Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. After completing my session, we noticed that we were only given one picture print even though our package included two. We had to return to request the second print, and the replacement was simply another copy of the first image. We were not asked what sizes we wanted, despite paying for a premium package. We also noticed that the stuffed animal included with our package was significantly smaller than the one displayed. When we asked about it, we were told that the larger bears had run out and that we were given the smaller one instead. This was not communicated to us beforehand, and we were still charged the full package price. When we asked about switching to the correct item or receiving the difference in value, we felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff rather than addressing a service issue. The difference in size between the bear we received this time and the bear we received during my first pregnancy is very noticeable. If a premium package item is unavailable, customers should be informed before receiving a substitute, and adjustments should be made to reflect the difference in value. I want to clarify that the ultrasound technician was pleasant and professional. My concerns are specifically with the front office experience and the fact that we did not receive the package items we paid for.
