So a friend found this place based off their IG page so I was skeptical. I was even more skeptical…read morewhen I pulled into the parking lot which is quite dilapidated and many of the store fronts are empty. However, I know from traveling that some of the best spots are ones that appear to be a hole in the wall. I walked in, very cute inside! Staff was welcoming and I cozied right up at the bar to wait for my friend. I was immediately brought chips and salsa and a cold beer. We ended up sitting at a high top and our waitress suggested that I try either carne asada from the Mexican menu or Vaca Frita from the Cuban menu. I love me some carne asada but I was intrigued but this 'fried shredded beef' that was marinated in mole and cooked in a hot skillet until crispy. She suggested sweet plantains to go with it and white rice with beans which is traditional Cuban (instead of yellow rice). IT WAS FABULOUS! It was crispy on the outside and juicy. The mole was flavorful but not spicy and i appreciated that the meat was not dripping in sauce. My dinner date ordered chicken tamales which were seasoned in a Cuban style with yellow rice. She is used to Mexican tamales but said these really hit the spot! The only blemish on the nice was her second margarita which was the cucumber one which she didn't like at all. However, the first one she ordered (pictured) which was a different flavor was a show stopper.

Came here for a celebration of life for my great uncle who loved tacos. I love that they have both…read moreCuban and Mexican dishes and the restaurant is spacious. We had a very long table and the servers were great in getting our orders. I ordered the Horchata in the lunch special, Lechon asado. The Horchata was delicious and not too sweet, which was great. I really liked my lechon asado. It was a good portion but the one thing is my plantains were pretty burned. I also got to try some of my mom's tacos. And those were yummy as well. Would come back!

I'm always surprised when the food at a restaurant we've dined at in the past, is quite different…read morewhen we return. The Croquettas Jamon Cubanas were as tasty as we're used to, and the mayonnaise-based sauce was nice and smooth. Unfortunately, the Empanadas De Picadillo have changed, and not for the better. Our Cubano Sandwich wasn't quite as good as in the past - - the pork was a bit overcooked and dry. Everything else was perfect. Our Margaritas were nice and refreshing, as always. Our server, Bryan, was terrific. His suggestions were helpful and his service attentive. Copacabana is light and airy - very comfortable. We sat outside on their large patio. Despite being right on Main Street, there was no "road noise" and it is well lit and very inviting.

They recently tweaked menu but not for the better. The empanada filling has a different seasoning and texture than it did before but was accompanied by a delicious chimichurri sauce. The pork in the Cuban sandwich was dry and lacked flavor. I'm happy to report that the croquetas served with a mayo sauce were delicious as always. My margarita was weak but had good flavor. The restaurant is charming with a good Latin vibe and a spacious outdoor patio.

This was a really good find! Really delicious authentic burritos - a little pricey, but worth it…read morefor comparable options in the area. The burritos are wrapped and lightly grilled and the steak inside was authentic flavorful, and plenty. They also provide complementary chips with a little bit of salsa, which is always a plus. They have a very small indoor section with about two small tables and then a bigger patio section in the back. That's very colorful and lively. It looks like they might have a DJ or outdoor bar in the cooler months, but we visited during summertime and it was pretty hot and human back there but regardless still a vibe. This is a spot where you order at the counter and then they bring out your meal to your table. Everyone was super friendly here and quick. I would definitely recommend them and I will return when I'm in the area. I found them both on Google Maps and cross checked out with TikTok that had raved about this spot. 10 out of 10 for a casual burrito!

The nachos were drenched in mouth-watering goodies like guacamole, brisket, onions, sour cream, peppers, lettuce, goat cheese and lots of other toppings that escape my memory. The restaurant is very small and quaint adorned with colorful paintings. An added bonus is the outdoor eating area that I will try when it cools off in Florida. I was able to take some beautiful pictures. It was self-serve at the front counter. The food came out within a minute! The only issue was parking. The GPS took me behind the building and I had no idea where to go! The strip shopping center next door had signs all over "no restaurant parking." I ended up parking a block down on the street.
