If I could leave 0 stars, I would. When I picked the color that I wanted to paint my toes, I immediately got judgment. When Andrew was doing my pedicure, he would talk to the other worker, point at the nail polish bottle, and laugh, which is disgusting. I was the one paying for a service just to get laughed at. And if that was not enough, when he was done shaping my toes, he did a horrible job. One of my toenails was rounded while the other one had pointy edges. I had to get the manager to fix it for me. I have been a customer at this salon since 2021, and refuse to ever go back after Andrew's horrible customer service, and after the manager gave no reassurance or did nothing once I complained to him about the situation. read more

So disappointed. I came here less than a week ago for the first time to get a gel manicure and they are already chipping and peeling. :/ The woman who did my nails (Dawn) was very nice- but really nervous about the design. I showed her a lot of videos to make sure it was simple, and easy to do. I was over the top nice to make sure she felt comfortable. She did ONE layer of a top coat- which I thought was odd because the last I had them done (at a different salon) they did 3 layers. I asked her if she could do another layer and she did ONE layer on each other the nails with a design. So all my other nails got ONE coat of protection. I, love the cleaniest of the shop. They ladies there do a great job. I've been going there for 5yrs.

I really wanted to like this place and make it my regular spot. It's super easy to walk in and the salon is very clean. They have all types of clientele there which seem to be regulars. The staff is generally friendly and the service is really fast. I'm giving 3 stars because the pricing and quality of service seems to be really inconsistent. The first time I went, I got a Classic tier dip powder manicure. I got no lotion or massage and was told to go wash my hands and pay when the dip was done. I liked the longevity of the dip but it was so incredibly thick and ultimately I didn't like it. The second time I decided to switch back to gel and got the Classic tier gel manicure. I was warned that switching to gel from dip would be more expensive, which seemed odd. The nail tech ended up cutting me and didn't say a word or apologize. They just kept dabbing up the blood and continued like nothing happened. This time I got the lotion and massage even though it was the same Classic service. Then when it was time to pay, it was actually less than my first visit even though they said it would be more expensive. There are plenty of other salons to choose from so I won't be returning. read more

Horrible customer service. I had the worst experience. I went in the day before my scheduled induction (40wks pregnant) and I asked for a basic manicure. I had gel x on my nails and wanted that removed because I wasn't sure when I'd be able to address my nails. The nail tech who serviced me proceeded to talk about me and complain about me getting a basic manicure and was super aggressive with my hands literally slapping them around. After about 10 mins of this I finally asked what I did to deserve this treatment, and she quickly changed tune apologizing and saying sorry so sorry. I asked if she was gonna be able to finish the job so I could leave. At the end she said good luck and congratulations for my baby!!! I said you don't give a shit about me or my baby and ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing moment before going to the hospital. Only reason I didn't just get up and leave is cause I needed to get the gel x off my hands and go pick up my other child. Do not go here if I could give zero stars that's what they deserve! read more

They have soft music in the background to relax your mind. They have tv's one each walk for those who want to stay entertained. if getting a gel or dip they give you a basket full of color options, you spend around 3 minutes trying to narrow it down to four colors then it's time for you to pick. I had to leave a review after the pedi I just received from Diem. Absolutely fantastic. After this whole quarantine thing let up, I knew I really needed to get one but I was kind of scared because I didn't know what to expect since they are usually packed full with waiting people!! However, they are extremely clean, following all cdc guidelines and definitely on top of who is where and if the customers are following guidelines as well. This place has always been fantastic!
