I don't give them even a star. They schedule me between 4 to 6 then did not show up even at 6:30. I removed everything from our rooms . And when I explained to them that I need to reschedule as they did not show up at time . The man over the phone said forget about our company instead of apologizing . The first 3 years we lived in our house my children only hung out in the basement, their playroom and our bedrooms. Therefore they really only had the opportunity to destroy rooms that were kid friendly. Then kid #3 showed up and it was necessary to move some toys into our family room so that they could play while we were making (aka heating up) dinner, cleaning the kitchen, etc. And when they aren't playing with toys they are lounging on our nice family room couches. Last weekend my daughter came home from a birthday party covered in spray chalk and headed right to the family room couch to rest. And the very next morning I was mid workout when I was getting panicked text messages from my husband that it looked like spray chalk had gotten all over our couch. I've been meaning to get my couches cleaned for awhile now so that was the perfect opportunity, although I would rather not have blue chalk on any of my furniture. Part of the reason it had taken me so long was that I didn't know who to go to. I had a few great carpet cleaners, but wasn't sure if they would be best for couches. I got a few recommendations via Yelp and friends. Eric ended up getting the business because he was super responsive and said he could be over that very day! His prices also seemed too good to be true in comparison to the others, but it turns out they were true. He couldn't have been nicer and is clearly a hard worker since he was working on my couches until past 8pm on a Thursday evening. He got the chalk out right away and got them back into looking (almost) as good as when we purchased them. Since he had come so late in the day he only did the family room couches and chairs, but I definitely plan on calling Eric to clean the rest of the couches in my house. read more

Eric did a great job of cleaning our carpets. He also had the task of sanitizing and cleaning a mattress that was recently soiled due to Illness. He got the stains out and thoroughly cleaned the mattress. Carpets stairs and hallway turned out great too. I highly recommend. read more

BUYER BEWARE. It is with deep regret that I'm forced to share these extremely upsetting photos. We were excited when we found Eric. He seemed reputable, showed up on time and was extremely well priced. Unfortunately, he destroyed our living room carpet making barely seen pet and coffee stains 100 times worse. He also overworked the stains, added too much moisture so the products soaked thru our water resistant rug pads destroying our wood floors. The damage will require movers, a full resanding and staining of our first floor. Not to mention clean up and repainting of our trim work. Eric was responsive when I showed him the photos. He offered to come back and fix it. After seeking other professional advisement, this is not the case. We are forced to file a claim thru Eric's insurance. The damage is over $10,000. Eric has ignored all calls and texts regarding the claim. I cannot believe someone would go into another persons home, cause this damage and then as a business owner accept no responsibility. This is the cost of doing business and why you have business insurance. A good lesson in requesting proof of insurance for any contractor you bring into your space.
