Picadillo and grilled chicken breast entrees
    Roselene D.

EXCELLENT!!! My 2 friends and I loved the food. I had picadillo which was delicious!!! My friends had grilled chicken breast and they also loved their meal. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive! The lady who serves the bread was very polite with a beautiful smile! The place is lively decorated and reminds me of restaurants back home in the islands !

Beautiful dishes and warm people. The place has the feel of the Florida you remember from family gatherings or road trips. Don Ramones Cuban has that Havana classic food, beautifully presented and the check was a pleasant surprise. Super family choice

My boyfriend and I came here for a later lunch. It was so delish. I thought the portion and price was good. The chicken steak was only $13 and came with three sides. I wish the chicken was a little more marinated. I got sweet plantains and rice and beans. This place consistently impresses me. And the table bread is to die for. Can't wait to come back. One day I wanna try the drinks. It's a casual spot but one could slightly dress up for a date. Service was good. Not too busy.

I love this place so much! The food is consistently delicious - I recently had the Roast Pork lunch and my husband ordered the chicken and rice. Cubans know how to spice their food just perfectly! The service is also consistently great here - they have been around a long time and know that at lunchtime most people are on a time crunch and they take care of you quickly and efficiently. This is the perfect place for a business lunch or to meet up with friends and enjoy a lovely meal in a nice atmosphere .

Was looking for a Cuban restaurant once I landed into PBI airport and this was the closest I could find. Food was fabulous and worth our hour wait for it. The aguacate was ripe and fresh, the tamales with pork were so tasty(normally I don't eat pork or like tamales but this one was great), the chicken empanizado had such great flavor(it's difficult to not have to need lime with this dish), and the camarones enchilados were cooked to perfection. The flan was fine, but it did the job. The cafecitos were 10/10. I only took off a star because our server wasn't very friendly and didn't serve us on a timely manner. We waited over 45 min for our food without him checking on us during that time. Ultimately, this is a casual restaurant if you're feeling for some authentic Cuban food. I'll definitely return .

Cuban food galore. You're served complimentary Cuban bread with a garlic butter spread on it for the table which is addicting to say the least. I enjoyed the Vaca Frita with white rice, black beans, and plantains. I also got masitas de credo which is fries Cuban fried pork which was amazing. Service was prompt and steady. The music was nice and the place was clean and culturally stylistic. Definitely enjoy this place for great Cuban cuisine.

So far everything is amazing , a real cuban cousin expectacular flavor the real deal, we have tried all three in West Palm Beach and in our opinion this location is the best the waiter Vladimir who served us was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu, Isy was very helpful to. The appetizers hit the table shortly after we order and the drinks to, by the way best margarita we try after the awful experience we had in ST Agustin. Main course really good and a decent amount of food, I definitely will recomend the ambiance quiet no to loud, the price of my good I was impressed not expensive at all. Pd: We were starving and I didn't have time to take photos of the appetizers sorry

I was looking for a good Cuban restaurant for lunch and found Don Ramon. I had never heard about this restaurant before but am so glad that I found it. Thank you YELP....... I grabbed two of my colleagues and we headed off to lunch. Once again it was a good choice and I will be back when I am in the area. Service was really good. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing which is always enjoyable. She checked In with us regularly and always had our glasses filled. Now for the main event, the food. I had the Lechon Asado with Moro rice and plantains. The portions were good and I enjoyed every bite of the goodness they served. Overall it was a great ex and will revisit this restaurant when I am back in the area.

I got a box of 6 pastries for the family. When I tell you everything is made from scratch and your taste buds can tell, I mean it. Here's the lineup: passion fruit kouign-amann - give her the 10s. This was hands down the best pastry we got. It has a nice caramelized crust (like a croissant) that balances the passion fruit filling's slight tartness. Seriously, try it. orange olive oil cake (loaf) - ok, the candied orange on top is DELISH. The loaf is moist, not too sweet, and the orange zest really gives it a flavor close to a loaf I had in Santorini! Vanilla bean custard: tastes like a pastel de nata- an excellent one at that. This filling is silky, creamy, and dreamy custard. Carrot cake croissant: this is like taking a bite into the fall season. Great croissant, and the filling is literal carrot cake with cream cheese icing. The spice profile is so warm and cozy. Raspberry hibiscus vegan bundt - I loved that you could really taste the floral note with the raspberry. I can't believe it's vegan! It is just as soft as the olive oil cake. Raspberry cheesecake danish: It's good. The raspberry jam is clearly made fresh (peep the seeds in it), cream cheese layer pairs well with the jam. But it falls short relative to the other pastries in the box.

I've have been salivating over everyone's sandwich posts that have been popping up all over my social media and now that i have been here it is easy to see why this spot is so beloved. Buccan Sandwich Shop is part of the Ember Group's collection of restaurants led by Chef Clay Conley and his partners, Sam Slattery and Oliver "Piper" Quinn. In 2011 the team opened Buccan, a fine dining restaurant in Palm Beach. In March 2015. Members of the Trump family, Michael Jordan, Martha Stewart, and Travis Kelcoe and Taylor Swift have been spotted dining there. In 2015 the original Buccan Sandwich Shop next to the restaurant on South County Road opened. It was inspired in part by Conley's college days and quickly became known for its gourmet sandwiches and salads, the signature beef carpaccio sandwich, and the decadent chocolate chip cookies. Eventually the sandwich shop concept made its way to West Palm Beach. In February 2023, the second Buccan Sandwich Shop opened as a takeout window next to Conley's former restaurant, Grato, on South Dixie Highway. Free street parking is available which is always appreciated. More recently, in May 2026, the Ember Group opened a third Buccan Sandwich Shop alongside sister concepts Buccan and Imoto on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. While the beef carpaccio sandwich may be their top seller, I was in the mood for meatballs. The house made meatballs are adapted from the ones served at Grato. The meatballs are packed into a fresh, crusty baguette with marinara, pesto, and gooey melted mozzarella. It was an Italian dream fulfilled. You can order the sandwiches on their own or upgrade to one of their adorable lunch boxes for just a few dollars more. The lunch box includes your sandwich, house made potato chips, a chocolate chip cookie, your choice of beverage, and a pickle. All together it makes for a hearty lunch. There's no seating at this location but a grab a box for your next gourmet picnic. There are several parks nearby where you can enjoy your meal outdoors. For a takeout sandwich spot that has been here for several years, Buccan is still very popular, and the line can get pretty long depending on when you visit. Pack your patience because the wait is worth it. I loved my meatball sandwich and lunch box and look forward to working my way through some of the other sandwiches on the menu.

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. It was mediocre at best and honestly felt more on par with something you'd get at Olive Garden than at a restaurant with this kind of vibe and price point. On top of that, the service was quite slow, which made the overall experience feel even more underwhelming. If you're going for drinks, music, and ambiance, it may be worth a visit. They offer many specials and combos, including a special sub of the day. There are so many way they can customize your choices. They also have a soup of the day.
