The lunch menu BBQ also excluded short ribs, which was a let down as that's the signature dish for Korean BBQ just as Pad Thai being the signature dish for Thai food & Fuqifeipian being a signature dish for SiChuan Chinese food.

It's just not hygienic, when you lean over the get a plate or bowl stored under that bar, your face is inches away from the unprotected buckets of sauce, it's not a good set up and needs to be changed. It's not like fixing this set up would cost a lot of money to fix and it really should be changed immediately.
