We looked at numerous shops for our kitchen remodel ( counters) before Natural Stone Design Gallery was recommended. I can say enough positive things about our experience. Beyond the fantastic selection of quality stone, the people are so knowledgeable and helpful. We worked with Kyle who never made us feel rushed, and was so instrumental in our stone selection and layout. We've had numerous questions along the way, and he was always so great and prompt in responding. I feel this company genuinely cares about your project. I went in with a fairly clear idea of what I wanted, but they have on site designers if you need assistance. We selected Taj Majal Quartzite, and found the pricing to be very fair and competitively priced. They were also able to refer us to a stone fabricator who has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Our counters go in today, and we could not be happier with our experience. Again, a big thank you especially to Kyle at Natural Stone Design Gallery from Brian & Alison Scheeler. * install pictures to follow

Wow! We had a great experience at Natural Stone Design Gallery! So much so we decided to do our bathroom. First, the selection is to die for! We went there after visiting 4 other stone / tile showrooms. We were starting to lose hope on finding just the right backsplash tile for our mid-century modern home. We walked in and fell in love! We quickly found the perfect tile in a vast selection. It was a Sonoma Tile - handmade in Sonoma. The sales person did an ok job with us - but we really got excited when we talked to Kathy. She was super knowledgeable and really sealed the deal on this tile choice and provided excellent service along the way! Downside was that the fires in Sonoma halted production for a week or so so they got backed up and took a few extra weeks to make our tile. But that misfortune turned into the most extraordinary fortune for us! Because we waited we found the best tile installer EVER! He was on the reference sheet provided by Natural stone. We had several of the preferred tile installers come and bid our job. Michael Dytrych had a solid bid (not the cheapest and not the highest) but his detailed bid won us over. Michael is an artist not a tile installer. He placed and cut every tile with amazing precision and incredible attention to detail. These photos don't really do the job justice but I hope you can see the detail and craftsmanship. All in all a fantastic experience and we are going back. I highly recommend Natural Stone Design Gallery and Michael. They aren't the cheapest - but clearly the best and an incredible value!

I purchased a quartzite slab at a very good price. I had been looking for months for particular colors for my kitchen island, but only found what I needed here (see pic of island). Kyle in the slab yard was very helpful. They also have a showroom for tiles of every kind that is a pleasant maze. I love the atmosphere. If they put in a little coffee I'd hang out there.

We remodeled 2 bathrooms using tiles, flooring and marble from Natural Stone Gallery. They have a fantastic selection. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Claudia especially was a huge help in making selections. She had great suggestions and was very patient with us changing our minds so often. (So many great choices!) We love everything we chose!

    Kitchen backsplash

Recently tiled my kitchen backsplash with white subway tile and a nice natural stone inset above the stove. I'm tooting my own horn when I say it turned out really good but I'll also say that I couldn't have done it without Kyle's help. I did a fair share of research prior to tiling the backsplash but there's always questions that need answers before feeling confident enough to do it. That's how I came across Natural Stone Design and just happened that Kyle was the person I came to rely on for those answers. With his guidance I was able to choose a beautiful tile for the inset and and complete the job with all the right products. Probably wouldn't have done it myself if not for Kyle's expert guidance, professionalism and knowledge. Really good guy who actually cares. I'd give 10 stars as a rating if I could.

With the friendly and expert guidance of Claudia, I decided on a design for my kitchen backsplash. I ordered hand painted motif tiles for above my stove and for a "ribbon" of tile that goes around my galley style kitchen. I also ordered subway tiles for the "field." I'm extremely pleased with all the tile. Yes, in this strange post-pandemic economy, I had to wait for weeks for my order to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend Natural Stone Design Gallery!

I worked with Kersten.I ran out of the brown tiles and needed a complementary colored, she recommended the light one with mosaic in between.

I've been here a few times and wondered if they were still in business and there, they were. They haven't changed a bit. They are tastefully decorated in living room sets that are retro. We are shopping for a love seat so my husband sat in all of them hoping to find one. He liked the red minimalist one the most. The only thing is it looks like it might fold out to a futon, but it doesn't and we really need one for when my mother in law comes to visit and other visitors. They have so many items that I kept pointing to and saying "We used to have one of these." The most memorial items were the Pyrex, which my parents still have and a rotary phone which my parents still have just in case the electricity goes out. They also have the push button one and my parents have one of those too. My parents request to keep their land line and just have the local plan which they use to call their friends. They are afraid the power will go out and they won't be able to call anyone for help. And the power does go out in the winter on a regular basis where they live so this is really good for them. The new phones all use electricity. This shop also has lots of cases of jewelry and their broaches were on display on a mine mannequin. They were very sparkly, but I didn't have the time to really browse as the furniture took up most of my time. As we were finishing up my husband made the comment that he really needs to bring his sister and her husband here as she loves these types of store. They are planning on visiting so we'll be taking her here and to Zocalo too as shopping bring on a appetite.

The store is clean and spacious. A little too spacious. I'm hoping they stock up more items. The space was not fully utilized to jam-pack the goodies, so although there was a bit of everything, there wasn't enough variety of character selection for each category. I really hate when things don't have prices listed, but I'm guessing this is part of their marketing ploy to lock people into wanting the items first. It seems a bother to have to check prices up front at the cashier. Some have prices, but most did not. There is not clear line for the register, but they want you to line up on the side.
