During demolition they encountered some incredible problems left behind by previous remodeling contractors and were relentless and highly skilled in fabricating and executing solutions to those problems. They stayed on schedule and would have beaten the original deadlines had the countertop stone not been delayed. They moved our furniture out, and in. They identified problems and imperfections that even we did not notice, and we are now so happy with the end product and most appreciative of their meticulousness and professionalism. The end result -- everything in our kitchen works better than we imagined, including the storage spaces and the Miele appliances, which are significantly better than any others we have encountered. When Home Depot or Lowe's doesn't have something they ALWAYS tell me to, "Go to Ferguson, they have everything." This was my first time to go to Ferguson. I needed replacement rubber gaskets and seals for a Two-year old Kohler Toilet Tank that was leaking. So I called and the man I spoke to told me that they had all the necessary for the make & model of toilet and just come on down. So I did...And They DIDN'T. The man that was helping was VERY Helpful and knowledgeable. He told me that the model was no longer manufactured. He went around looking for parts trying to get them all together. It was raining really hard and went out to another area and came back in with a Kohler Toilet Tank Box that was badly rained on. I had An URGENT Matter that I had to attend to and it was almost 4p. So I told him that I had to go. I gave him my name, phone number, and email address and told him I would be back the following day. I came back the next day about noon and apparently interrupted his lunch (SORRY) but he was friendly and got up, walked over and picked up a Kohler Tank box and handed it to me. I asked how much do I owe - he said nothing - it's yours! I thanked him and loaded it in the car. So when I got home, I started taking the new pieces off and looked and thought - why dont I just swap out the ENTIRE Tank?? So that's what I decided to do. After I got the NEW Tank on, I tested it a Bunch of times and determined it was a SUCCESSFUL Repair! NO LEAKS! Thanks you guys! I guess I was lucky that my toilet was no longer made so I got a new complete tank, and a quick repair!!

We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Andrey was our project manager, and his competence and calm demeanor throughout were always helpful. Our remodel involved having workers in our home every day for a month. The respect and care they showed for our home and our comfort throughout the construction period were above and beyond anything we expected. I am posting pictures of the before and after, but no photo can do justice to the dramatic difference these changes made to our home. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the countertops are magnificent, and the fit and finish of every part this project are first-class all the way. I made it here one afternoon before they closed at 5:30p to check it out. The showroom isn't very big but they had some beautiful stuff out on display. All employees at the counter were assisting other customers, mostly contractor people or handyman. My contractor had already spoken to a staff employee about the color and style cabinets I was looking for, I just needed someone to show them to me. The lady that assisted me was nice and helpful. In their warehouse she also showed me the different types of countertops they had available. They specialize in kitchen cabinets, kitchen granite countertop, and bathroom vanity. Price is reasonable too. It's always fun looking inside a showroom and getting home improvement ideas for our home. The white cabinet vanity with shaker door style looks bright and beautiful inside my bathroom.
