I stayed at this location during a recent work trip. I've had good experiences with other Embassy Suites in the past, but this one didn't feel quite as comfortable. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which definitely played a role in my experience. While the front desk and valet staff were friendly and helpful, there was some confusion when it came to the onsite restaurant and bar. The first night, there was a private party happening, and getting a drink at the bar took about 10 minutes since the bartenders were mostly focused on the event. The second night, I was told that the complimentary happy hour was being served at the outside bar, though there were no signs indicating this. The snacks offered were minimal--just pretzels in a cereal-style dispenser and a basic veggie tray. The room itself felt a bit cramped, and some of the furniture looked worn and overdue for replacement. That said, the AC worked very well during the 90-degree days, which made the stay more comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, and the hotel has a large, well-equipped gym that was a nice bonus. There was a fair amount of road noise, and I could hear music coming from a nearby restaurant, though I couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from--earplugs were definitely needed to sleep. Next time I'm in Buffalo, I'll likely try a different hotel, but I'd be open to giving this one another shot once the renovations are complete. read more

Talk about a perfect hotel experience! Our stay in Buffalo was made so much better by staying at the centrally located Embassy Suites. Our room was clean and spacious, and the kids loved the swimming pool. The valet service was top notch - they told us there was free street parking and some paid parking elsewhere, but for the convenience, I highly recommend just using the valet. They pulled our van out very quickly each time we called down and needed to leave the hotel and it made the entire experience so much easier. I cannot leave a review without mentioning the incredible breakfast chef Brandon. This man juggled up to four omelets at a time, and they were cooked to perfection every morning. He was friendly and made breakfast a little extra special each morning. Highly recommend! read more

We had specifically asked for a quiet room and consider it unacceptable that we were not notified in advance about the hotel construction crews. 2. In five days, our room was cleaned once upon request. On Sunday, ehen we specifically asked a morning cleaner on our floor to clean our room, all she did was empty our trash cans. WTH? 3. My husband's work had an event here last week. The space was elegant. The tables were comfortable. The food was fantastic, not just by buffet standards, but in general. I've never really liked fettuccine Alfredo but couldn't get enough of theirs. The garlic mashed potatoes and prime rib were great as well. Apparently, I was too busy eating to take a picture. 1. We booked for 5 people and there are 2 towels in the room. I asked for more towels downstairs and he handed me extra sets promptly. If I asked for something, they gave immediately. So great service. Room was very nice. Shampoo, soap and conditioner in dispensers. Plus one bar of soap. Hairdryer. No other amenities in bathroom. 2. Sofa did have stains. Maid could be heard on the phone next door, supposedly cleaning for an hour. 3. Coffee maker. Sink with hot and cold water for drinking. Only two glasses for water and two paper cups for coffee. For a room of 5. One extra blanket and one extra pillow for two queen beds. Exactly 4 hangers. 4. 4th floor has nice view of city. 5. Parked two blocks down, as it's cheaper and we wanted access to the car, instead of valet. 6. Breakfast was great. Came with the room. Waffle maker, but no whipped cream or chocolate sauce. Custom omelet station that had 3 diff cheeses, lots of fresh vegetables, jalepenos, meat, and even egg whites. Chef had a jalepeno topper creation with cream cheese. I asked for cream cheese on my non-jalepono and he was happy to do it. And more scrambled eggs and sausage in buffet. Nice pastries and jams. Oatmeal with toppings, no nuts at all. Hot water for tea, and an additional spigot for hot tea. They had regular decaf tea, regular tea, and a few other teas. To go utensil kit was there but not to go bags to grab and run. 7. We picked Embassy suites over Hampton Inn because of the sweets and the price points were the same which were very attractive to stay downtown at this location for the first time in Buffalo in years. This is a fantastic hotel. Large lobby and check in area with snack bar drinks ice cream fast check-in great staff. The rooms are huge very clean very elegant even if it's an older hotel just what I expect out of a Hilton property. My bed was perfect and had all the pillows I wanted to get a good nights sleep in the air-conditioning worked well as did the Internet. Bathroom is clean and the shower was fantastic with really high pressure water I didn't want to get out of the shower! I love staying at new properties with a great staff clean rooms great food can't get any better especially for the price point near $100 a night. Highly recommend! read more

I was here in the lobby recently. They have tons of Covid signage all around, which is great. There is a coffee station, which is nice. Seating is comfortable. Had a week long conference here for about 100 employees. We utilized majority of the conference rooms and a large number of hotel rooms. From the very beginning of planning the schedule, room layouts, menu items the staff was amazing. Very professional and accommodating to our group. We wanted to pay for all our guests parking, since the hotel has valet that was going to be a challenge. But the staff was able to create passes for our group allowing a great solution. As all valet parking goes, you do have to wait for your vehicle to be brought up. We had no issues, call ahead to have your vehicle brought up to save some time. Breakfast is free to hotel guests and served in a separate room just down the hall from the lobby. Loved the omelette station ( you can get eggs anyway you want) Lot's of other normal options here, fruit, breads, bacon, sausage etc. Lot's of tables and chairs for everyone. Most of the conference rooms (the larger ones) are all located on the first floor. The staff was great making sure the rooms were set up exactly to our designed floor plan. Each day the rooms were changed and the staff was right on top of this. Whenever we had a last minute change, like adding an extra table or chairs to more snacks for a break the staff was right there to take care of it. I loved how professional they are, no one panics. They not only take care of the issues that come up but they offered new solutions. The second floor was our home base, using the boardroom for the week was a must. Allowing us to have a quiet room to work and store different items for our conference that also locked. There is a fridge in here that we choose what we wanted stocked everyday. ( they did a great job making sure it was always filled) Right next to the boardroom was another conference room that we used during the week for a lunch. Also, we used this room for a murder mystery dinner and an awards ceremony. The hotel rooms were nice, nothing spectacular but they were clean. When I'm at a conference I'm hardly in my room. Only to sleep, shower and change. Overall, the conference was a success. All the attendees had a overall positive experience, from the rooms to the menu. I work downtown and we had just had an horrific and terrifying storm. I was trapped at work for 3 days and was finally able to make it to this hotel. I stayed for 1 night and it was just ok. The layout of the room was amazing, very huge and spacious. The also have happy hour (I think every day) which was great for me because I hadn't eaten any food the entire day and no food place open during the storm. It would've been nice to get a government discount on the room considering people were stranded places and/couldn't get home. read more

"Used hard and put away wet" would probably be the best description. This hotel looks brand new from the outside - a large high rise building. Do not be fooled by the facade- it is TIRED. This stay was the most disappointing Hilton stay I've had in a long time. First and foremost the rooms - and especially the furniture - are very tired. Both of the dressers in our room were broken. There was dust on the furniture legs. The sofa was sagging in the middle. It just felt old, dirty and sad. The carpet in the common hallways was absolutely filthy with stains. Next, breakfast is just a DISASTER. The room is no where big enough for breakfast buffet, offerings are subpar compared to other embassy suites (eggo waffles? Really??), and the food is not refreshed frequently enough. The omelet line had almost 20 people in line for 30 minutes. It is complete and utter mayhem with too many people jammed into a small room. Loud. Unacceptable. There are never any tables available to eat at in the main dining area and you get shuffled to a side room. This should be a hint that your breakfast area is not large enough!!!! The whole reason we booked embassy over other hotels was for the breakfast, and we ended up going out for breakfast every day except the first day because it was such a trainwreck. lastly, the thermostats in the suites are infuriating. The motion sensor means that the a/c turns off in the middle of the night when you're sleeping, and this is so annoying. read more

My wife and I decided to do a little staycation for the weekend for her birthday. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While I understand conditions have forced a lot of changes because of COVID, there were just things that were completely unacceptable. Someone left garbage on the outside of the hotel and it literally stayed there all day from the time I left in the morning until the time I returned close to 9pm. That's just a bad look for a hotel that looks so nice and modern outwardly. Also, no one came to clean my room or provide new towels and and linens. When my wife called the front desk to inquire, they told her we had to opt-in for service and the notice for that was in our room. After looking around the room for it, we found it on a little small sticker at the bottom of the mirror (as I'm writing this, they just called the room and told us we now have to come down ourselves to get our own towels). What really did it for me is when my wife found a roach in the bathroom, just casually crawling across the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I'm hoping they can make the proper adjustments to bring this hotel up to standard. Otherwise, I highly discourage anyone from staying here. read more

I stayed here over night , Saturday to Sunday as my daughter was returning back to buffalo college ! :( I picked this hotel because I have stayed in several different embassy suites and like the idea I have a lot of space, a suite especially with 3 kids . As we where getting closer I decided to look through the reviews ( normal I would have done this beforehand, but I never had a bad experience with embassy suites so I didn't ) As I was reading some of the reviews, I was disappointed and thought to myself I made a bad decision! We made it to the hotel early , check in time wasn't until 4pm . Kathleen said housekeeping didn't start until 10am and she would try her best to get us in early maybe 1pm or 2pm , it was 10am ugh ... About 30 minutes later my father called us and said the rooms where ready !! AMAZING, we where happy we just drove 9 hours and wanted to rest . When checking in I express some of my concerns to the front desk supervisor Kathleen based on the reviews I saw . ( roaches , homeless people hanging outside) She assured me that the rooms where cleaned and sanitized and if I didn't feel comfortable I can have a full refund and if I decided to stay and wasn't satisfied with the room once we entered and broke the seal ( which meant the room was sanitized and cleaned) she could accommodate me with a partial refund. And there was no people hanging out in the front I thought Kathleen was nice and fair ! The parking in the front only had about 4 spots and the back parking lot was filled , it wasn't that big either . We winded parking on the street and didn't have to pay the meter since it was a weekend, we was fine with that . We had 2 rooms so we decided to stay ! Room was cleaned , spacious , had a pull out couch in living-room with a TV A separate room with 2 more queen size beds with another TV Microwave And fridge . We was told that the extra blanket and pillow for the pull out couch would be in a plastic bag like what sheets and blankets come in when you first buy them from the store to show it was cleaned and sanitized . My room did not, but the other room my mother was in did I was in room 723 she was in 725 Where you make the coffee at in the room ( the coffee pot) was dirty and looked like it was never cleaned had spills and everything all over it Otherwise there was no homeless people and no roaches ! So later that night I went down and spoke to Tasha , who was super nice as well and respectable !! Kept a smile on her face every-time I saw her which was about 4 times I explained the blanket and coffee pot situation and she told me she would see what she could do to refund some of my money ! I also ask about late check out , which she happily gave us till 1pm , normal check out is 11am The next morning, breakfast.. they have a list to choose from , you tell them what you want you wait a couple minutes they bag it up and call your room # , quick easy process . I had the eggs potatoes and sausage.. decent food , being the times of today . The turkey sausage taste like it was microwaved , but overall decent Coffee was good ! They winded up giving me a credit of $50 on my room , due to the nasty coffee pot and extra pillows and blankets thrown in the closet! Another thing there wasn't a lot of places to go and see due to Covid, I wasn't too familiar with the area so getting food was kinda a struggle! Lol we had to google places to eat and wasn't sure so we went to TGIF , which I will write in another review about Overall I would definitely stay here again without a doubt ! Hopefully things in the world would be better next time and we can get to experience the indoor pool ! I'm sure I will be back again due to changes times with college and everything! I stayed at the Embassy Suites Buffalo for three nights and found it to be spacious, comfortable, and with delightful food options, but cutting a few corners. In terms of strengths, each guest room is a two bedroom suite complete with a living area and pull-out couch. The dining room table appeared to be a desk with a middle drawer and the wet bar made it easy to make coffee. The living room and bedroom each have their own TV and the bedroom door can be closed to give additional guests their own space in the living room. The breakfast was everything you'd expect from a hotel hot breakfast with waffles, delightful warm cinnamon rolls. delicious seasoned home fries, several hot options, and a good variety of beverages. Likewise, I appreciated the afternoon reception. During my stay, the main restaurant was closed for construction, so the reception was held in the breakfast area and didn't have too many other people. Each guest could get two Budweiser drafts, glasses of wine, or cocktails. There were also fresh and packaged snacks, hummus, chips and salsa, pasta salad, and crudite. If you're feeling frugal, you could totally make a dinner out of it. The bartenders were always cheerful and friendly. Finally, as a houseplant enthusiast, I appreciated all the greenery in the lobby and even saw the horticulturalist working to keep everything looking great in the last morning of my stay. So what wasn't the greatest? The biggest was the lack of housekeeping. A sticker on the bathroom mirror stated that housekeeping would occur every 5th day but could be requested. However, when I asked at the front desk, I was only able to receive additional towels and toiletries. This was unfortuate because it meant that I didn't get any more tea or coffee and came within a couple squares of running out of toilet paper without a spare roll anywhere in the room. Finally, the previous guest had bought a new pair of pants for their stay in Buffalo and had left the tags and plastic string from them on the floor. This made me wonder what other areas had been cleared less thoroughly. Plus, no daily housekeeping meant not having the bed freshly made for each evening and this, to me, is one of the great joys of a hotel. I know many hotels cut back on this as a COVID precaution, but by late 2022 it's clearly just a cost cutting scheme that isn't acceptable given what they're charging for a room. Additionally, the indoor pool that looked great had a note that it was closed for the entire month due to a leak. While things do break, it was sad to see another one of the great joys of a hotel stay made unavailable during my stay. read more

Staying here while in Buffalo. It used to be a federal state building, but it was all gutted and became Embassy Suites from floors 1 through 8 and a melange of offices/condos from floor 9 and up. Entrances are separate. Pros: - rooms are verrrrry spacious, as are the hallways - many nearby coffee shops (including Starbucks) and restos around within walking distance - fairly close to the freeway and the Peace Bridge (if you're jonesing to go to Canada) - super friendly staff - free warm breakfast, including an omelet bar - Manager's Reception (free drinks and apps) nightly Cons: - Manager's Reception (compared to other Embassy Suites, it's lacking with the apps) - no parking on site (you're only left w valet parking ... if your car is banged up, it's your problem) - elevator access (you have to swipe your key before using, which is really annoying when your hands are full) As you can see from the list, the pros outweigh the cons. I would def recommend Embassy Suites on Delaware. A solid 4 star here. read more

We rented a suite which was very large. We loved there was 2 TVs so our kids could watch tv in one room and us in the other. The complimentary drinks and snacks from 5:30-7:30 was so great! After swimming in the pool (which was a little on the colder side, wish it was warmer) was great to give the kids some snacks before our dinner reservation at 7pm. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was perfect too! The chef made THE BEST omelettes! I wish I knew his name to mention it. Their card machine messed up and they charged my card three times at check in. As soon as I left the line for check in, I checked my credit card acct and saw the three charges. Talked to the person in charge right away, showed my credit card statement and he promised he is trying hard to fix it and that there should be nothing to worry. The two charges on my credit card was a double charge on the amount I owed, the third one was some random number, so in total for one night and two days stay my card was charged over $1,000. The next morning, as I came down for breakfast I talked to another front desk employee asking for proof that this was a mess up from the hotel and that I stayed only for the time I was actually there for since we were checking out on that day and we were from out of town. She told me all she can give me was the receipt and that she will leave a message for the person that was supposedly taking care of the charges to give me a call (which he never did by the way). So I went back to my town and kept a close eye on my credit card to see if the charges will fall off. One of the double charge fell off but there was that 3rd charge. I called the hotel again and spoke to a different manager who said that this was not my fault at all and my next step was to dispute with my credit card company and she reassured me that she will send in any documents requested from the credit card company. I disputed it and few days later, I received a letter saying the hotel denied my dispute claim saying that the charges were correct. the documents they sent in to my credit card company was a reservation proof and check in proof of a person with a complete different name than mine and that person's address is completely different from mine. Frustrated, I called the hotel again and requested to speak to all the managers/supervisors I spoke to. The woman that said she will provide the docs requested refused to even talk to me and wanted to pass me off to another person who was not even involve in any of the conversation but yet he was the person that denied my dispute claim. At this point all I wanted was for them to apologize for all this run around and because none of them want to be held accountable. I spoke to the guy that denied my claim and told him this charge is not even under my name...who is this guy that he is charging his stay under my card? He realized the mess up and he told me to dispute it again with cc company. He said that the hotel will find the actual person that the charges was for...so I asked that guy, well am I going to be responsible for these charges for a random dude if u cant recover that guest's info? he had no answer and just told me to speak to my cc company. This whole entire thing took few weeks to get it rectified. If I was relying on those money that they tripled charged me with for groceries, I could've been screwed over...MY KIDS could have been screwed over. and yet the hotel NEVER issued an apology at all, if anything they were rude and condescending. Acted as if I was trying to scam them and that I inconvenient them. And oh did I mention that the room was basically disgusting? that it wasn't properly cleaned since I found multiple items that were left behind by previous guests. We are still in the middle of the pandemic and if I find items that were left behind by previous guests, that means the room was not properly cleaned and sanitized! read more

Every time we visit Buffalo we love staying at the Embassy Suites. Beautiful rooms that reminds me of a one bedroom apartment. Perfect for my family. My son and I stay up late on wifi or reading while my husband catches up on ZZZ in the separate bedroom. I love the rates. I am a last minute person and we missed the boat on this hotel 3 years ago because they were sold out. Now when we know we are going to visit Buffalo I call them immediately and book. I never want to hear the words sold out again. lol I have stayed at other hotels in Buffalo before and know this is where I will sleep soundly, love the breakfast, have fun at their new restaurant/bar and love the staff. Bonus they have a Starbucks right on property and a new trending restaurant. I like the valet service since. I am on the go all the time and have never the business center or pool. Our walking tour of riverside Buffalo started in the lobby of this hotel, so one might assume that the tour company was associated with the hotel as our tour guide was sitting with us, waiting for our entire group to assemble. As we waited, a couple of us asked the reception desk where the restrooms were. The icy young woman responded that the restrooms were for hotel guests only. Fortunately, our tour guide told us that the restrooms were downstairs off the meeting rooms. You go down a potentially dangerous staircase (I'd hate to go up and down these stairs during wet or snowy weather) to get to a modern restroom tucked away. It looks like a very clean, modern hotel, but that kind of reception put everyone off and we wondered what kind of ambassador this young woman was to tourists and guests from out of town where EVERY hotel has restrooms on their lobby level. read more

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel common areas are too HEAVILY scented, which really affects my respiratory system...didn't notice it in the room, but it was everywhere else. The last time we stayed here the vent was located directly over the bed and the heat blew directly on us all night and we awoke stuffy and with a sore throat the next morning. Breakfast is included along with a happy hour that follows in the evening hours. Close proximity to several great restaurants within walking distance. Also, the bus line to go to Niagara Falls is just across the street - $2 ea way... we ended up taking Uber instead. read more

Our room was a suite and had a few issues. One of the TVs didn't work, worn furniture, very dusty ceilings, and the jets in the tub didn't work. I stayed at Embassy Suites to bring in the new year but unfortunately was given an unkept room. I made this reservation back in August expecting to receive an executive suite that did not have stains throughout the room. Upon entering room 804 there were splatter stains on the walls and stains all over the carpet. The bathroom had long black hairs on the floor and stains on the walls next to the toilet. The couch had suspicious stains on the cushions and there were large red carpet stains on both sides of the bed. The heating system was very loud and there was a constant creaking above our heads. Avoid at all costs if you savor peace and quiet. Whereas the surrounding areas of Buffalo proved to be eerily quiet on a Saturday night, the hotel itself was party central. Apparently the large suite-style rooms are just ripe for that kind of thing. With management doing nothing to police the matter. They gave us a huge anti-partying spiel upon checking in which we laughed off. But clearly it's really an issue given the roaring party we endured all night, and several others on the floor as well. And I'm sure the "managers reception" doesn't help matters, just a nightly chance to pre-game and get folks prepped for the night's festivities to come. Our room also bore signs of past festivity gone wrong, including large red stains all over the carpet. I guess it's comforting to know that Buffalo isn't actually the dead zone it appeared to be on a prime weekend night, but it's also downright depressing and annoying that *this* is where the party's to be found. read more

I have been here several times for continuing education trainings that are held in their large conference rooms. I have always had a pleasant experience with the environment and set up of the conference rooms. During my most recent visit I enquired about a private location I could use to pump in several times during my training (as a breast feeding Mom). The lady behind the front desk was amazing! I was expecting a small office or use of a conference room but she allowed me to use a guest room which guaranteed my privacy better than any other option. She didn't bat an eye as I asked for what I needed. It seemed she was prepared for this answer, as if she was trained before in the rights of mothers like myself. Attended a conference here, kudos for the $5.00 break for valet parking, however they were I'll equip to handle the attendance. The parking attendants worked as fast as they could. The room was cold, and they did not appear to refill the fruit or other "breakfast" offerings. Less than an hour into it no mugs were left for tea or coffee. I literally knocked on the door of the food n beverage people. Two folks were in the office and said they would send someone. Soooooo I waited and when I visited 20 minutes later (much before the end of the conference) a woman was cleaning everything up. I asked is there no more hot water available? I was told no they only supply what the conference pays for. I said and that includes the cost of water? Her reply was it's the cost of the tea bags. Funny cause there were plenty of tea bags left before the water ran out. Lucky me, I put one in my pocket while waiting for the water. Thus she went to get me some hot water. Thank goodness I also had a cup or I might have been told they wouldn't supply one. The cold water in the back of the rooms was also refilled nearing the end for a conference of around 90. read more

I am a Hilton Honors member (great rewards program that can be used at any hotel in their network) Last night we celebrated a birthday there with a King Executive Suite and dinner at the amazing on site restaurant SEAR. Everything was amazing from the food, the customer service, the cleanliness and style of the room, and the friendly approach of all the staff from the housekeeping and valet to the front desk. I've utilized this hotel multiple times over the last couple years for all different types of stays and functions and never been disappointed! I highly recommend this location! read more

I don't even know where to begin. My now husband James and I stayed for 3 nights in snowy Buffalo for our wedding weekend. EVERY staff member there was the most accommodating, kind, and just purely amazing. Our rehearsal dinner Friday night was cancelled. They stepped right up and gave us the banquet hall space to have our dinner in. But that is not it. Last minute, our reception place cancelled our wedding 4 hours before we got married. The embassy suites and staff stepped right up AGAIN and allowed us to use the event space. Even though our wedding was not as planned, I could not thank the embassy suites enough for providing us a beautiful space to have our reception in. Staff members names I have on hand that were hands down the best were Tosha, Justin, Christina, Brittney, Arieta, and Joy. Thank you so much. Filthy. Two unbelievably dirty rooms. Moldy muffin in a nightstand, french fries and ketchup in a dusty drawer, cheetos, lipsticky coffee cup and other detritus under one bed. Sofa was literally covered with dust (baby powder? flour?). Dust on every surface, grime in every corner, and a tub so dirty I felt bad bathing my kids in it. King bed had a full size cover on it and the fitted sheet was inside out. Hallways and elevators are grimy, and visible tears in carpet and common furniture - as if they haven't had housekeeping in years. Not much of an improvement after I called to request a housekeeping cleanup. When I called to request foam pillows, they delivered three feather pillows and one foam pillow. Just bad service all around. Really a shame - a beautifully built class A building in a great location, but managed terribly. This looked like a fancier alternative to the Hampton Inn across the street, but it is not an experience I would repeat. Oh, and the much advertised indoor pool has been out of service for months. Cherry on top was a charge for 8 days of parking when we parked for 1 day. Stay away until ownership replaces the management. But for the high quality of the building, this would be a one star review. read more

Clean modern room with two queen beds and a pull-out couch allowed for me and my kids to each have a bed for a great rate. Clean. Quiet. Very polite staff. And a free cocktail hour in the lobby! read more

This hotel is dirty. The room we checked into was not cleaned. When we told the front desk the response was " I can give you sheets to change the bed"! there was a needle in the room and pills on the closet floor. Hair all over. They moved us to room # 2. The beds were dirty! We stayed in room # 3 because it was now 1:30 AM. This room the beds appeared clean. We will never stay at this Hilton again. Not Hilton quality! read more

Was really excited to end our family vacation here. Turned out to be a mistake. We arrived and checked in; no problems. My husband and I went to the bar to get our complimentary drinks. The poor bartender was clearly new and untrained and she was drowning. No big deal; we can handle that. My family went to dinner and upon return, we're approached by our kids that informed us that at 9:30, they couldn't get into the pool, even though it was open until 11. Our room keys no longer allowed us access to the pool and we needed a security guy to open it for us, who then lectured us on the rules of the pool (which we were following and aware of). So, no swimming for the kids due to the fiasco. Got in the shower; after road tripping for 12 hours, was definitely looking forward to that. The shampoo bottle that they have attached to the shower was completely empty. The hotel told us to call the Hilton customer service number rather than rectifying it onsite. Last day of family vacation and the kids are not swimming and we are on hold with customer service. Thanks Hilton!!! read more
