Before I could let them know that I was fine with the mistake, the drink was dumped and remade, adding even more to the wait time. Unfortunately, the remake was also incorrect--this time missing the powder flavoring I had originally requested--resulting in a plain shake. Given the extended wait, the lack of customer service, and the price point, I cannot justify returning. I value supporting small businesses, but this experience demonstrated why many customers turn to chain establishments that have the staffing and systems to provide consistent service.

Price changes happen, but the dismissive attitude and rude response when I politely questioned the discrepancy was disappointing and unnecessary. Customer service and professionalism still matter. Unfortunately, after this interaction, I won't be returning to this location or any of them if it's owned by the same owner. The date of this interaction was Friday, May 22nd around 7:30 PM.
