    Lox bagel
    Kirsten S.

Truly disappointing. Costco bagel for $14. The thinnest smear of cream cheese with and the lox was discolored and unappetizing. Didn't even get onions on one half of the bagel which is really a small detail but it shouldn't have left the restaurant looking like that. The onions were also clearly not fresh and lacked the vibrant color a freshly pickled onion should have. Tried this place on a craving whim and won't be going back unfortunately. I keep Waiting for the food scene to improve here in CDA, so disappointed but not surprised.

A lot of bagel options! I tried the lox bagel and it was delicious. I like how you can order a half bagel or a whole.

Stale and overpriced. While there is nothing close to a real bagel in cda, plenty of other dt businesses have tastier options.

If you're from the Northeast, you might not be blown away by the bagels, but for a West Coast bagel stand, I think the lox bagel is pretty great.

Great vibe inside and the kitchen, bakery, and pizza ovens are all visible. Bakers were busy kneading dough. Menu is li 3 sandwiches with chips and pickle spear came to $61 including tip. We ordered meatball sandwiches and a turkey to go. We arrived just before noon and the place filled quickly. Our order took about 30 minutes as the phones rang with orders and patrons poured in. Sammy was great! Sourdough bread was extremely good, toasted so didn't get soggy from sauce. Meatballs were very nice and covered with mozzarella and basil. I will be back when I'm in town

One of our local friends picked us up from the airport and immediately took us there, and now I totally understand why. We tried three pizzas -- the cheese, the bumblebee, and the sausage & mushroom -- and every single one was incredible. The kale Caesar was honestly one of the best salads I've had in a long time. There were four of us eating, and we still walked away with leftovers. But the real star? The sourdough crust. I will genuinely be dreaming about that crust when I'm back home in California. Perfectly chewy, flavorful, and unlike any pizza crust I've had before. If you come to Coeur d'Alene, this spot is an absolute must-try.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this shop. It has a very warm and welcoming feel, with tall ceilings that make the space feel open and airy. When I first arrived it was quite busy, filled with families laughing and enjoying their time together, which created a lively and friendly environment. As someone who is more introverted, the crowd was a bit overwhelming at first, but it eventually cleared out and became a very comfortable place to relax. The staff were also incredibly kind. Since I had never tried a macaron before, I ordered a rose macaron to taste, and it was absolutely delicious. They also gave me a complimentary sample of their coffee, which was excellent. It was the house blend. And the bags they sell are very reasonably priced. The café is very well priced, with drinks ranging the $5-8 mark, and the foods ranging $3-8- and the quality of the food and drinks are quite rich in taste! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be coming back.
