheel. The service and the lines for food and drinks seem to move along at a descent pace. The grounds are well kept as well... The only thing that keeps me from getting them a five star is their parking situation. It's a real tight drive around there parking lot especially on a busy night which you do have a lot of vehicles parking on the grassy area.

I really wanted to like Elsewhere Too, but overall, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Parking was a nightmare. Once inside, the large space didn't feel like it was used effectively. There were surprisingly few tables for how big the space is. The food itself was decent, just definitely overpriced. Not really my vibe, but I can see how the atmosphere and style might appeal to others.

As a huge fan of the original Elsewhere in midtown along the Riverwalk, I of course had to come check out the new location in the Northwest side of the city. The actual location itself wasn't quite what I was expecting. It's not directly off of 1064 and is behind a basic, nondescript beige office building that you have to drive a narrow, one-way street down. But fear not, head past that boring office buiding and follow the twinkling lights of the vintage looking ferris wheel to guide you to Elsewhere Too. The cute outdoor spot has more room to sprawl than it's big sister location and is adorned with several cute photo opportunities. There are two different "stations" if you will - one for food and one for drinks. I went with my food order first (going with the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich) and then placed my drink order. Service at booth the food station and bar were fast and the staff super friendly. It only took about 10-15 minutes for our food to be ready and recevie our text to come up to the window to grab our food. The drinks we tried were all tasty and I LOVED the Alice in Wonderland themed Drink Me. The sandwich was super tasty and incredibly moist and the piece of chicken on it was HUGE. Would def order again although the buffalo chicken sandwich was also calling my name. I live in the Midtown area, so I probably won't be abandoning the original location for the new one anytime soon - but I'll def be back to this great new addition to the Northwest side of San Antonio.

An absolute GEM! Just as wonderful as their 1st location in downtown SATX on the riverwalk. This location just opened a couple of months ago and we brought our daughter here on Xmas Eve during her visit from WA. It is a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing open concept with a beautiful design and so many beautiful details. It's currently decorated for Christmas and it adds such a special holiday touch! They have a full bar with specialty drinks, a snack bar, a Ferris wheel you can ride and so many photo ops! Service is great and ambiance is so lively! Love love love this place! Highly recommend!

Really cool place, with great seating from park bench style to fire pit lawn chairs. They have a nice selection of beers on tap and other types of cocktails. There is a huge projector tv and good music. They even have a food concession stand. This place has a great vibe and is a place to come relax with family or a group of friends to chill and enjoy. The Ferris wheel is great for kids and adults. Definitely a great date night spot.

Visit on a Monday, got there with no crowd. Got a watermelon cucumber drink, soo good. The vibe was great, the music was good. Was just relaxing. I really enjoyed the use of the space. Would like to visit again and check it out the night life.

The atmosphere is amazing, lots of areas for photo ops. The venue is large but still not large enough for the crowd, but that could be due to a company party happening at the time. The Ferris wheel is cute but cost $10 a person. All of the drinks and food are pricey. I did have a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was really good. As others have mentioned parking is a nightmare however they also offer valet for $20. The entrance as well is not very noticeable off the highway. Overall it was nice when we went but I wouldn't go back.

Fun fun fun! Lots of outdoor space, very cute set ups, has a mini Ferris wheel, and performers for added entertainment. I live in Frisco but visited while in San Antonio and would definitely recommend to locals or anyone visiting. I didn't try the food because we ate dinner before hand but it looked fine from what I saw. Staff was friendly and the girls were sweet. Not sure how it will be in the dead of summer heat but for late February it was perfect.

Colorful Ferris Wheel $10 for a long ride; additional/ economical prices available too.

Colorful, positive, entertaining and wonderful service. The minute you walk in one feels Elsewhere. We all need this positivity in our lives. The food is great; the bar is endless (please drink responsibly) and the ferris wheel, what an amazing view. We celebrated with our family and everyone loved it. What a great location and it only will grow with time. Every worker is very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back again and again. Plus I found out they have a Market Days on Sat & Sun. Super cute items.

From the moment you approach the restaurant- Not even walk in- you are greeted by a professional and hospitable staff. In the front 2 young workers gave us sangria samples and helped take my photo. So smiley and kind. Then I checked into my table at the host stand. Our table was in a gorgeous lit room by the stairs. The inside was so breathtakingly beautiful and clean . The restrooms as well. Our server Omar quickly filled our drink cups with cold water and took our actual drink order. They have premium lemomades and also fountain drinks with free refills. When he returned he gave us great recommendations from their 8 dollar tapas menu on happy hour (M-F 3-6). We ordered 3: Tacos de Cochinita Pibil / Slow cooked pork marinated in achiote sauce . Calamares Fritos / Fried steak calamari w/ alioli sauce ... Albondigas / Five Spanish pork meatballs marinated in wine tomato sauce with bread .... The bread with the meatballs should be toasted and it was cold. The calamari were AMAZING. Not chewy at all. And tacos unique and flavorful. It took a while to decide but with Omar's guidance and a lot of research beforehand, I reccomend large parties order these to get the best tasting experience: Parrillada Española / Spanish grilled feast with morcilla, 4oz Spanish sirloin, chistorra, three fried jumbo shrimp, and poached potatoes with alioli Toro Paella / Toro's Classic recipe voted best in San Antonio! Jumbo shrimp, mussels, chicken, calamari, pork belly & spanish chorizo . The grilled platter came out first very fast and the meats were delectable. Love the sausage. Again... toast the bread but everything else was delicious. The paella didn't take long at all. It lived up to our expectations. Delicious and hot, enough to fill us up with whatever room was left. The nicest part was Omar brought us complimentary shots of some sort of strawberry cocktail with a chili rim. He was so thoughtful and brought my sister who was 12 a non alcoholic version. We cheered to a good time. It was so good!!! Then we asked for dessert recommendations. Omar suggested the Torrijas / Classic spanish dessert, bread soaked in sweet cream, fried & drizzled in honey .. so that's what we got. It was SO yummy like tres leches French toast. With their website you get a 30 dollar off first visit coupon using the inkind app. I signed up and it worked perfectly. After the discount all that food came out to $150. Insane for a party of 5. I tipped 30 and using that inkind app got 30 dollars cash back to use anywhere on the app. But ill use it here. Come to TORO for a great time. Linger. Talk. Enjoy unique flavors. Felt like going to Spain.

I got mine with a side of gravy and French fries. I got my food in great time. Considering the size of our group and the chaos of orders going on and all different times, I was impressed. The chicken was delicious. Very juicy, and the breading was perfect. There was a slight hint of heat to it, but it was not overpowering. Very delicious. I would recommend this place for sure. The service was great, my drink stayed full, and they did a spectacular job entertaining a large group. It was a little pricey, but not bad. I will definitely be back. Enjoy.

Upon entering, we were worried that we'd meet the same fate as before as all the tables were filled and there was about 20-25 people in front of us. Fortunately we noticed a couple empty chairs at the bar and the bartender mentioned they were open. Counting our blessings we took em and started looking at the menus. As I'm browsing the menu, the girlfriend and I are intrigued by our surroundings as we saw plenty of tvs showing sports and a lot of music memorabilia on the walls. Made me think this is the kind of bar scene I would like to host at home if I had the space and $$$. But that's why we dine out at places like this. Back to the menu, I noticed a ton of beer taps so after browsing the menu, I decided on the hazy beer hug by Goose Island while the girlfriend ordered a spicy watermelon margarita. As an east coaster, I enjoy anything by Goose Island as they serve several types of beer where I used to live back in Northern VA. So I was happy sipping on it. The girlfriend enjoyed the margarita as it had the right amount of spice. She also mentioned she could hardly taste the booze in it; while this might be a complaint with some patrons, she prefers her cocktail this way. As for food, I decided on the Ultimate Burger with a side of broccoli and she ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich with fries. The burger is fine; pretty tasty even. But the broccoli, definitely raw with only a brush of butter. It's obvious they did not microwave it in the bag long enough. We ordered a second side of broccoli; and same thing; raw with a slight butter glaze. They also gave me some fries with my burger; I'm not complaining about free fries but kind of odd they were thrown on the plate. Pretty rookie move there. Meanwhile, the crispy chicken sandwich was basic; good texture but not much flavor; could use more spices and flavors in the batter. Both dishes are pretty big so we were stuffed afterwards. I'd be open to returning to try other items or maybe if I'm in the mood for that burger. But definitely getting a different side with it.

The cheesy tots were not that cheesy but the fries were delicious and everybody enjoyed their food. It was fresh tasty not overly salted. Service was great and they have an outdoor dining area and it was sunny and breezy almost a touch too cold, but it was too beautiful of a day to be indoors. Lots of parents with infants. They had some shot specials for Saint Paddy's day seven dollar Jamison shots no pickle backs, they have pineapple or orange juice shots to chase it. I wish they had a drive-through so I can try all their breakfast burritos in the morning. I just can't get motivated sometimes. Everything in the dining area seemed clean and I saw the bartender wipe down counters and tables several times. The food itself was pricey considering it just included the sandwich with no fries or chips but the amount of chicken on it was extremely generous. All the sandwiches come on Kings Hawaiian which I don't like at all, but the bartender made me aware I could substitute for a sesame seed bun which I did. We also had the onion strings...yum. I'm not a beer drinker but my husband enjoyed his German beer. I really wanted to give this place more stars but the delivery of the food was not acceptable. First my sandwich arrived, then 5 or so minutes later the onion strings were brought to us and another 5-10 minutes until my husband's sandwich arrived. This meant I was nearly done eating when his food arrived. Also, we saw a kitchen worker arrive and clock in when we were sitting at the bar that literally looked like he had a long night out and just rolled out of bed. Not how customers should see your staff. I hope to give this place a chance to redeem itself because they have a nice outdoor seating area that I would like to try. I hope someone from this location reads this and takes steps to improve their timing.
