The fish had a perfect Cajun seasoning flavor along with the butter it was cooked in and is served with lemon to squeeze on top. It was really tasty as well. While we did enjoy this dish, it's not the best one we have ever had. The sauce is a little thicker like gravy and we would have preferred more of a true caramel sauce. The cashier is rude and doesn't have time for "thank you" or small talk or a smile or even giving you your receipt when nobody else is in line to pay their bill. That's just how it is. If you want good catfish, Sling Shot Charlie's will come through. But if you want a southern culinary experience that's enjoyable, there are much better places to have it!
